Absolutely the worst customer service I have had in a long time. I bought a table cloth in Pickens when was there and was not used and had receipt. Young girl at customer service said you can’t return things to a Walmart where you didn’t purchase. I have never had this happen and she was not kind when I asked her where I could see this policy. She refused to show me I asked for a manager she said they are on break. I asked for next in charge she again would not bring anyone. After me saying I would wait for manager she refunded the item. Unnecessary and waste of my time

I was very impressed with this Walmart being the fact that its just one of those grocery store only type of Walmarts lol. It had everything I needed when I went in and was fully stocked with everything in every aisle! I would also like to mention how clean and organized the whole store as well as giving a shout out to all the friendly employees there! You're all doing a great job! The prices were a little steep on some items but some great sales on other items made up for it. I don't live near Central, was only passing through but if I did love nearby, I would go there all the time! However, the next time I do pass through, I will stop by again, for sure!

Pharmacy staff is well versed and friendly. Store is well stocked.The grocery aisles were well stocked with the products I was looking for.I was able to get in, find products, & quickly check out without having to wait in any lines1/8/24 cashier was friendly & the store was well stocked for the items I wanted

My goodness! This is the place if you want in and out in a hurry. The self checkout process (when the older lady is doing it) runs smoothly. We know, if she’s there, that nothing will be left behind, will not be charged for 2scans - all this plus!The store is also clean. Cleaner than most.We have changed from Ingles bc of all this.Give her a raise!

Some good prices if you shop & compare. Mornings are usually not crowded. Selection is limited when compared to other local stores. They often have "out of stock" items.

Like any Walmart, they don't have a lot of options in stock, but their produce is better maintained than the large Walmart in Central. The parking lot design sucks beyond words. It's predominantly Self Check-out with 1 or 2 Registers open on the Ends. So, for a close local grocery store, they do the trick!

Review downgraded to 4 stars due to ridiculously long lines. Self check out is NOT the answer.Never crowded and great prices on MOST things... Get your fresh meats from publix though.

Nice location for a quick pick up. Prices are a bit higher than at a super-storeCheckout staffers were friendly and hurried to be helpful!Even ran into friendly shoppers who were happy to step aside to let me access items from the shelf near them.No mask required for fully vaccinated folks!

The produce was absolutely disgusting and there is a horrible smell coming from the raw meats. The puffed up packaging tells me that these cold products have been out of temperature and just left on the shelf for us to purchase??? That’s incredibly dangerous and disgusting. This store clearly does not care about the well-being of their loyal customers. Beyond disappointed, I was hoping they would have fixed this ongoing problem by now.

I have a lower back pain condition that causes me terrible pain especially when I stand up for too long it gets worse and I have to sit down. My wife and I wanted to get some needed groceries, but my back started hurting, so we only got to get a few things. We are elderly and have trouble using those scan and go to check out lanes. Well the nice young man at the service station opened a regular lane to check out our few items and we want to commend him for his needed help and thank him again. This was at a market store in Clemson. Kudos to Walmart Neighborhood place.

The store is very convenient. Many of the workers are friendly and helpful. However, I find it very inconvenient when the store is very busy and they only have the self checkouts open. They need to have at least 1-2 regular checkouts open at all times. The drug store is one of the best. I really appreciate their service.

Easy to see from the street, and fairly easy to park, even on a Sunday afternoon. Large display of produce, dairy, meat and household items. Didn't see a seafood counter, but then again I wasn't in the store all that long, nor did I walk the whole building. Was very pleased on how easy and quick it was to check out. This was my first time at this store, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and hassle free it was to get in, get what I needed, and get out. Nowhere near as big of a stress inducing situation like going to a regular full-sized store. Great job!👍🏽👍🏽

Understaffed, lacking the help on the front end to keep registers open, lines moving quickly, and allowing for customers to get in and out in a timely manner when they only need one or two items. There needs to be at least two or three people on the front end at all times, but the last few times I have gone in there, there has not been. The lines have been to the aisles, and getting in and out quickly has been a hassle.

Everything you need in one place!The three stars rating is just because of some unfriendly associates who work in the night shift! Also for the slow self checkout machines. They never open more than one cashier even if it’s jammed with costumers. Some associates don’t wanna help and if they do they do it with an angry bird face! What the heck!

This store is always clean and well stocked when I shop there. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I am especially impressed with what I have observed which is the staff is always working. No goofing off. Kudos to the management for making good hires and properly training the staff.

I love the convenience of the smaller store. There are occasions when not enough registers are available and the wait time can take longer than normal. They have great deals in their clearance section. I always see one of the employees named Willie and he makes my day. Such a nice helpful gentleman.

The goofy goober working self checkout checked our ID’s and then said “pop quiz when is your birthday?” I almost vomited in my mouth at this comment. Mind you I am 23 and my lady is 22. I am appalled at this behavior as we both have South Carolina ID’s and this is in fact South Carolina. Also there were no baskets available.

My family no longer shops at this Walmart. We have given them multiple chances and have even spoken to low level managers. There is rarely an open register. There are always multiple employees standing around, but no open registers. After spending about 25 minutes ringing up groceries until the bagging area is full, shifting groceries from my buggy onto the belt (that doesn't run) so that I can put groceries back into the buggy, and usually being questioned about having to do this, we are finished.I find it ridiculous that paying customers are expected to ring up $200+ in groceries without assistance or even a working belt. You can't even get someone to bring you a separate buggy to put your items in as you ring them up!I would almost go back 1 more time just to video how ridiculous this is!

Love the neighborhood Walmart. Much cleaner than a traditional Walmart and the employees are always helpful! Bruce does his job with pride and always ensures my son and I have a helping hand with groceries if my husband can’t come with me! All employees are friendly and kind!

We love having another Walmart even closer to our house and we especially love the kids carts, since those aren't at the Central one. So clean, too! Sometimes the students wipe certain items out, but it's super-close to campus, so we go in knowing that.

It's not a grocery store. It's just a smaller version of Sam's Club food department. Stacked from floor to almost the ceiling with stuff. Mostly self checkouts, workers pulling orders for pick-up but very, very few workers working the store for the walk-in customers. They drove out the local mom and pop stores for this. I'd rather have the mom and pop stores any day. They knew who you were and appreciated your business.

Made my online order for 9-10 PM got a text at 9 saying my order wasn't ready yet. Wait till 10 no text saying it was ready. I call multiple times and no one answered. Walked inside and everyone who does the shopping was just standing there looking out the doors and windows. Should just cancel my order vs making me wait over an hour and me leave anyways because I have work.
