My first time going to this Food Lion and it didn't disappoint. I went for the blow out Snow crab leg sale and Uber there 3 days straight. The employees were welcoming, polite and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked and very large. The only downside for me as a disabled person is that they only have 2 electric scooters in the entire store and they were in use when I arrived early in the morning. I use a rollator because of my frequent falls due to my spinal stenosis so attempting to walk the entire store could lead to an unwanted injury so I had to wait for someone else to finish shopping in order to retrieve the scooter and follow them to their car. Food Lion Management needs to order at least 4 more scooters.

Decent selection at an average grocery store. However, the customer service here is awful. When I checked out the cashier didn’t speak a word to me, no -hello, thank you, did you find anything ok, your total is… not a single word spoken to me. Very strange but I definitely won’t be back.

I won't shop at Food Lion anymore. Customer service is bad. They are always out of stock on a lot of items. I've given them plenty of time over the past 6 months to improve, so it's time to move on.

I gave a one because Jasmine's attitude needs adjusting. No smile. No courtesy. If people are unhappy with their job, find a job that makes them happy. I like the store, but she ruined my shopping experience.

Not normally this person, but the women’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Used toilet paper on the floor, multiple toilets clogged with feces and toilet paper, no toilet paper available in the stall I had to use (I’m pregnant and it was an emergency.) Two women walked in after me and also mentioned how unsanitary and gross the condition of the bathroom was. Rest of the store looks very clean, but the state of the restroom was deplorable.

Stop trough at five point , friend I am, love the food shop for what I had need, even if just , was a sandwich that hit the spot, used cool down milk good after new hot sauce,know by name Tabasco.Just in to the food sandwich was cold cut's enjoy,no hot sauce, image I want like the community.

I recently found a dirty used bandaid in box of strawberries. Huge liability they need to take account for. This is disgusting and I will never take my business here again. Do not buy produce here.

The prices at this location are obscene. Manager's special items that still ring up full price, clearance items that still ring up full price and over priced items at the regular price compared to other food lion locations. I definitely won't be shopping at this location again.

I didn't know how to use my card. The two cashiers were really kind and helpful. The patience and level of consideration they displaced is amazing. I wished I know their names so I could thank them rot going their duty to help me. The whole time these ladies ate smiling and figuring out how to get my card to work so I could get my groceries. They were a blessing and made my day so much better. Shout out to the cashiers who patiently helped me. I appreciate that so much. I will be shopping with that store regularly.

This is absolutely the worst place to shop. They let the Homeless people loiter in front of the the entrance. The cashier's are rude and racists and are aggressive. Go to Publix on Rosewood it's worth it. Publix employees are friendly and act very professional and are willing to assist. They need to send an UnderCover Boss to this store to investigate how rude they treat their customers. I want spend my money there.

I usually come here to get money orders to pay my son’s daycare. Depending on which cashier is working you’ll be able to get a money order even though they constantly have a sign saying the area is closed. This morning I went in and saw a lady in the area bent over the lower counter on her phone. I asked her if I was still able to get a money order she briefly looks up at me from her phone to point to the area and quickly say it’s closed. How can this same area be closed for months? I appreciate that I usually can still get a money order but just to say the areas is closed so you don’t have to work and you can play on your phone, you can do that at home.

Food Lion is my grocery store of choice. I have been shopping there for many years. I have visited different locations. Very seldom I will shop at another store unless I am looking for an item that Food Lion doesn't have.

I visited this food lion on Harden st. today. Bought some groceries and went thru the self check out line. After I went to the customer service desk and there were a sign posted at the desk stating closed until further notice. So I approached one of the associates at the self check out to ask about buying some items from behind the desk. She said it was closed and I should've bought what I needed when I was in the self check out. I was surprised when she said that to me as if there was a sign stating that the customer service desk was closed when I was in the self check out. This was unprofessional and her attitude towards me was not good. She asked me was I mad or something. I told her no and she shouldn't be arguing with the customers.

Everyone is very friendly. They go way out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. The store is handicapped friendly. If you return an item it is hassle free. The prices are are good also. I enjoy going there if it is just for a few items or a lot. Pleasant place to shop. ❤ going there. It is under new management. The Produce Department on down looks mutch improved. I have no idea who the management is but they are doing a great job.

This is a clean store. Employees were working and available if needed in most areas. The cashier who helped me was very nice. There were a few decent sales. Not very busy at all, which made parking and checkout easy. I looked for a few items I could not find, but they are new so that could explain it.A few issues I have seem to be chain wide. The deli bakery is small and does not have a ton of ready to eat items or fountain drinks available. No fresh seafood, difficulty finding help in the meat department if you need something cut. Most notably-- no courtesy clerks For a full service grocery store, this is a huge problem. I don't need help out, but the elderly or sick might. Assuming the lines are busy or there is a price check needed, the system is inefficient with the poor cashier having to do the job of at least two people. In addition, baggers going in and out make you feel safer, especially at night. I'm sure this is a cost saving measure, but I wish the company would consider customer service more. It seems they want our money but want to do as little as possible to get it.
