I called this pharmacy to see if they could fill my daughters prescription as our usual pharmacy had it on back order. They told me they did. I called the doctor's office and had the prescription moved here. I come in the next day a was told that medication has been on back order for months. To top it off the pharmacist had an open discussion about a customers very private medication. The customer was very upset as he should have been. Avoid this one like the plague.

Clean and organized store. Glad they had the products I needed i.e. ,(2) Revlon 16-hr lipsticks, #61 Color Cartridge for the printer and female socks. Used my $10 coupon.Yes, I frequently shop at CVS Pharmacies every week. Glad the drive-thru line was not backed up and the parking lot was not full on this Sunday around 2;30. The manager was present and helpful.

This location has turned to garbage. By law the pharmacy drive-thru is supposed to be operational. There is no notifications no warnings and for those who could be handicapped and can't get out of the vehicle to stand in line inside.

I’m starting to appreciate my home town pharmacy a little more. Convenience is key when dealing with patients. Not fully staffed is not our fault. I’ve worked at CVS before and when it got busy I would work that pharmacy register. Don’t be afraid to ask for help from non pharmacy staff. There were two cashiers in the front not doing anything.not only that I was asked to wait and when I circled back around this is what I found.

These people are disgustingThey show no compassion. There customer service sucks. This pharmacy is TRASH. Shanya at the pharmacy is just a tech I called to get SEIZURES MEDICATION FILLED A DAYPRIOR TO MY LAST FILL. SHE SAID MY DOCTOR WROTE ON PRESCRIPTION THAT IT COULDN'T BE FFLILL UNTIL THE ACTUAL DAY it was FILLED LAST MONTH. I spoke my doctor and she said that was a LIE. This place is disgusting. I don't know what or who they think they are. It's disgusting and cvs needs to do better hiring these people who think they are pharmacist or DOCTOR BUT THEY ARE NOT. THEY ARE ONLY TECHS. DO BETTER CVS.

The absolute most rude Pharmacist ever. If he is even the pharmacist. He was wearing a pajama zip up onesie. When I asked what the problem was with the prescription he snapped and threw the prescription he was working on. No one ever answers the phone to get answers on your prescriptions.

I literally just picked up a couple of prescriptions for my dad... The attitude of the pharmacy tech was so nasty, I had to Google and do a review before leaving the parking lot.I was ignored when I entered the pharmacy area, although there were no other customers in the store.When the tech did come to assist me she made me feel like I was an interruption of whatever she was doing.She had a sour look on her face, did not greet me, so I said, "How are you doing today?". Her response "Fine" in a nasty irritated manner, never made eye contact at all.She picked up one of my dad's prescriptions and "tossed" it on the counter really she threw it on the counter.I've never had such poor customer service at a CVS.If not for the fact that the location is convenient, I would find another pharmacy.If you don't want to serve people get a job that doesn't require you to come in contact with people.If you got issues in your personal life, leave that at home.Her attitude was HORRIBLE.

This is the laziest and most lackadaisical pharmacy in all of Columbia. The pharmacy is too lazy to call in and verify my husband's insurance and in turn are holding his asthma medications hostage.

If I could give this CVS location ZERO stars, I would.....worst pharmacy on the planet, perhaps the universe if there is life out there....sent me a prescription in the mail in which the protective seal was broken and the drug was outdated. I called to complain and the pharmacist offered up the bizarre explanation that the store had opened the prescription and that the expiring drug was still safe to take.HUH??????"Icing on the cake was that the store has yet to provide a refund.

OXI Tide sale $3.79 eachDowny fresher $6.00 sale Cashier was charging regular amount. I had 2 other items contact solution and FBRZE on sale for $3.79 regular charge of $4.99. Rung up to $41.00 and final total $29.54. once I said oooh nooo, they will take if you don't watch. Sale 5 stars 3 for customer service

I'm new to this area. I had my prescriptions transferred from my hometown CVS to this location in Columbia. I wish I would have read the review here first. They're impolite and have slow service. I went in on a Friday morning to present my ID and finalize having my prescriptions transferred. The young lady at the counter asked me when I'd like to pick them up. I told her tomorrow morning (which would be a Saturday morning). I ended up waiting an extra day to give them ample time. When I got there to pick up on Sunday morning they still weren't ready. Not only is the service less than standard, the store itself looks unkept and dirty. I think i might be switching locations.

Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone and when you're in the store you can hear it ringing and being ignored. Orthe employees just flat out hanging up on the calls.They mysteriously lost my medicine, Adderall a few months ago as well. Weird.

Pharmacy is horrible. This is my third attempt in two days to pick up prescription. I have been standing in line for twenty minutes and they still have not waited in first person in line. Store is filthy, looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in aonth. Trash everywhere!

I just found out cvs is way woke. They have handbooks on transgender and all this other garbage. I'll be going somewhere that doesn't support the mutilating of kids genitals before they can even decide for themselves whether or not they are trans. Pulled up to the drive thru window and an employee and young man just watched me sit there and decided he was not gone help out today. You don’t have to use someone else’s drawer if it is not yours but at least acknowledge that I’m there. Luckily someone finally came after sitting for 6 minutes.

Today my wallet with all my credit cards and drivers license dropped out of my purse. Harris Chisholm looked through it and found my name and info and called me to let me know it was safe. THANK YOU!!!! Harris Chisholm is not only the polite smiling face that greets you when you come in the door, he is also a really honest and helpful person!

I used to use this pharmacy, but I had to switch to the other CVS on two notch because this store was too nasty, the techs here are ride and incompetent. One black tech was Soo rude and nasty to me over the phone, I had to speak my mind and I told her how I felt about her, I told her how rude and nasty she was. I'm so glad I don't use this pharmacy anymore.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to fill their prescriptions here.. unorganized, unprofessional, and customer service is definitely trash.. I had to leave and come back for medication that was supposed to be at the location.. for me to call the hospital and they give me a bad review

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I was on hold yesterday for TWO HOURS! I called this morning to get my medication transferred to this cvs here I am a few hours later and the pharmacist hasn’t even called the other pharmacy so my medication can be transferred.. I visit this cvs frequently & there are hardly ever any people in there THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

A smaller store, not as well stocked as it used to be. Why? Don't know if it is because of it's size, location or something else. It is conviently located very close to my home, so I wish it could be improved.

This CVS is horrible! If you call the take hours to answer the the phone, they picked up the phone 3 times and hung it up 3 times . I will be changing from this location this is ridiculous, never again.
