I walked into the store expecting the same menial, under par customer service as usual. I had the pleasure of being greeted, and assisted by Anthony. This young mans spirit and customer service skills are on another level. Great Job Anthony, I look forward to working with you in the future. You never know who you're servicing. He definitely passed the test. I'm a customer service specialist/trainer...I was impressed by him

This store is so awesome... Within the last 6 months this store got rid of the rude store manager and hired a guy who looks out for this team... The store morale has increased 100%... The store is not clustered anymore and is very well keep... The female ASM (Heather) is always greeting the customers and making them laugh... The CSR (Sunny) is always friendly... The store manager ( James) is always friendly and knows his store.....

The worst one so far I've been to. Went there recently and was told they wouldn't be open until 11:30. A week before that was 10:30 so just be aware, you might see a vehicle in the parking lot. Be ready to turn around and go to another Family dollars.

Cashier was very rude to me cause I returned a drape that I mistakenly bought. Also kept berating me under her breathe cause I didn't fold it right. She could use a few lessons on how to treat customers

The supposed manager and the stocky black guy at register were the most unprofessional csr (lower case for a reason. I was in line for thirty minutes and babbled back and forth in front of customers. Both of them need to join the unemployment line.

The associates have stuff but never stock the store unless they really have to. The store need more than one cashier and they need to de clutter the isles to make the store neater
