I had gone into the store to return some items that I had my receipt for another location, and the cashier had asked the manager Thomas if they could take the items even though the receipt said Family Dollar. I had originally bought the items from another Dollar Tree location which was also apparently a Family Dollar. Thomas was very argumentative and said that the receipt said Family Dollar, and I tried explaining that if he checked the address it was actually a Dollar Tree. Then he was fixated on he thought there wasn’t a date on the receipt, however, there was. He then agreed to take the items back after 5 minutes of trying to argue with me. Then he proceeded to follow me around the store and asked if my service dog (that had a very clear service harness on) was a service dog and if I had papers. Well, in SC you don’t need papers but okay. He then went to the back of the store and I overheard the employees talking about the family dollar discussion. Very poor customer service and I will not be returning here. Thomas should be ashamed of how he treated and spoke to me. He also should not be working in a management role if that’s how he treats people. When I brought my stuff up to pay for them, the cashier asked me to empty out the small shopping cart…I’m not sure why they couldn’t just take things out as they rang them up.

I received the worst customer experience ever on May 9, 2023. I was trying to purchase some balloons for my daughters birthday, so I go over to the cashier, she said that her name was Shay, and I asked if she could blow up a few balloons for me. She was so rude and gave me a weird look as if she didn’t want to be at work. She told me that she was not going to blow up any balloons because they had balloons floating around the store already for purchase. I was going to actually purchase some balloons that they had already , but then I realized that they were all tangled up, so I mentioned to her that they were tangled and asked for assistance helping me get a couple of them. She told me that she couldn’t help me get the balloons and that she was the only employee working today, I then ask for a manager and she told me that the manager was not there, then I ask for a number to corporate, she then went to say that she didn’t know the number for corporate. I will make sure to never stop by this location ever again! Horrible customer Service with rude raggedy appearance employees.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been here a few times and the customer service was never this bad. The employees were all standing around laughing very loudly and only one cashier ringing up customers. The cashier did not pay attention to what she was doing and was making several errors. The cashier also joined in on the loud laughing session. She never opened her mouth to say ANYTHING to the customers and flung their receipts at them. There was one employee trying her best to straighten up the messy store (she was not apart of the loud laughing). She was helpful with finding needed items.

Dollar Tree always comes through. I was able to go in and get balloons for my son's graduation with ease. The ladies were very pleasant and already preparing graduation ceremonies.

I love the fact that even when the store seemed short staff they were still able to accommodate me with an exchange. The store is more organized than forest drive location. More product on the shelves and not in boxes just sitting on a cart.

This was the worst shopping experience for me today! I was at the register around 3:05pm today and the cashier walked over while talking on her cellphone. I said hello, but she did not speak to me the entire time. She also didn't say the amount. I can't believe they hire people with absolutely no customer service skills. That was awful and she should be fired for her rotten behavior.

Great deals as always. I went there on a Friday afternoon and the store looked like a wreck. Items were all over the floor, the restocking carts were lined in the rows with no one working to restock or move them out of the way when we needed items behind them, so my friend and I had to move these heavy restocking carts out of the way to get what we needed. There were other women struggling with this as well. The lines were really long and there were obviously not enough cashiers. Overall, if they staffed more people, I feel these issues wouldn't have occurred.

Great place . People are nice . Crowded a little sometimes mainly weekends but the cashier's are fast and they get you in and out in no time ! Love this dollar tree fastest one I know of

This store was awesome Erica help me out🙌🙌 tremendously with order of balloons for my daughter's very special birthday! I recommend let you try out this Dollar Tree if you ever been disappointed by any others😍❤🏃

Whoever that lady who worked today around 7pm was something else. An old lady was asking her if she was on cash since nobody was there and worker was the closest to cash. The worker ignored this lady until I had to go up to her and say excuse me she needs you. This lady had the nerve to give attitude and stare at me like she’s having a bad day. Retail ain’t for you if you and that made me and another walk out

Clean store, clean restroom. There were some aisles cluttered with inventory, nut overall very 'shoppable.' Staff was friendly and helpful but not intrusive. I also like that the selection is mire abundant than the one nearest me.

This is a mid-sized Dollar Tree. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm in there several times a month. They always ask if I need help in finding anything if I look even the least bit confused. If you've never gone to a Dollar Tree, everything costs $1. You can get small bottles of name brand cleaners, mops, brooms, kitchen towels, cooking utensils - nice ones. They have good quality stoneware plates, sturdy drinking glasses, storage containers, aluminum foil...that's maybe 3 aisles alone. If you're setting up a house, come here first.

Always fun to see what's in stock but you can count on the basics being there. Unfortunately sometimes things get chaotic while shelves are being stocked since the store is frequently understaffed. Even though overworked, most of the staff remains cheerful and helpful. And of course, the prices are right!!

The staff at night were incredibly nice, especially Steven. I was there late but they were still helpful, polite and friendly. Most of what I needed was there. You can't beat the prices

They dont have a public bathroom...so that means if you gonna choose to shop here, better shop quick, fast, & a hurry. Which its not fair to the consumer. I really dont shop at places that dont have a clean bathroom. No maam, no sir!!! IJS.

Sales associates are friendly and upbeat but sometimes the store is overwhelming packed with stock. Its blocking the aisles and products so while I would like to browse I just get what I need and get out of there.

I only come here when l have to shop somewhere close and need something from a Dollar Tree. This is one of the dirtiest, most disorganized Dollar Trees in the area. Want to see how good one can look? Head on out Charleston Hwy in Cayce. The other outstanding thing about the Cayce store is how friendly the employees are. Over there they seem to really appreciate having their job, unlike Forest Dr.

This is one of the only Dollar Trees where you have to pay to shop. In order to use a shopping cart you must "rent" it. That's correct. The carts. Have a slot for you to insert your money then the cart will release. The manager was extremely rude when we asked why and we were told that people take them across rhe parking lot or down the street so to avoid that they make people pay. Wouldn't a device that buzzs if you take it outside suffice or put a statement on the door saying carts cant be taken out? Smh. Between the policy and the rude staff its not worth going here.

Dirty shop, the cashier is rude. She put a sign in the pay area where she said if the customer was on the phone then she was on break. The cashier is very unprofessional and every time we go to the store she is always on the phone.Worst customer service ever.

Decent but they are out a lot of stuff A lot of times the other Dollar trees are not out of. This location in particular you have to pay to use a shopping cart probably one of the most ridiculous things I have seen at the Dollar tree

I love the employees that work at Dollar Tree I love shopping at the Dollar Tree when you're on a fixed income for poor people is great they can be able to get things for their children and a family who's in need so please keep the Dollar Tree open God bless thank you so much in Jesus name amen

I don't go here often, but everytime I'm there the store is a complete wreck...boxes everywhere and the shelves unstocked...and no matter how many customers are in the store the line is always backed up in the aisle...there will be, literally, two clerks standing at one register and a super long line instead of having more than o e register open...
