The staff at this State Farm agency exceeded my expectations. A recent wreck resulted in property damage at my home. After spending an enormous amount of time on the phone and receiving the “run around” with the claims number and the Laurens Sate Farm branch (Angela Marlett office), Brooks at the Matt Davis office to the time on a Friday afternoon to help us resolve the issue. The person responsible for the accident wasn’t even a client of his office. Still, he took the time to assist us. State Farm should be very proud of this group. They represent the company well.

State Farm insurance company is trash. They don't handle claims in a timely manor. They will not cover u with a rental until the at fault client calls them and says they are at fault, even if u have the police report stating so. ItDoesn't even matter that both parties are State farm clients.They do not care about the Clients.
