Employee's screaming and shouting over each other. The employee was irrate and the manager had to keep yelling to tell her to clock out and leave the store . I give the manager credit she didn't lose her cool or argue with the employee. But she still had to raise her voice to over talk the lady as she repeatedly asked her to clock out and leave.

I just left family dollars to notch road the cashier ring up 8 items I only had 7 she overcharged me $14.60 I called that stealing. So people please check yourreceipts it's a thief in the house Family Dollar On two notch road

I just left this location (6/21/21 @ 12:41pm) and I must say...I was thoroughly impressed by the way the two young ladies Imani & Shonda handled the check situation with the senior citizen! (lady with red sweater & glasses)They obviously had not handled this type of transaction before BUT... they BOTH were patient & kind, did not rush the elderly customer, and did not become rude or frustrated. ( I was the next customer in line)These ladies represented themselves & Family Dollar exceptionally!Thank you again Shonda & Imani for your patience & professionalism!!!Store#00254

I am not sure if this is Family Dollar's standard to close BEFORE 9p but the two notch location vu food lion in Columbia SC closed their doors early. We are regular customers and never have any problems typically other than a bad attitude here or there but we look past that. However, tonight my boyfriend got there about 855p and the door was locked. Employees were inside not in any kind of hurry and said they were closed thru the door. He said its only 855p and the young lady said we closed early tonight!?!?! I understand if they ran out of cash, they still could have accepted cards but no...no explanation or anything. Just bad business and thats why we will just start going to cvs or Walgreens now. Maybe more expensive but at least they are open when they say they are open without bad attitudes from the cashiers.

The trash behind these store are in total violation ...and must be cleaned...hire us brothers to work and help maintain a clean store...this store is TRASH inside...only one worker...No SECURITY...total failure to the community...with the Best Shopping Prices...it's today...look at yesterday's pictures I will post...very poor grade...please close this store til it is restored to a class A💪🏿

Check the closing time before leaving home and it says 9PM. I get to the store at 8:50pm and the doors are locked. This is the fifth time this has happened. Please do better!
