I recently visited this pet store and was blown away by the vast selection of options for all types of pets! What really caught my attention, though, was the impressive avian section. It was fantastic to see such a wide variety of brain-stimulating toys and accessories for birds. It's clear that the store prioritizes the mental and emotional well-being of our feathered friends. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, too. Whether you're a seasoned pet owner or just starting out, this store has everything you need to keep your furry (or feathered) friends happy and healthy. The only place I go for dog food etc for my dogs! Been going here for years, but tonight I was really impressed! I probably wasn’t the easiest Customer to deal with as I had several coupons I wanted to use and they were very patient with me. Also I ended up leaving my card. They called me to let me know. All the staff were very friendly and helpful !! Just wanted to come here and show my appreciation! Thank you Leah & staff!

I like this pet supply store.A few of my fish died as will happen some time however the manager was nice and said I can get new fish or a refund. I like the friendly staff as well.You can bring your pets inside,I think you can bathe your dogs and get shots at certain times. This pet store is really nice..and clean too.You won't leave disappointed.

Pet Supplies Plus is My Go-To for Pet Food/Supplies & Goodies for my Fur Babies and Has been for MANY YEARS!! The Best there is Locally &/or On-line.Good Variety of Quality Foods/Pet Items at Very Competitive Prices. Excellent Delivery Service. The people here are super friendly and helpful. I mainly go in here for the pup wash station, which is why they get 3 stars instead of 5. The blow dryers are cold air only. And we only get 30 minutes to wash and dry our dogs. It is impossible to wash and then dry a large dog in 30 minutes with a blow dryer that doesn't have warm air. So I always have to leave with a wet dog and bring her home to dry her off.

Great small pet store find! Sign up for membership and get email coupons for discounts on already reasonable prices. We found a lot here that we had difficulty finding elsewhere. Clean store very friendly employees

Every fish I get dies. Had water tested multiple times by them and nothing wrong with my tank. I literally have spent past 2 months every Sunday (with exception to one) returning and getting new fish.

Friendly employees that are very knowledgeable. Always subtle upselling, but never pushy. The prices are about what you would expect, as you are buying a life or products to sustain one. This is my go-to for my aquarium and 🐠🐟 needs.

This was a stop on a road trip from picking up @colossuskitty and it was a lot of fun. The store had cat snacks at checkout for him. The store was stocked with unique toys, snacks and food for cats and dogs. Would definitely return if in the area

I like the way they organize the toys section. I put one of my dogs in the cart so he can enjoy the ride bit when we pass that section he jumps to get something and I finish buying it. He loves those rubber bones. Next time I will add a picture

***Update: what a terrible scam they have running this week!"Mix and Match B1G150%" tags are all over the store. Today I initially came to get a giant bag of the Nutrasource cat food but when I saw the tags I thought let me try out some smaller bags of the Optum which is their store brand. I decided to get one cat and one dog to see how my critters like and tolerated the food. I didn't realize I didn't get the dog food at half price until after I had paid. The cashier was friendly and nice and asked for the manager's help but he came back and said that it really wasn't a "Mix" unless it was cat and cat or dog and dog, which apparently is on the tags but in super small print. I don't really shop wearing my readers.What a terrible feeling.***

The Short review: quick, easy, and an overall great pet store.The Long review: The pet shop itself is located in an easily accessible spot that can be reached from multiple roads. The staff is very helpful and kind. Their Online order and pickup service is fantastic, which is what my family mostly does nowadays. The online order and pickup allows you to bypass and lines in the store. You can walk in and your order will be on the shelf waiting for you to get and leave with. Their selection is very broad and the staff actually can tell you where certain products are and give recommendations if you are on the fence about something.
