I take my dog Blaze, a standard Poodle, here for grooming. These dog groomers have to be some of the best in the city of Columbia. Jaimie is Blaze's groomer. She gets it right every time. Stephanie has also groomed him, and she, too, gets it right.The customer service is great, and they have cool treats for pets. This location isn't convenient for me, but it's DEFINITELY worth it!

Will not be back. Can't say anything bad about the grooming. Dogs looked great. But the way some of the staff talk to you is absolutely unprofessional. It has happened twice, and when I asked an employee about it, they knew who I was talking about. I spoke with the manager or owner, but I feel like nothing will be done. Places need to understand that money spends anywhere, and mine will be going elsewhere.

Misty has been grooming Domino for 11 years as well as our other dogs. She is is really great and finishes the dogs quickly so they don't get stressed out by being there all day. She treats them like they are her own babies! I now drive from Greenville just to bring them to Mill Creek.Highly recommend!!!

All the dog food except name brand is made by owner. His food has no fillers or by-products no crude fats just meat and veggies. Had one pitt w/ allergies she is now doing well on new kibble.

They have a good variety of dog foods and snacks and fresh meat. I get good options for bathtime and grooming and honestly the prices are not bad at all. If you want them to do the grooming there's a station in the back and all. There's alot of good things here I wanna get my hands on beds etc lol so we'll keep coming! Oh let me not forget the friendliness in the atmosphere folks speak soon as you hit the door and when you're leaving very family feeling in there love it.

I came in to buy a kennel for our dog. Our old kennel broke. They seem to have a great selection of products and supplies. My only issue is the pricing. I was willing to spend about $150 on a new Kennel, even though I knew at some of the major retailers I would be able to get it for about $90. Generally speaking, places like this are just more expensive. I was prepared but I was unable to get the kennel here because they wanted $220. I try to be a very understanding person and shop local but I don't think I can support that type of pricing. Nice people though!

We brought our newly adopted husky here to be groomed. We also brought our puppy here for a nail trimming. When I called, the staff was able to fit us in for the bath and nail trimming quickly. They were friendly and very helpful when it came to getting our digs taken care of. They had our husky cleaned up and smelling great within an hour. The staff did wonderful with both of our animals!

Wonderful service! Needed a harness for the Bully Puppy. They didn't just point to the wall of collars. They walked us over there asked what color we might want, then they fitted and adjusted the harness for the Puppy. First choice didn't fit so well, so they adjusted another. We certainly appreciate the time and care that we received.

The owner recommended his own freshly made dog food as an alternative to Blue Buffalo for about a $20 savings. More than that, really. We got a forty pound bag as opposed to the thirty pound Blue Buffalo, and our dog loves it! I used to shop here years ago when we were stationed here before (we fed Diamond dog food then), and I will continue to buy the store brand food. Its a local family owned store, and everyone there has always been really helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.

Super friendly and pets can shop with you. Great selection of foods, some that big chain doesn't carry. And their prices are very close to the online site. Who cares if they ship it to your door step and " do not have to carry it". You still have to pick it up and carry it inside, hold it while you fill container, and store the rest. Mill Creek has it when you need it, will carry in store and take it to your car for you. So the online stores only perk is being a few $$ cheaper. Try Apex brand my dog loves it and it is good quality and cost less for more food. 30lbs for $53 vs. 35lbs for $48.

I was really happy with my first experience here. I normally go to a different place in Elgin to get my dog's food, but they were closed today so I stopped by this place since I know they carry the food I get. I was happy that they carry a bigger size bag than my normal store. I will say the only thing I wish they did was a military discount, as my normal store does do a military discouny. Still really happy with my experience!

This place is absolutely awful.I was loyal customer and spent very good money in this store.... They treated me awful yesterday... And showed the world they don't care about their customersThey messed my dog up twice before but I thought If I told her what was going on they would do right... But they did him awful.. He was left with cuts and marks all over his body.Instead of providing great customer service to a loyal customer they got on Facebook and arguing me down on my page... Calling me out my name. What they could of done was offer me something...or take a few dollars off... But God will definitely handle this business

ALL employees including owner are incredible, same for the product they are selling. OWNERS OWN manufactured food in light blue bags on pallet to the right of check stand as you enter store, Salmon and potato blend. I was sent there by doctor at PET STORE , for Zylox, a solution for ongoing ear problems my best four legged friend HAD. Yep had HAD had. Now hears me better when called to dinner too. Eats like a Hollywood actor dog that's been trained to eat like he's doing a commercial on TV. No ear problems, no shedding , and has eight times the energy. He's 3.5 and I'm 61, thinking about getting on this food myself. Afraid i will start barking and my Supervision days are over. Seriously, do your dogs a great favor and try this for your dogs health. I stopped all medication before changing food. Staff suggestion I will never forget. Another thing,( I'm 61 sorry) All natural and that was the only reason I tried it besides Owner seems to be very excited about his product. Not as much as Scraps is!

LOVE the groomers here! They are super nice, they do a great job on my 3 Papillons, and they actually CARE about the pets they groom, which is definitely not the case at the Petsmart grooming salon I have visited.

I really love this place. Everyone that works there is very nice and helpful. They also carry Orijen which is the only kibble my dog will eat, and it's hard to find.

Visited Mill Creek Pet Food store two times while on business in the area. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Our dog is 10 yrs old and started scratching beyond what would be considered normal. A very knowledgeable woman answered several of our questions and it was determined our dog may be allergic to chicken/chicken meal. We decided to try the Orijen six fish. Our dog loves it & you can smell the fish everytime you open the bag. I recommend checking out all the Orijen varities and read about how the dog food or cat food is processed. It has been 6 weeks since the change of diet and the scratching is just about gone. For our dog's treats we are using the Core Bowl Boosters fish and Natural Balance L.I.T, sweet potato & fish. We appreciate the knowledgeable staff & no pressure buying. If we are ever back in the area we will certainly stop. Thank you Mill Creek,Hudson, NC
