They said I’m not allowed to bath my cat before bringing him for a haircut. This will lessen the anxiety for an animal if they are bathed at home & not subjected to strangers & a loud air dryer. I guess they make more money that way.

There should be more employees there to help the customers. I had to go up front to the register to get help. The young lady who helped me needs a raise she had excellent customer service, and I purchased something she recommended

I have been to other local and big box groomers, I didn't like their services and nobody that worked there seemed like they cared. The employees had sweet/positive attitudes, your employees from the groomers to the cashiers made me feel like they really cared and they weren't just going through the motions. The groomer listened to me and paid so much attention to detail with my dog and you have quality products and it shows. Most all you have quality employees working here... Thank you so much!!!

The store was clean. The workers are great. Kayla (the groomer) was the ABSOLUTELY best. She is so great with my doggie. It amaze me as she is cutting him, he falls asleep in her hand. Hands done the best. I will recommend her to my friends.

The cut was great as usual and the stylist was great. There was a little long of a wait at pickup due to limited staffing (perfectly understandable).I felt another store employee could have come to speed things up? Still great overall and see you in a month.

Was fearful that Benji would not adjust to a new groomer but Kayla was very caring and took a few minutes to get Benji comfortable with her. She groomed him really well and he looked clean and cute!! I was very satisfied!

I had to have a service with a sling bc my dog is very stubborn and would not stand up for Pet Smart. Fortunately Pet Co was able to accommodate my needs. Natasha was GREAT. She has no problems with my pet and did and excellent job. I will be back. Thank you Natasha!!!

I brought my labradoodle in for a grooming told the groomer to only cut one inch of hair leave the wavy hair do not cut low. My dogs hair was cut lower than I wanted . She made a mess of the top of hair. She gave a poodle cut I only wanted it to be trimmed. What a mess!!!!

My groomer (Genesis), did an excellent job/cut on my dog, you can tell she knows her craft, my dog looked good, smelled good, just a professional job. Lhasa Apso are not easy to cut. Petco is my new place to go, great job!!!

Petco was my favorite groomers, but Idk what’s going on the last time I brought my yorkie here a couple months ago her haircut was choppy all over another groomer had to fix it, now this time she only came for a bath she walked in fine & left limping.

Horrible customer service. Had to ask for help finding an item the website said was in stock at this location. Waited 20 minutes or more for them to return , which they didn’t, yet they walked right by me several times. Finally lost my patience and asked again, this time to a different employee , only for her to tell me it was out of stock without checking. While I can’t speak for all employees here, the ones I interacted with were apathetic and useless.
