I took my absolute monster of a cat to get her nails clipped here. The last time she got her nails clipped, it was by a friend of mine who ended up very bloody after the experience. The very same day I came into the groomers, we had tried to do a portrait session with her and both the photographer and I still have scars. I had warned the groomers she would be very difficult. And then they held her like a little baby and she was an angel and they clipped her claws easy as you please and quick as nothing. I don't know what they did, but they were magic and I'm already planning to take her back in because she's getting pointy again (writing this review several weeks later, they did a good job).

Great grooming staff. I usually have Dominique do my dogs nails because Dom is patient and good with my dog who is only fussy when her nails are done.All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the pet supplies and the fish and reptiles in the store...and the tarantulas, guinea pigs, gerbils, etc.My dog loves going and sniffing all the isles with treats and toys. I highly recommend this Pet store.

I have gotten my dog groomed here and buy her dog food as well. Store is clean and the staff is friendly. She always has received a great haircut (she is a Maltese) and has to get groomed often. They send my reminders that it is time for a cut again and I appreciate that.

This store has great grooming services and a self service dog wash. They also have almost anything and everything you need for your pet(s). Staff is always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the prices on food, litter, toys and accessories. Pretty much everything they sell can be found online for a lot cheaper.

Liz was incredible! My high-energy puppy had never been to a groomer before and had only ever had her nails and sanitary trims done at the vet twice. She was so sweet and patient with us and took the best care of my baby. 10/10 would come back to have Liz be our groomer again!

My 10 year old lab is having some joint issues so we came to pet supply for the FIRST time to buy a nice orthopedic bed & dasuquin as our vet recommended.We will be back, the young man with glasses was a whiz on the register and even helped us donate bag of food to a shelter of our choice for $10.Great customer service is so rare, and I wish I remembered his name.

First timer- the store was well stocked, clean, and organized well. The fellas I encountered today were polite. They had some very cute animal costumes and cool treat bar for the pups. Price range can be compared to PetSmart and PetCo; some things are cheap and some are pricey. The coolest thing I noticed was their self-serve grooming stations. Like WOW. I can bring my pup in, wash and dry him and keep it moving. $10 to groom your pets :)

Excellent customer service!! The manager on Monday night (did not catch his name) was SO HELPFUL! He took the time to answer my questions, recommend products and even gave me instructions and advice for the flea medication I got for my cat! He asked questions to give me my best options AND walked around the store with me to help me get everything I needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else after the incredible customer service I received here. Thank you!!

Very friendly establishment with knowledgeable staff! You can find anything you need for pretty much ANY pet here. I shop for my elderly aunt weekly and needed help finding a few things, and they went above and beyond without making you feel stupid or like you were an inconvenience!! It was my first visit, as i normally go to Pet Smart. Never again, now that I found this store!! The cashier was the sweetest, and I'll definitely be shopping here from now on.

We are new to the area and since there is no place in Newberry where we can get pet supplies I thought we would go there. The place seem to be dirty the corks were not helpful they stood around talking instead of worrying about their customers. And those stock was low and untidy couldn't find what I was looking for and without help I never did find it.

Came for the self serve dog wash, getting the card for 5 washes is definitely more cost efficient since they apparently went up in price since the last time I took my dog to a pet supplies. Dog wash area was nicely set up, i noticed a sign as i was leaving that they provide nail clipping for you before the wash which is really nice. The employees were very nice and helpful. I'll definitely continue going to this location.

Recently became a pet owner after 10Years of not having one.. I have a lovely Calico cat named SusieQ. I came to your store looking for something to calm her down. She has need very jumpy and ill tempered. I ask the cashier about it. She got someone to help me. She found a spray for SusieQ s favorite places to rest. This has had 2 days to work. I think it is helping.Thnx everyone for making us a happy couple again.

Purchased one of the self serve dog treats at the register. Told the associate the $1.98 price. He promptly rang it up for $3 & change. Told me the higher price was due to sales tax. When I requested my receipt, he said the Mgr would give me a refund for the difference. He never apologized or even attempted to explain his reason for the discrepancy. He blatantly tried to steal money from me. Do not purchase anything if Teigue is at the register. He's a thief. I'd recommend Petco or Pet Smart.

Very nice staff. We shop when we get coupons, which is usually once a week, and the prices aren’t bad. As someone who has 4 cats we go through a lot of litter. The staff usually asks to help me out to my car, which is a nice offer.
