Been going for a long time now for my miniature schnauzer, the place does a very good with her cuts I tell him what I want and pick her up exactly how I want her to look. Could say it does take a while to get her hair cut the communication could improve on when she is going to be ready however the customer service is very good and he takes his time which I have no problem with because my dog looks and smells immaculate. Would continue to make that 30min drive as to my dog does not seem to be scared when dropped off meaning she is getting treated fairly well when left in his care. Thanks so much guys!

Great grooming!! My regular place was closed, so I found this great place for my Frenchie before we went on a little trip! They did an undercoat process to curb his shedding, and WOW, what a difference!!!! I will be BA-AH-CK!!

Absolutely fantastic service and he was knowledgeable about what was making my dog itch and have dandruff! The staff was very kind and gracious when my dog peed in the floor and they were able to fit me in same day I called! Highly recommend and will be back !

I have a St. Bernard golden doodle and a golden doodle and I went 2 weeks ago to have both my boys shaved down, nails done and ears done well let’s see I dropped them off at 7:55am and got a call to pick them up at 3:10pm ( completely unacceptable) not only did they do a very messy job and missed spots for the shave but also gave my golden doodle razor burn on his tail, nipped his growth on his leg, ears were never cleaned anal glands never expressed and there nails were never done!! I have now called them 4 times since to complain but they do not answer my calls at all!! I want a refund or even a partial refund not to mention I know they weren’t even given water as when they got home they drank so much water I had to stop them!! This is unacceptable!! I moved from CT and needed a new groomer for my boys and man I picked a absolutely horrible place!! My boys will never return there again!! I can’t believe they even have a business at this point! I’m so angry it’s not funny! My golden doodle has to go to the vet bc of the razor burn and the nipping of the growth not to mention I found a small spot on his neck that was cut as well!! All I’m saying is if you value your animals and want them groomed right and correctly do not ever ever bring them here!!!

We love this groomer!! He is very thorough, and you can really tell he loves animals and taking care of them. He even suggested different food to help with my dog's skin issues...I changed it based on his recommendation and it worked!! We won't go anywhere else!!!

I think 3 stars is rough but I'd give 3.5 if given the option. It's just not what we were looking for. We dropped our two puppies off around 8:30 am and they weren't done until 3:15 pm. The cut on the body for our male was well done. They got rid of the long hair on the back of the legs like we asked for. But they said they would blend the hair from his head into his neck but it came out as a harsh jagged line from his puffball head. He may have been squirrely because he's only 8 months but still. They also didn't touch the hair in between either of our dogs paws. Like at all. And we specifically asked for that because it grows very fast with both of them. Their nails are even more jagged than when we dropped them off but their teeth are great! The bow ties they were given was adorable and the cologne was a nice touch. But I think we will stick with our SPCA because it just wasn't what we were looking for and frankly disappointing because the staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

They did an excellent job with my long haired dachshund, his coat is very even, especially considering how much they had to take off. He came home smelling wonderful and with a cute little bow tie. The price was reasonable and I’m sure we’ll be back.

Nails were more jagged than when I brought in dogs....were cut very uneven.. wouldn't even cut my second dog said he was acting aggressive...But dog seemed more scared of the way being treated than anything...Will never go back and don't recommend... Only reason for going to begin with close to home....Went to Wags to Whiskers to get them redone and had a great experience and doggies loved it there and was clean and smelled good unlike Pet & Prim that smelled like urine....

I took my lab mix here last year and absolutely loved how her coat came out she looked wonderful, better than Pet smart which is where I usually take both my fur babies. My Silkie Terrier, Hercules, has been coming to Pet & Prim for several years. Of all the groomers he’s even seen, he loves it here the most! Jason does a great job grooming him and it’s obvious that Herc trusts him. I know my fur baby is safe here and that means everything to me.

I've been taking my sweet boy here since I got him last year and I have not one complaint. They do a great job at a fantastic price point. My boy always comes home smelling and looking great! Unfortunately I'm moving to Tx and will no longer be able to come but I HIGHLY recommend !

Excellent service! They have groomed my bichon for many years. My dog's cut is always nice & he smells really good. Recently, my daughter deployed to Afghanistan & she boarded her 2 year old pit bull; I'm very impressed with the quality of care he is getting.

I've been taking my baby Bubba to Mr. Jason for a whole year now & I never was disappointed or displeased with their service. Whatever I request they deliver 100%. They have a awesome flea treatment, I love the bow ties, & Bubba always smell sexy and his teeth are beautiful 😍 If you ever in the area I highly recommend Pet&Prim. They are the BEST!!

I called this establishment and they worked our Maltese in the same day. She was so matted and had an allergic reaction to something but the staff at Pet & Prim took great care of her and did a superb job on her coat. They did not even have a problem using the shampoo our vet recommended to help her skin heal. Thank you Pet & Prim, you have gained another customer. We definitely will not be using PetSmart anymore for our baby’s grooming needs.

Jason is very knowledgeable and competent with a wide range of dogs. I have a yorkie and am working with him to have a specific look for her. He knows what cuts work for different types of coats and can offer really great feedback. Prices are extreamly reasonable. I highly suggest this business to anyone!

I can't speak to the boarding, but I took my dog here to have his nails trimmed and I couldn't be happier. Less than ten minutes in and out, they took great care of my dog, did a great job and the price is as good as it gets. Will be returning whenever my boy needs anything done!

We were in a pinch... headed out of town and and trying to get our 2 dogs groomed at the last minute. We looked everywhere for a groomer and they were the only ones willing to squeeze us in, which was a relief and a note of concern... why can they squeeze us in? Are they not very good?When we arrived, the location's exterior was a little less than inviting and the interior was a little worn out and dated but... don't let that stop you!The groomer came up from the back and asked a series of very intelligent questions while sharing a wealth of knowledge (I wish I could remember his name). It was very clear that he took his work seriously to the point where you would call it a passion. On top of that... our dog that typically doesn't trust men was his best friend within minutes.When we came back, they were trimmed exactly as we'd hoped and couldn't have been happier. I would highly recommend Pet & Prim Parlor. Thanks for squeezing us in and doing such a great job.

Very good groomer. My yorkie always comes out of the happy and full of energy. They always can manage to fit me in and do a wonderful job. With reasonable prices compared to other places in Columbia.
