I feel horrible for anyone that has to work here or shop here. The entire time I was in the store there was an alarm that sounded like a train horn blaring throughout the ENTIRE store. It ruined the entire experience and all of the customers in the store with me complained. I later learned it was a notification that someone was outside to pickup their items. I feel like the company will blame the staff but it is entirely NOT their fault. All of the staff were working diligently and the company should be ashamed anyone had to listen to that! Find a better system than one that berates your staff and customers!

The employees at PetsMart are very friendly and helpful. The quickly help you find exactly what you need and makes sure the store is safe with hand wipes and sanitizer almost on every isle. Their grooming room for the pets was filled with pets and helps making sure to keep the pets safe. I highly recommend this place.

One lady in particular was so good with our dog, Buddy, that I tipped her $40 bucks!!! 😍 Incredible service and our dog loved her!!! I'll update a little later with her name!!! Definitely will be requesting her every time!!! 😍

Good service and helpful employees. They helped me to pick out a calming vest for my cat that actually works. Also the groomers are good too. My roommate got the day of his puppy's appointment wrong but they still took him anyway and got the job done quickly and well.

Terrible experience all around. Savannah is one of the most incapable groomers I’ve ever experienced. I have had my dog groomed at PetSmart countless times over the years. He can be a handful but usually calms down with an experienced groomer. Today, I make it all the way back to my house on a very busy day when I get a call that they refuse to complete services because they don’t want to put in the extra effort. Clearly they do not have capable groomers at this location. Find somewhere that does. They also returned my dog to me soaking wet still. Completely unacceptable. Avoid like the plague.

I booked an appointment at the grooming department at Fort Jackson Blvd., Petsmart the manager is the one who was supposed to groom my dog due to construction on Bluff Road. It made me late. I did call to ensure that I was still be able to bring my dog in even though I was going to be late, I thought it was going to only be five minutes that if you’ve ever tried to come down Bluff Road and they have construction do you know that he can take a minute as soon as I was in the parking lot she did not call me to cancel the appointment some other person that worked in the grooming department, called and said that she could no longer check my dog due to the fact that I was late, I drove 20 miles to bring my dogs to Petsmart. I took off half a day so that I would be able to take him and pick him up. I sure miss Caroline because one thing I can say in the last four years that I have exclusively use just Petsmart and Banfield I never ever ever had a problem with bringing my dog to Caroline , I am so dissatisfied with the service that I will no longer be using Banfield hospital or Petsmart for my dog sneeze

Called store prior to going to ensure they had cat grass, was assured that they had plenty on hand. When questioned they said don't have it, no apology or anything. Will not shop there again!

Went there today to get a hospital tank for my sick fish. Their 10 gallon tanks are twice as much as other pet stores in the area so I opted for a 5 gallon since it was on sale. I get home and pull out my receipt to balance my checkbook and notice they charged me full price. So I call there store and they tell me there's nothing they can do, that the sale is for members only. So I give them my phone number registered with my membership I've used for years and they tell me they can't discount me. Their loss. Trustpilot has them have a 1.5 star review,so they must have paid to have a higher ranking here.

My first experience with Jessica and my 2 dogs was great. My second experience was not good at all. This time my dogs were seen at 2 different appointments. I missed the first one for my first pet but made sure she was on time for the next appointment. For my second pet, I ended up having to reschedule because I was in a car accident which I called PetSmart and made them aware( they said no worries and rescheduled my pet) I made sure I wrote down my appointment time for my second pet and when I got there I was told I was 30 minutes late. I explained that I wrote down the time exactly as the rep from PetSmart stated over the phone. When Jessica came out, she stated to me "this is the third time I've been late and if it happens again I will have to take my pet elsewhere". She agreed to still groom my pet and less than 1.5 hours later my dog was ready and came back peeing all over the place. I'm not sure if it's from anxiety from being there or what but I will be taking both of my pets somewhere else.

I took my dog Stella to this place and she tested negative for worms. Later that night I saw worms in her poo. The rep on the phone said that I was disrespectful and rude. I would not recommend taking your pet here.

Horrible animal care. My friend found a gecko they nursed back to health after they threw it out as trash because they thought it was dying. Apparently they do this alot. Anyway buying products is ok. When my favorite pet store doesn't have what I'm looking for. Employees have no idea about the animals they are caring for or how to do so. My tarantula a pink toe I got from there as I can tell they were not feeding her right. Took her home, got her healthy she's about 3 inches now. I only purchased her so they didnt kill her. Pet smart is great for supplies if you know exactly what you want. Don't depend on any recommendations from the Employees.

We wouldn't dream of taking our standard poodle for grooming to anyone else but Jessica at the Fort Jackson Blvd PetSmart! She always does the best job and takes such good care of our pup. He comes home very happy, handsome, and smelling great. Thank you, Jessica!
