The fill in doctor was wonderful. I had something in my eye and once removed felt so much better. The checkin receptionist were rude. I was standing waiting to be checked in and she takes a call. I may have been a little late, but regardless it was a trauma to my eye that shouldn’t have had to have an appointment. I’m just so glad for the responsiveness of the nice doctor.

Dr. Coppola is great! He makes good conversation and keeps the atmosphere very light. Very happy with my glasses. I even have had no issues bringing my own frames and having them add/replace the prescription lenses in them. You can't go wrong going here!

Love love love Dr. Coppola! The absolute best Optometrist I have even been too! I needed a new eye doc when I moved to Clemson for school and he was my first choice and I am glad I chose him. After my horrible past experiences with the “quack in the box” chain eyewear stores, I decided to go a different route for my annual exam. Westminster Vision was a breath of fresh air. I was actually greeted with a smile, readied and escorted into the exam room right on time. Every step of the exam was explained and accompanied by lighthearted conversation. Dr Coppola listened to my concerns and afforded all the time necessary to provide the best professional care. For the first time I, actually felt I received a thorough health review and a valid corrective prescription. No high pressure sales pitch, just an honest concern for my eye health and vision well-being.

Wonderful amazing group of people here. Wish i could give more than 5 stars. The Dr. Was very good and friendly. And Raigen G. was very helpful in helping me with every question every step of the way including helping me pick out a pair of glasses. I was very nervous because its my first time wearing glasses EVER. But they put my worries at ease and made the process very easy and enjoyable. Huge thanks to the whole staff.

The office staff were very nice and helpful. And Dr. Coppola was very knowledgeable and took his time with me during my exam. I was immediately at ease with him. And best of all, they have an office pet! (And they have THREE locations-Westminster, Clemson and Pendleton.)

I have had to cancel and reschedule my appointment 4 times due to health issues in the Westminster office, but I have given enough time for them to schedule someone else in the appointment that I had to cancel. This morning I had my husband call to cancel my appointment for tomorrow at 10, because I'm in a flare with my fibromyalgia and arthritis and I knew that I wouldn't be able to make the appointment. Well the lady on the phone was rude to my husband and said she has had to cancel my appointment and reschedule it 4 times and for him to tell me not to reschedule until I was sure I'd show up. I'm not calling back to reschedule because I'm not going back, also my 2 children won't be going back and I'm going to tell everyone that I know how rude the staff is at the Westminster office. I really like Dr. Coppola but won't be going back. There's no sense in someone being rude. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Best experience I’ve ever had at an eye appointment. Staff was spot on and the doctor informed me of things that dry my eyes that I didn’t even realize would! New contacts are amazing and will definitely continue to let Westminster Vision take care of my eyes!

Dr. Coppola is the Bee's Knees! I can't say enough good things about him. He is just a great guy and a great eye dr. I see other reviewers complaining about the prices of their frames...I get the frames my insurance will pay for with no out-of-pocket expense, and request a written prescription before I leave, and go home and order affordable frames online. Easy as pie. You don't HAVE TO buy your frames there, you know?

Pretty horrible experience. Didn't feel like new contacts he gave me were the right prescription so tried to make an appointment to have him recheck my prescription but instead of just redoing the exam he tried to tell me it was my own fault the contacts weren't working because I wear makeup. When I told him I had never had this problem in the past and haven't changed the amount of makeup I wear he told me I must be sleeping in them which I wasn't and still wouldn't redo the exam just tried to give me a different toric lens size which just made the problem worse. Definitely won't be going back to get my time wasted during a third appointment.

first the 5 star...clean small homey office.The Dr seems very knowledgeable and does a more thorough exam than I have ever had anywhere in my 50 yrs !!! and takes the time to make sure you understand your disease in eye , how to improve it and even will tell you that contacts,more expensive route, really isnt a good option for you. And, if you catch him on a good day, he will make you feel important,grateful for your business..another kudo's for Doc is he works with the Lions club..which tells me he care about his community, not just the money. I have never had a bad experience with staff, They always seem happy/friendly. THE ONLY REASON NOT 5 STARS HIS BAD "BEDSIDE MANNER WHEN HE IS IN A AD MOOD FOR WHAT EVER REASON.i OFTEN HAVE ANXIETY WHEN I GO THERE BECAUSE HIS BAD BEDSIDE MATTER UNFORTUNATELY IS TOO OFTEN! WHICH DOES EFFECT YOUR OTHERWISE GREAT EXAM,, GREAT ATMOSPHERE AND HIS PATIENCE AND VALUABLE TIME
