I was picking up prescriptions for a friend and was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to wait in a long line! Pharmacy employee was very helpful in handling the transaction. The store in general was neat and clean. I wish I had planned my time better so I could have shopped around for a while!

Three stars because there are numerous CVS locations. Other than that, super slow service. Don't go to the drive-through if you want to get your prescription quickly. I have say for 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me on many occasions. Also, the way they handle certain necessary medications is ridiculous. Classifying certain meds as narcotics when they are absolutely not (and no one else treats them that way) is ridiculous.

The service at this CVS is horrible. Prescriptions aren't done at stated times. They have even lost mine several times when it was called in by Doctors. To top it all off when I finally said something to them about their service they began over charging me for my Prescriptions. I have private insurance the same one for 5 years and was getting same medicine but then all of a sudden was told my insurance didn't cover them. I was lied to by the pharmacy manager out right .She was telling me things were happening because of a recent policy change with CVS and when I asked her then I would like to see and riding with that policy has changed she changes her story and tells me oh well it's up to her and her her supervisors discretion so then now they're discriminating against me

DO NOT get your COVID test done here. It’s been 7+days since one of my family got tested there and still hasn’t received their result yet. I understand there are so many people getting tested, but what’s the point of getting tested if you won’t get your results on time.

The pharmacy drive thru needs two lanes open. When you don’t feel well and waiting behind people doing Covid testing is a pain and aggravating. Then you finally get to the window and find out your meds are on order- Lord help me

The people are very polite. However, I have had a few instances of them not being able to fill my prescription because they do not have enough or the pills they have are expired.

Worst CVS pharmacy. On two separate occasions I have called in a refill. They tell me it will be ready in an hour. I get there and they say they have to order the medicine and it will be a week. This is twice I have wasted driving from Laurens to here because they have no pharmacy in Laurens.

The most terribly run store in Clinton, SC! I have repeatedly has issues of buying an item off the shelf marked at a discount and when I get to the register the discount is not applied! It has happened to me so often that I have decided to never patronize that location again! Manager has a bad attitude as well!

Waited AN HOUR in the drive-thru with a fever and two screaming babies with only two cars in front of me. Unacceptable. That is absolutely ridiculous.
