The staff were so nice and extremely helpful. I came in for th first time to give my dog a bath at the self serve station and the associate that helped me went above and beyond. She answered all of my question and was so polite. We will definitely be back here soon.

I went into this pet store today and there as a couple looking at buying a hamster. The employee lifted up the hide and there were hamster pups. Their eyes were not open. The employee was also on the phone with someone while helping these people. I told the employee they shouldn’t be bothered until their eyes are open. The mother looked really stressed, there was a wheel in the cage as well which can injure the pups. When I told the employee they shouldn’t be handled until their eyes are open or the mom will kill her babies, she looked shocked so hopefully she will educate the other employees. She told me another hamster had had babies and the hamster had culled her babies so this isn’t the first time this has happened. Same sex hamsters should not be together in the first place. The rabbits also had a cage smaller than the size of my hamster’s cages. I don’t think this is the employee’s fault but it’s a lack of knowledge in the store and poor management.

Brand new establishment, great variety, helpful/friendly staff. Dog washing station. Pets on a leash welcomed. For the convenience of downtown, there's no uptown pricing.

The store is well stocked and very organized. It also didn't have the really heavy oders most pet stores have. Prices are fair and a good selection. Highly recommend.

We show up 30mins before closing to look at snakes and dragons. They was super helpful and cool. Let us hold the ball python (which we ended up buying) who was super friendly. Hooked us up with a nice started set up and a mouse for dinner (snake ov). I'd deff recommend this place to people, especially because it's across the street from Eddies calzones. ( if you haven't been to Eddies GO!) In all seriousness, I will be going back by another snake
