I truly wish I could give this hotel 0 stars because my experiences have been terrible. The first time I stayed here I had seen a really big cockroach and told the person at the front desk. They moved me to another room which I was thankful for. The second stay I had no problems. Now this being the Third I stayed at this hotel and I'm seeing black beetles in my hotel room crawling on the TV and the ceiling. On top of that they tried to charge me 3 times for 2 nights. I spoke to Rick (The Manager) and his words were "There are insects at every hotel." Which that's not true. I've been to a couple of hotels in my lifetime and I've never seen any roaches and insects at those hotels. If someone could be so comfortable with this issue what other issues could they be comfortable with? Bed bugs? Snakes? You name it for me please.Rooms: Never Again with these rooms.

Rooms look a little remodeled but they kept the same ol piss stained beds. Beds I had in room was ripped, piss stains on it and all they did was throw good sheets over it.Pictures are not giving this place justice, nor in a good way. Like most choice hotels, they have newer pictures door advertisement.Do I recommend, not if all there beds are this badI took pictures I wish I could've addedNOTE: UPDATE::: THE FRONT DESK GIRL WAS EXTREMELY NICE. MAKES THE STAY OK WILLING TO HELP CHANGE ROOMS IF NEEDED, VERY FRIENDLY, THANK YOU. 2nd room was much better. thank youI changed from 1 star to 3 stars because of her.

The room were just okay, absolutely nothing special about them. I had to ask 4x to have my room cleaned after the 3rd day of it not happening they asked me to wait another day to have it cleaned, get towels etc! The staff wasn't very welcoming and some were just rude. Their " convenience store" was a bit of a joke, always empty. Anytime I took the kids down to the pool or myself there were never any towels or used towels lying around. All around the pool needed to be cleaned thoroughly like it hadn't been cleaned in years. There were old Band-Aids, hair ties, etc. On the floor of the pool area. Their gym....hahaha....a tired mill and a weigh machine that was jumk. That was their gym! They're ice machine hardly worked and their dryers/ washers were also a joke. We ended up taking our clothes to a laundromat to get cleaned because the washers did not wash, and the dryers did not dry. I know that we will be visiting this area again and will make sure that we have an Airbnb to not stay here! The only thing we found enjoyable was the breakfast!

We almost went for a place $25 cheaper with less favorable reviews. I am extremely satisfied with our decision to splurge. They have such a nice staff. Had cookies at night in the lobby. The breakfast was yummy. And the pool was indoors. Best of all the rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed in a King with a couch.Rooms: Clean and smelled niceLots of places to charge devicesKing bed with a couch had lots of room to relax.

This was my second stay here, I intentionally came back because the king size rooms were generously sized. I stayed in room 223 this time.Room was just as big and same lay out as last time i was here. Fridge, microwave, nice desk with lots of outlets. Not a lot of parking outside but didn't seem to be an issue. They have breakfast and a pool and a guest laundry on most floors.This particular stay though my air conditioner didn't work so great. I had it cranked as low as it could go and it was still a little warmer than I'd like. The shower in 223 was a little wonky too but I figured it out.The price was excellent for the size and quality of room you get. I would try to avoid room 223 next time though.

You can't beat the quality for the price you pay here. The rooms were great even though they looked like they needed some slight cosmetic repairs like a slightly cracked sealing. I won't take that away from them though because the room was great all around with good quality. The breakfast was also great and they have a pool. If I'm ever in the area I will stay again. The staff were great and friendly as well.

After a long day all we wanted was a warm shower. Absolutely zero hot water. For the price of this hotel hot water should be a minimum expectation and should not have to contact the front desk to call maintenance to fix. On top of this the indoor pool is freezing cold and were told the pool heater was broken also.

Very nice and safe hotel. The staff members were pleasant and welcoming. The bed and pillows were plush and comfortable. The entire hotel, and my room, was exceptionally clean!Rooms: We have stayed at many Comfort Inns and this particular hotel was at the top. No chemical cleaning smells were in our room - it felt like the windows might have been open. The entire room smelled fresh! Also, the room was enormous and comfortable.

The staff was great, the check-in process was easy, and the room was wonderful. I did find that the room was not fully cleaned properly, as there was a tissue on the floor between the bed and the sidetable, and there was a tube of mascara on the floor under the desk, as well as tissue paper stuffed in the peephole. However, I ignored the tissues and threw away the mascara and was good to go. The room itself was much larger than I expected, and I liked having the couch to place my bags on rather than the floor or using the valuable desk space. The pool area was nice and the water felt great to dip my feet in. The bed was very comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. In the morning, there was a large hot breakfast available, including scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage patties, gravy, and a waffle maker. There was also cereal, juice, fruits, yogurts, breads, and coffee. The gentleman at the front desk that morning was lovely and I had a good conversation with him. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

This could be a very nice place. The room we stayed in was to sleep 6. Two full beds with a pull out couch. One bed was stripped and smelled like someone may have peed the bed. Maybe they meant to leave it stripped to better clean and let air out, I don’t know, but it was pretty nasty. No soap in the bathroom either. I feel like there was some miscommunication and the room was not supposed to be rented out but I may be wrong. The rest of the facility was nice and seemed fairly new.

We were happy with the customer service and the room we spent the weekend in. The heating and air unit in the room was a bit frightening when it came on because it was so loud, so we just turned it on continuous fan to keep it from jolting us awake! Thanks again for a great stay and thanks for accommodating my service dog.

Friendly. Good rates. Small pool inside. Full breakfast. Spacious rooms. They were a bit short on staff and bathroom could use handicap bars in shower, but all in all, very nice. The fresh baked cookies they made and served at night should get 5 stars!

I have not been a patron of the hotel. I have only had doordash orders, but every time I have went, the person working at the front desk in the lobby is very helpful when I tell them I'm from doordash and tell them what room. They got me to the elevators, one even left the desk and walked with me to the elevator, ride up with me and showed me where the room was. Spectacular service!

This hotel manager does not rent rooms to locals. I was able to stay only bc I booked through 3rd party and the guy working the front desk was nice. He did inform me that no one else would have done that and I wouldn’t get a refund. Also, my shower was cold, the bed hard as a rock, which made it uncomfortable to sleep, the curtains doesn’t close to block lighting at all. My check out time is at 11, but housekeeping tried to enter my room at 10am. I booked this room to relax, and didn’t get to at all. I will not ever come here again.

Been staying here for a month for out of town. Never had an issue until I woke up Tuesday morning to bed bugs. All they did was move me to another room. I was in room 201. Room 221 was taped off with a heater running today when I got back. I asked them to pay to dry clean my clothes and I was turned down. I was told I was just getting switched to another room and to use my own money to wash and dry my clothes. The bed bugs will spread throughout the hotel soon. Staff is nice and breakfast is ok. But anywhere that has bed bugs will get a 1 star review. I’m not entirely happy about the response to it either.

Their rooms are always clean, staff is always friendly even at odd hours of the night, and the breakfast is top tier for hotel breakfasts. Plus you get a discount at the seafood place across the street if you show them your room key. Special thanks to Britney (sorry if that's misspelled) for being such a great welcome. She deserves a raise!Ps- and this is important to me. The rooms can get ICE cold. That alone is priceless!
