Crystal and the staff at Soapy Paws are absolutely amazing! We love them all! They are so sweet and patient with our puppy Ginger as she gets used to grooming experiences. Crystal has groomed our dogs for years, as she groomed Chase and Bailey for us before they passed away this year. She was so gentle with Chase as he got into his senior years and was so weak at times. We highly recommend Soapy Paws. We are truly grateful for their service to our furry family members. We appreciate yall so much.😊

I have been using Soapy Paws for a number of years now. Started out with two furbabies and one of those are a little difficult to groom. Crystal and her staff are very patient and always do a great job. Everyone is so friendly and the facility is always clean.

We took our little girl Soul, 10 month old Black Lab, to Soapy Paws today for her first “Spa Day”. So pleased with the staff there. Soul is very anxious and attached to both of us and we felt so bad leaving her, especially the sad little face she gave us as we were leaving. The staff was excellent with her and excellent with us!!!! lol.. She will be having “Spa” days at Soapy Paws every 6 weeks!!!! You guys rock!!!!

Best groomer Ever, we bring our 2 Aussies and our 2 Goldens here for the full treatment. Best pant trimming anywhere! The Aussies and goldens both gen shapped well without getting overtrimmed. The price is a very reasonable $50 a dog but we always tip on top of that because of how beautiful the dogs look and feel and smell, sqweezably fluffy!!

First visit today with our dog, Siggy. He came back so handsome I had to get a picture! The handkerchief they put on him is so cute and a kind touch, he’s soft and smells so good. Crystal was so friendly and responsive. We’ve found his new groomer! Thank you!

I have a Yorkie and I took him here and was very impressed. Took the pup to pets mart and they charged me a arm and a leg and couldn't see a difference in him and plus he acted tramatised after his grooming there. These people did a wonderful job and you can really tell they love there job and the animals.

SO happy with my dog's new grooming spot! Exactly what I wanted...a caring staff for an anxious rescue, extremely responsive owner, super friendly owner and staff and a good value. My dog was the cleanest she has ever been! When I move to Huntersville in the Spring I will drive to Clover for my dog because this is THE place for her! Thank you Crystal & Megan! Super disappointed in this place. They basically just shaved my dog bald. No shape to her coat. No style to her whatsoever. She is a maltipoo. They have a very specific shave style. Of course they try to say it's cuz she was so badly maded which she was not. She had a little matting on her ears, maybe a little bit on her paws but other than that she was not majorly matted. I think they just didn't want to put in the time in the effort to make her look halfway decent. I do not recommend this place and will not be going back here!

there are no words to describe my happiness with Crystal if it wasn't because of her we would never been able to find out how my Great Pyrenees got sick she took the time to shave him and thanks to that we were able to find where he was bitten thank you Crystal from the bottom of our heart you saved Dan thank you for your kindness thank you for your patience and thank you especially for helping him out we will see you soon you are an extraordinary groomer thank you he's on his way to recovery and we will see you soon

Once you bring your pup to Soapy Paws you won’t take them anywhere else. The owner is very accommodating, professional and so down to earth. She has excellent communication and makes the whole process so easy. She always does such a great job and my pup always comes out happy. Clearly she treats my pup as if it were her own. Crystal went above and beyond for my Ralphie today. He's old and has special needs and she accommodated us well. She was very patient with his grumpiness and very caring. I really like that the owner is present and is very nice. I want someone with experience grooming my fur baby. Crystal has the experience and knowledge to take care of your fur baby and make your best friend look great. Plus, she really cares about her work. If more stars were available she would get them.
