I took my Mini Goldendoodle to Pet Supplies Plus for his first grooming Service. The fee was $70 dollars. It appeared that he was well groomed, nail clipped, hair clipped and a fresh bath. Therefore, no complaints. I took him back for his second service four weeks later, the fee was $70, however, this time he looked the same, but with a fresh wash. His hair was still covering his eyes, nails wasn't clipped, and hair wasn't trimmed. I called the Clemson Road SC location to inquire about what was done. I was transferred to the manger. I explain the situation and she stated he had a wash and dry, or something to that nature. I question why the fee was the same for a different service. She stated the groomer was not there to answer my question, but offered to give me my money back, but Chase would not be able to return for grooming. What? He can't come back because the Groomer messed up. What kind of policy is this? I was not planning on taking him back there for less service at the same price. I thought it was rude of a manager to treat a customer this way, because questions were asked. I do not recommend this place.

I paid over 100 to get my dog groomed a few days ago and I was just now petting her and I feel a few matts of hair under her ear. I get it her hair is long but how can you miss the clumps of hair about the size of a quarter when you were supposed to clean her ears. Plus I asked for her to be deshedded and my dog is still losing a bunch of fur. I brushed her when we got home and got a ton off of her.

(Old email-Brown popped up).I was sent a response from my first review via an automatic response system, a general comment shared with every client with different situations. They don't care about resolving issues. I was asked to call a number inwhich was the store. The assistant manager had no idea why I was calling. This place is a joke. They have a "policy" if you call asking questions about their grooming service, your pet will not be able to return, according to the manager. It doesn't matter if you're calm, not irrate, or not upset. Your fur baby can't come back. Do not patronize this place. It's good, until you have a bad experience. They will not work with you rather, tell you your pet can not return..

Staff is super friendly and helpful every visit. I love the availability of the food I get my fur babies. They have plenty of natural treats that are great for pets. The freeze dried treats are the best.

We came here to get my 5 year old set up with her first fish(es) and can I say that Hannah was AMAZING. She was patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to make suggestions on how to get started (not being pushy at all, showed us high range and low), and then told us how to take care of our Betta fish and help them live long lives. We will be back to this store for ALL our pet needs. Thank you guys! This was a great experience.

Belle has always done a fantastic job with my fur babies. She has made them always feel as if they are in a safe environment, and most of the time they never want to leave her side! My family and I are always happy with our grooms, and she has by far been the best at grooming them! I will always continue to recommend her to all of my friends and coworkers! She is a very hard worker and it truly does show in the details!! She is also very thorough and she is always there to answer any questions! I couldn’t recommend her enough!!! Way to go Belle!!!

Belle at the Clemson Rd Pet Supply Plus store is amazing! We have been to several groomers and have finally found one we love and who treats us and our fur babies like family! We have been for three visits and have taken two dogs (Golden Doodle and a Maltese) each time. They love her too! Belle is so kind, gentle, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional and does a great job! She does her best to accommodate your needs and wishes and even offers advice for at home care and follow up. We love her and hope she is here to stay! Thank you, Belle, for being so amazing! We've always liked the store but you are our highlight. Thank you so much!! If you need a great groomer, ask for Belle!

Had a great first experience at this store. Took my brothers dog in for a bath and he was really taken care of by the staff. Christine took her time and really made Gunner feel special. He received a bath, got his ears and teeth cleaned all for a really good price. She was very polite and professional and id highly recommend her for your dogs cleaning needs. The store was very clean and the cashiers were super friendly as well. I will make this my go to pet store from now on. Thanks guys

absolutely repulsive fish care.edit: just saw the response mane dont even lie like that there are other images on my phone from the same day of other non feeder fish of a different system floating dead in their tanks and I can link that too. The least you couldve done was remove the dead bodies so the slightly live fish didnt have to drown in their dead tankmate’s ammonia water😫

Pet supplies has always been my favorite pet store, but this store in particular is the best! I bring my cat with me on a leash bc he loves adventures and they always show him so much love. They even opened a bag of cat treats to give him since they normally only have dog treats. The staff there is amazing and I don’t go anywhere else. Plus the prices are great!

I wish I would have gotten all of my fish from this store. The tanks were clean, all of the animals looked so healthy and the woman who helped us was amazing. (I wish I would have caught her name.) Go to Petsmart and see if the parrots look like this.

Belle @ Pet Supplies Plus is by far the best groomer I’ve ever had the pleasure of using for my long haired dachshund. We’ve been to many in the area and she is top notch! She’s so friendly and loves on my pup like he is her own. Not only do we love Belle but we love having a family owned pet store in the area who are so nice.

I brought my mini goldendoodle here for the second time and both times have had an outstanding experience. Groomer Bell is simply amazing at what she does, understanding and works beyond well with my pup. I will not go any other place besides here. The prices are unbeatable as well!

Don't go there much because I only need one item but don't use that item much at all. The item is a bubble stone. I would say though, my first one broke. On this visit, I was telling the manager about it and I had 3 in my hand to purchase and notice 1 of them was already broken.

I love going to this pet store vs any other. Why? You earn more reward points that don't expire, lots of $10 off coupons in the mail, and if you're military, they allow double discount. The staff is friendly ALWAYS! I used to go to Petco and Petsmart, but not ever again, since Pet Supplies is soooo conveniently located at the corner of Hardscrabble and Clemson Rds, in the plaza beside Planet Fitness.

I loved purchasing from this location, especially because they deliver. I’ve had one instance where I ordered for delivery and 2 days later it still hadn’t arrived. After calling the store, they realized they made a mistake and quickly delivered my order. Customer service has always been top notch! But, I went to purchase my 40lb bag of dog food at the store today, something I purchase every 2-3 weeks. It went up $10 since I last bought a bag 3 weeks ago. I understand everything is increasing right now but a $10 hike for a bag of Redford Naturals and that’s the sale price? The regular price hiked from $59.98 to $76.98! Who’s going to pay that for the store brand food? I’m going to have to look for a different brand dog food somewhere else.

Great selection of cat foods both wet and dry. Always clean and well stocked. Fantastic employees who are super helpful and greet you as you enter. I swear they have the nicest employees of any business in the area. (They also have a huge selection of dog foods and supplies for other pets but I only have a cat.)

I made the mistake of taking my fur baby to be groomed here. The groomer was friendly, but did not do a good job. It looked as if I let my seven year old cut his hair with a pair of scissors. Even she knew she didn't do a good job. I spoke with the manager about how I felt about the cut over the phone minutes later. The manager requested that I come back in for a refund. Upon arrival the manager comes to the front with the groomer and her own personal pet, which was massive. My seven year old who was with me was afraid because of his size. We asked her could she put him away so we may continue discussing the cut. She then stated that I could just move to another portion of the store because her dog was not going anywhere. She eventually put the dog up and gave me a refund. Needless to say I will never be going back. If she didn't know how to groom my pup I'd rather her tell me than practice on my pooch. I even asked for a number to their corporate location and was told they did not have one. Idk what was worse customer service of the store manager or hack job done on my pet, but never will I ever go back.

This review is for the grooming. We were told it would be $75 for our great Pyreneesm/ Maremma to be washed and brushed out. When I went to pick him up she tried to charge $140. Tried to charge us 3x for matting when he had only one small Matt behind his ear which was not even removed. He has been groomed regularly and has no matting. It is just his fur type being very thick and coarse due to his mixture breeds. The groomer was very rude and continued to tell us that he was so mated she would normally shave him. Which was absolutely absurd. First of all, he has no matting. It's his double coat and secondly, you never shave a great pyrenees. When I told her his hair is course like that. That is his natural hair texture. She said. Oh it looks just more like he's old... He's 3 years old... She then continues to tell me that she didn't even finish. She only did the back half of him because she ran out of time. She didn't clean his ears. She didn't shave his sanitary area like I asked her to. And yet she was trying to charge well over what she had quoted. She continued to argue with me about my own dog. All I can say is if you have a thick special coat dog like mine I would not recommend taking them here. The girl is extremely young and very unfamiliar with these types of hair. It would have been nice if she would have just admitted that instead of trying to overcharge us and then claim My dog was severely matted because she didn't know his type of fur. Also there was still a ton of sand all throughout his fur and when I showed her this she said oh that looks like a skin condition.. WTH

Belle is a fantastic and wonderful worker, my dogs are always jumping with joy when they stop by. She takes care of the dogs and leaves them looking fresh, i would continue to recommend belle to everyone
