I always have a bad customer experience at this store. They don’t do exchanges so please misplace your receipt or receive the wrong gift. I only wanted to do a simple exchange of equal value. No money back, let me cut up this Lowe’s card and go to Home Depot.

We waited at the saw to get services for cutting wood for at least 30 min. They paged an associate several times while other customers also waited around us. I counted 6 different employees pass by us without asking if we needed help. Korey was the only one who stopped to ask if we needed help and then helped us. An employee (woman, brown hair) stated out loud that she didn't work in lumber. I then witnessed her scan and sort lumber in the same isle we were waiting. As a loyal and long time customer, it's hard to see this level of indifference. Darlene cashed us out and was courteous and kind.

No stars. I needed a hose-end sprinkler and grass seed, but could not find them in Lowe's garden center. So I finally found an employee who responded to my quiry like a deer in the headlights. When she finally responded with her answer, it was less than convincing and, sure enough, neither item was there. So I jumped in my car, and went another half mile to Home Depot where an employment immediately pointed me to exactly where I found both products, so I rewarded Home Depot by purchasing the items and a sprayer too. When I went to self checkout, another very sweet and helpful lady took command and happily helped me with my purchases. So, Liwe's deserves zero stars, but from this day forward Home Depot is my first option.

The employees and management at this store are lackadaisical at best. No one was able or willing to help.Unfortunately I left the store and drove three miles to another location and received prompt and courteous attention as well as the product I came for.

Godawful! I placed an order for drywall online for same day delivery (at a $69 few). I only purchased thru Lowe's because of this availability. At 7pm I get a notification that the delivery is delayed. Coincidentally, 7 is when their support center closes, so I couldn't get any further information till the next morning, when my contractor was intending to install the drywall.I call as soon as they open because this store is the one set to deliver it. They tell me it was delayed because another item in the order wasn't available, despite their inventory showing them having dozens of them ("we just can't find it"). I ask them to delivery the drywall & cancel the other item. They tell me I need to place a new order to do that. Eventually they figure out & trek me they've requested a driver to deliver the dry wall.About an hour later I get a call from the driver saying my payment failed. Apparently they cancelled my initial order and placed a new one, but somehow the delivery request was only linked to the cancelled order. So the delivery guy leaves the store without my drywall. Mind you, this call sequence alone took 2 HOURS to get through.Once they figure out what happens, they call again about an hour later and tell me they hope the delivery will happen that day (now 2nd day since placing it), but give me no reason to think it actually will.Four hours later I get another call telling me what I describe above, and informing me they can get it sorted and on a truck the NEXT day (2 after the same day delivery I paid for), and act as though their offer of 10% discount for the trouble is somehow magnanimous. I finally decide what I should have the night before and cut bait, cancelling the order and remembering why I almost never shop at Lowe's.

Needless to say the Lowes on Two Notch store 0433 Customer service is HORRIBLE After taking a half of day off on Friday 3/1/24 they TEXTED me 30 minutes before installation about not being able to install because the store Lost my door. Then when I called acted like it was my fault. Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything else from this store.Managers are TERRIBLE and the store needs to be accountable for treating PAYING CUSTOMER like an after thought. If this is how you treat customers then maybe you should reconsider how your business is run.

Bad experience with Lowe's brand (Project Source) bathroom faucet. The aerator needs to be replaced yearly and you can't buy at Lowe's you have to call Project Source and it's a big pain, $17 with shipping for a tiny piece of plastic, ridiculous. Also, the employee at Lowe's was not very helpful. Bottom line, stupid design of a faucet to replace the aerator every year and you have to order specially online. Lowe's, big failure here. Don't buy Project Source, you will regret it.Update: I called the number Lowe's told me to call and the lady in India was utterly incompetent, had no idea what to do. Again, Lowe's, a total fail.

They sold me a dryer that doesn’t work. Associate didn’t tell me about return policy. The associate didnt put my correct information in for warranty causing my warranty to be in someone else’s name. Went to store asked for store manager Mike and he refused to come speak with me. Called to get cooperate number they refused to give it to me. Will never shop there again. There associates don’t know there jobs. The manager either. They just take your money and leave you to deal with the damaged goods. Save your automated response because I literally called this same number to speak to cooperate and NOTHING was done! And I’m stuck with a dryer that DOES NOT get hot.

Went to purchase a toliet-choose the one I wanted and needed help to place it on cart. Customers service at this store is horrible. Three sales people avoided me as I ask for help. I was ready to walk away when a salesperson clocking out helped. I will avoid this Lowe's from now on.

Great experience! I asked one of the employees for the location of the top soil. He told me it was out front and I just needed to pay for it and he would load it for me. Really made my day!!!

We needed a key made, and the kiosk was confusing. James knew that Cullen was assisting another customer, so he helped us. The kiosk was totally not helpful, so James retrieved Cullen to make the key manually.Both Cullen and James were very helpful, pleasant, and patient. They took their time, with explanations during the process. We are very appreciative of both of them.

I don’t typically leave Google reviews and certainly not bad ones but this store deserves a review. I was in this store yesterday and received awful customer service. It’s as if they should just fire everyone there and hire and entire new staff. There is not one helpful person working there.

Stopped in based on information from a family member. Was unable to find what I was looking for, and the gentleman we asked to assist us wasn't very helpful at all. Did find another associate, who tried their best to help us find it, but couldn't. We ended up leaving with another item we thought might work, and in the end, it didn't

Great job "Tall Mike"!!! The customer service was excellent! We were sent from another Lowe's location in Columbia, SC to purchase an area rug that showed to be in stock. Once at the store the rug could not be located. We looked in all the bins, asked several associates, and even an assistant manager. Nothing! "Tall Mike" came by and asked if we needed help. We explained what was going on and he immediately went to work to find what we wanted. He went way above and beyond to make sure that we got what we had gone to the store to purchase. This young man is exactly the type of person that ALL business' need working with them in order to be successful. He was friendly, respectful, diligent, and knowledgeable. He sought out a solution, not simply content with telling us that the item wasn't in the bin it was supposed to be in. Needless to say we left the store, with the exact rug we had gone there to purchase. We are very grateful to "Tall Mike" for helping us in an era where typically you can't find anyone to even ask a question of, much less have them actual help you find exactly what you are looking for.

Store itself is good if you're picking something up that you ordered online or if you're going inside to shop. That said, every single time I call because I need a question answered, they pick up the phone and just set it aside. I can tell because I can hear noise and talking in the background. It gives me hope that someone will finally get back to me, but they never do. They just hang up. It's despicable, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. I'm disabled, so it's really hard for me to get to the actual store sometimes, especially when I can just pick up the phone and get a question answered. But even if I wasn't, this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Received two different shades of color for the exact same floor tile item #. You can only see the difference when the two are side by side. Now we have half a kitchen of tile installed and calling all over state to find the correct shade to finish the job. I ordered one single item # online not two. Upon inspection we noticed in fine print shade "6" and shade "1" on our order. Job halted

if i could give this place zero stars i would!! WORST Lowe’s i have ever been to. customer service workers are VERY rude, don’t help and they have the worst attitudes. they act like they don’t want to work. we ordered a pressure washer and they said it would be here within a few days. i called and it wasn’t in, which i understand, so they tell me to call later that day. then i call again that afternoon and they have the worst attitudes asking me why i called again when they said it wasn’t there, etc. worst experience ever at Lowe’s. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

This is either the busiest Lowes around or very poorly managed. It took almost 40 minutes to do a return with only one person in front of me. No one offered to help the young lady who was very frustrated with the system. Several individuals walked by and no could take the time to help her. This is not the first I have gone through this. I had to stop an associate to get help to bring an item off the shelf. He went to get a ladder...never came back...20 minutes later, as I left he was sitting on the back of a pickup eating a sandwich.

Every Lowe’s isn’t the same. Store 433 is insanely short-staffed and some of the team members are very rude. Go ahead and grab a lunch if you need forklift driver or an ASM at the service desk…15 minutes to show up.Quite honestly, I think some of the rudeness comes from team members being frustrated that they are one of four people covering the whole floor. On a recent visit they had one person covering the entire Garden Center.I would bet the sales reflect the leadership.
