While Dollar Tree on Rosewood Dr. didn't have the specific item I was looking for, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the store. Despite my search being unsuccessful, navigating through the aisles was easy, and the tidy layout made browsing a pleasant experience. Overall, while it didn't meet my immediate needs, the store's upkeep reflects well on its management and staff.

Most Dollar Tree stores are very cluttered & have boxes in the aisles. Not this one. Very organized. I was able to find everything that I needed. Employees are very nice, especially Sherese. She had a huge smile on her face was greeting everyone that came thru the door and her cash register. Great customer service!!!

This place is so ghetto this is why i only go to dollar general or family dollar 😐 tell me why this old lady (the cashier) was eating chocolate while trying to ring people up and then this lady stares us dead in our eyes and starts licking chocolate off her fingers and then wants to touch our stuff? THIS PLACE IS NASTY. Had me and my momma finna throw up. We gon sanitize all our stuff when we get home and we not comin here again trust 🙏🏾 THE ONLY reason i put 2 stars is bc we found mainly everything we needed. still not comin back tho idc

Most dollar trees I go to are chaotic and messy. This was the complete opposite! Super clean and everything is so organized! The staff is super sweet (shoutout to Jay for having an amazing personality and customer service skills)! Love coming here all the time

This location was well setup and stocked full. They also had an adequate number of employees working to make sure lines weren't too long, have no trouble finding items and helping fill balloons. I choose dollar tree over the family dollar all day, okay?

This is the SUPERSTORE of Dollar Tree's!! They have SO Many different items to choose FROM, and they have a special $3, $4, $5 section that has some Really nice items!! Definitely my favorite Dollar Tree, ONLY CON.... IS that YOU HAVE TO GO WHEN THEY GET THEIR TRUCKS IN.... Products RUN OUT really FAST!!.🌟🌟BONUS💜 THE EMPLOYEES ARE REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL!!!

Jean is absolutely horrible. He cusses at customers and yells. His excuse, he was hot because of the lack of AC, yeah not a good one. Although there is a very nice man that works in there and always greets people with a great go see a beautiful smiling face in the dollar tree today. He’s the only reason y’all get 2 stars

I don't usually do reviews but must say this is one of the better Dollar Trees in the area. Always greeted with a warm welcome upon entry, employees & mgmt are helpful when needed, usually stocked well but like any other store sometimes things are out; deal with it. Mgr announces specials & new items over the PA. My grandkids love it! As far as the parking lot & other aesthetics, come on it's Dollar Tree not Neiman Marcus.

store is complete mess, parking lot always looks like a dumpster blew over in it and no one that works there cleans anything. even the front registers were cluttered with so much junk i could only put one item at a time on the conveyor. They also open late. IM so glad a BRAND NEW FAMILY DOLLAR opened across the street.....corporate are you listening?

Friendly employees and surprisingly cute decor. Great place to stock up on the basics as well as party stuff. I always get birthday balloons here and they last forever. Literally. They float in my kids' rooms for weeeeeks.

Great place for deals! Thing that cost $5-6 elsewhere are only $1 here. Easy to find and see. Not the neatest store. Cannot expect the same product to be there every time, but it often is. Fun to wander through and see the wide selection. But how do they do it? How so they get product and sell it so low? Amazing!

The customer service here is truly pleasant. The store manager there is really friendly and outgoing. His smile and positive attitude is infectious!! I'm happy and thankful that this is my local dollar tree.🤗😀

Online says they opened 32 minutes ago... yet no one is here and 6 cars out here waiting... need to change hours if no one is opening until 9am 🙄

Cashiers at this location are too busy on the phone taking personal calls or talking with each other to even greet you, tell you your total, how much your change is or even to have a nice day. I am at this store quite regularly and it's always the same.

Employees were nice but they could work on keeping the bathroom and store cleaner. They've always been messy and can't seem to keep it together. I'm not sure if it's the mentality of the people in the area.

Store supposedly opens at 9 am. Been here 20 minutes since noon - lights on but all doors closed. At least 25 people have stopped by, waited and then left. Phone number doesn’t work.

This is a great place for seniors on Social Security, people who have low income, or couples trying to establish a family on a tight budget, as it's possible to acquire kitchen tools, dishes, food storage items, glassware, canned goods, and frozen food at very reasonable prices. They also have toys, activity items, and a small selection of books. It's the only place I know where you can come out with an armload of stuff and spend only $10.00!

Store didn't have any air conditioning and was 98 degrees outside. I left without buying what I came for because it was so hot in the store. I don't see how the workers work in those conditions.
