Highly recommend, they were so sweet to my nervous pup and somehow immediately put her at ease. So kind and lovely. I will be making this my regular spot. It’s a little hard for me to get out there bc of their hours since I work but definitely worth figuring out.

I called and they told me the hours that I could bring my pet to have his nails groomed on a walk-in basis. They stopped what they were doing and took care of him. I plan on taking my pet there from here on out. Too bad they weren’t taking new grooming customers.

What a great experience! Found them last minute on a Saturday. they’re able to get him in for a nail trim even helped me with his glands. Such a sweet staff!! They even gave him a bandanna I was in and out under 10 minutes. Will most definitely return

I absolutely love EVERYTHING about Ms. Dale and her staff at Dale's Pet. Whenever I bring my bad boy Patches (he's a schnauzer, high energy) in for grooming, they know us, which makes me feel comfortable and worry free that I'm leaving my baby in good hands. His cuts are always on point and he smells soo good when he leaves. I don't know what kind of cologne, lol they use but Patches has an entire different attitude when he leaves from getting groomed, he know he's the man. Awesome staff, warm and welcoming environment and great prices!

Today was our first time visiting Dale's Pets and we will certainly be returning! Everyone was very friendly and check in was quick and easy. The worked quickly, but did a fantastic job. We dropped our dog off at 9 am and by 1245 we got the call he was all done. Our rescue dog doesn't like to have his paws groomed and our previous groomer would just skip it. But, these ladies found a way to make sure Rocky was comfortable and completely groomed and for that I am very appreciative! Their prices are great too.

Goose, Cubby, and Loki are always happy to see Ms. Dale and her team, and they come home looking wonderful every time. Staff are super friendly. We have three large working dogs, and they handle them with confidence and care. Highly recommend.

Haven't been in a while as had no dogs to groom. But that changed this week. They are amazing in here. So clean, staff is so helpful and professional. Took in a puppy for first grooming, puppy was happy, I was happy,if you take your dogs here, I know you will also be happy.

I have taken my poodle here about 3 times and usually my dog comes out looking good and smelling good. This past time when my husband took her and brought her home I noticed her ears bothering her. I checked her and she has a cut on one ear. The next day I found a bigger cut and scab about the size of nickel on her other ear. I kept looking at her ears a found ANOTHER one close to the inside of her ear. She has 3 cuts on her ear after being groomed and that made me extremely sad for my sweet girl!! I understand that she can be squirmy at times and little nicks might happen, but I am upset that we weren’t told about it as we picked her up!

This is by far my favorite groomer in Columbia. This establishment has groomed my baby since I rescued him! He is always so happy when we pull up to the door. His excitement lets me know that he's well-treated while there.

I brought my sheepadoodle to get groomed and omg, I loved it! I couldn’t of asked for anything better! They made sure she was comfortable before I left. When I came to pick her up she looked beautiful! I definitely will be coming back!

I love Dale's Pet Grooming! My dog loves Dale and the ladies who groom him. He gets happy when he hears he is going to the groomers. Dale's does an excellent job and they love animals which is so obvious...I trust them explicitly. My choice of groomers for many years now.

These women are the absolute best; professional and most friendly...they will come to know and somehow remember both your dog's grooming and personality needs...I have never seen them rush or lose patience even with a difficult session... highly recommend.

Around the holidays, Dale's was booked and I made the mistake of taking my pup to a well known pet store to be groomed. Never again. Dale's is the only place that I'll take my pup. Dale's is the best!! And the staff is amazing!

This is probably the only place I'd take my dog to get groomed. It was recommended to be by my grandparents, and I would recommend to anyone else! Staff are very nice and they do such a good job!

Upon dropping my dog off for grooming, I witnessed an employee yelling at a dog, telling the dog to shut up. On top of that, I specifically requested my dog to be put in one of their play pins; however, the person who took my dog looked confused and took her to a small crate. I had to correct her because my dog has severe anxiety and cannot be put in a crate. After showing concern for my dog's well being, the owner assured me that my dog will be groomed immediately, and she was. This was my first visit at Dale's and will most likely be my last.

Yesterday I took my spoiled st bernard in for a toe nail trim.normally the vets drug her to trim,but dales people just set her up on their stand,and clipped away.I'm impressed we will be back at bath time,thanks .
