Very pleased with the level of service my puppy received. The staff was helpful and courteous. The groomer Crista gave me a full rundown of my puppy's behavior through the whole process. My puppy coat looks shiny and feels great. I was notified as soon as my puppy was finished.

Crista did a wonderful job giving our dog Charlotte a perfect haircut for this warm weather! She’s got very wiry long hair, but this short cut will keep her comfortable! Our dog loves going to Pets Inc and we’ve always had a wonderful experience with their services!

I brought Barbie (a TNR cat that showed up at my house a few years ago) in with a hurt paw and Dr Murphy and Kristin did an awesome job making Barbie (and me) comfortable. They treated Barbie with tender loving care and Barbie was completely at ease with them. I could not ask for a better care team. EJ at the front desk was also very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Pets Inc and Dr Murphy and Kristen for anyone in need of veterinary care.

I originally adopted Scottie from Pets Inc. last year. Great adoption process. He's been a joy! I was informed they had grooming and I can groom but was hurt at work recently and wasn't able to so I gave then a call and got an appointment right away. Took Scottie in and he came out beautiful. Fast and great service. Already set another appointment.

This place is so adorable! I had to change vets due to affordability. The vet did such a good exam. Rubs all on my dog from head to toe. I’ve never seen I vet do such a thorough exam like that before! The staff is so nice. The receptionist made me feel like she had known me for years. They made vaccinations and bloodwork so simple (with distraction). I’m going to bring my other 2 dogs there too. I’m so happy I found a vet! He’s 12 about to be 13 and the vet congratulated me on how well she can tell he’s taken care of.

I have adopted and fostered dogs and cats from Pets Inc for over 15 years. I’ve loved them all. My newest is a now 8 month old puppy Zeus. I trust Caroline so much, she picked the puppy I adopted from a litter of many. ❤️ If you can’t adopt, donate, use the clinic, share posts, tell people, donate supplies, foster, it all helps.

We have taken both our Shepherds and cats to PetsInc multiple times and for reasons ranging from yearly checkups to our dog being bit by a racoon(no rabies thankfully!!!) and needed stitches. Dr. Murphy and the rest of the crew have always been awesome! They are affordable and the staff genuinely cares about your pets!!

Do not go for cat neutering. We lost our sweet boy today during surgery, which granted wasn’t their fault, but now they are still charging us $380 for the surgery including the cremation. He experienced a 1 in 1000 chance complication.EDIT: When we first got the call that our cat had passed on November 29th and we told them we wanted him cremated, we were told the ashes would be ready in a day or two. We call on December 1st about the ashes since we didn’t get contacted and were then told it was actually 5-7 days from when we passed before they would be ready. We called AGAIN at the 7 day mark and it still wasn’t ready to be picked up. I’ve also emailed twice asking to be sent out cats file but received no reply back. Now today it has been 8 days since Luck died and we were told in person once again that it wasn’t ready and to come back tomorrow. Fed up is an understatement. I have never had a pets ashes take more than two days to be picked up. If we were given some explanation or reasoning on why it was taking so long this wouldn’t be an issue. If your pet happens to die at Pets Inc, take your pet to a different business to be cremated.

We have been utilizing PetsInc’s vet services for almost 2 years now and are so happy with our experience. Having two rescue pups, we made the decision to seek out veterinary care who has experience with dogs who can be more on the anxious side. Yesterday, one of our dogs had an allergic reaction to her annual vaccines and EJ, Emily, and Dr. Murphy responded to our unplanned return to the clinic promptly and made sure Millie got the care that she needed. We are so thankful for this team and the care they have taken to provide a positive experience for both of our furry family members. :)

The staff and Dr at the clinic are great. Brought my dog in for an annual update and a couple issues.They took great care and gave me options for his treatment and didn’t do any unnecessary tests. Dr explained the causes of the issues , and the treatment.It’s great having a clinic that is affordable and really cares about your pet.

As for Pets Inc, he's been seen at the clinic there from the beginning to this day. Nice clinic and great staff all around. Took my fur human to get looked at after she got mauled by another dog. They were very nice and sweet to her. Also got her shots and groomed and the groomer was exceptionally nice with my pup considering her throat was still swollen and hurting.

Our decision to take our 11 year old dachshund to the veterinary chiropractic Doctor was such a good one. It has made an extremely positive impact on the quality of our dog's life. His hips, neck and shoulder have regained range of motion. Dr. Newton, listens, explains and makes recommendations, she is highly skilled professional and truly cares for all the pets in her care.

Its been a few days so far and we are totally in love with our new family members and will be forever grateful to PETSinc for all their hard work and dedication. Pets, Inc has changed owners. They now have more advanced care for your pets and a compound pharmacy right there in the place. They do holistic and other new items for your pets health. Like laser therapy and my other new exciting treatments. They have a surgery center with everything that you need for your pets. This is a newer pets Inc. You have to go yourself and take a look. They do grooming and lots more and the people there and Dr. Andy are very sweet and kind and understanding. I have been taking my two dogs there for 12 years. I would recommend this place for anyone who has a dog or a cat.

This was our first time using Krista the groomer. She did an awesome job and was so loving to both our dogs. She explained everything upfront as far as the charges and they were ready before promised. We highly recommend her! The grooming area was spotless!

I am so thankful for the staff members at PetsInc and the amazing resources they provide pets and their owners in our community. Specifically Dr. Murphy and Dr. Andy were wonderful. Dr. Murphy is providing treatment to a very ill stray I took in, and she was incredibly thorough in laying out her treatment plan. When there was a little misunderstanding with another one ofmy animals, Dr. Andy and Andy at the front desk were amazing in addressing it. Dr.Andy was genuinely committed in making sure everything was taken care of. Alexis at the clinic desk was incredibly patient with all of my questions and very friendly even at the end of a long day. I can only imagine what the staff sees on a daily basis, and I admire their dedication so much. The prices for the services they offer are extremely reasonable allowing every animal to get the care they deserve.

I am so thankful to the Veterinary staff here at Pets Inc. for seeing my sick 10 week old puppy. I had called my regular vet and they said they were booked solid and had no appointment for over a week. They told me to take her to the emergency vet. I have been using this Vet for seven years and this was the second time this has happened. I will be moving all of my animals to Pets Inc. The staff there were so helpful and understanding. I am grateful they stepped in to help me.

I love PETSinc!! We had the best experience here. My daughter and I went with the intent to bring home a kitten and came home with two! The set up is perfect. You get to go into a room where all the kittens are free to roam and interact with you. We wanted them all but the two we came home with are perfect. Both are already fixed and litter trained. We love them so much ❤️

Pets Inc has always been a go to location for me as a rescue, and as a regular customer. They have great rates, awesome staff members… I always feel welcome in that place. I’ve had several pets, spayed and neutered at that location and I’ve never had any problems afterwards. And they communicate very well with the reminders to your phone about your appointments. I look at them as a very well kept an organized business. They are also a place where you can find your next best furry friend if you’re looking for one. They are a 10 in my book!

This is jus the first day with my sweet Chloe. This whole experience has been a total blessing. Everyone was soo loving and u could tell by the clean facilities that these animals are not only loved but well cared for. Mr Bear loves going to Pets Inc for his hydro therapy. Everyone is wonderful and when we pull into the parking lot he gets so excited! He has also used laser therapy and shockwave therapy to help with his hip dysplasia! We are so grateful for Pets Inc-particularly Sierra and Dr Dunphy!

My daschund has been seen by the loving chiropractors at Petsinc. Greta was in such pain she had retreated to her crate and quit interacting with me. After one visit she was so much better. Follow up was needed and they continue to improve her mobility and such.

First time pet owner and finding primary care was tough but due to his cough I got desperate and found a vet that was affordable for my budget. They were amazing, fast , and very careful to my needs and the pups. (He’s 2 months) Needless to say Kaige is a full time patient. The decision wasn’t hard to make at all. Whether it’s for a visit, adoption, or primary care. This is a great place.

The staff was very helpful when I called and when I brought my cat in and picked him up. There was a little misunderstanding about the pain medication, but it all worked out just fine. My cat is recovering very nicely. This is a great organization and I highly recommend their veterinary services.
