Stopped at Starbucks in Clemson on way home from viewing fall colors. My service dog needed a pick me up so I treated him to his favorite "pupcup". Due to traffic, was unable to get video, so I included an earlier video of him with his pup cup! Today he waited patiently with his head out the window so sweetly that the girls were not even scared of him in the least bit! (Rare). He thoroughly enjoyed it, and finished before I even got my coffee! Thank you!

I had placed an online order this afternoon and rolled up to the window, totally not expecting or saying I wanted the order to be finished because I had just placed the order, only to be greeted with a long rant by the worker on the speakbox. She proceeded to lecture me on how making an order works with one of the rudest tones I’ve ever encountered, when I had come up to the drive thru with a nice and positive attitude. Never thought starbucks would ever be able to ruin my entire day, thanks.

Order 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches online. Waited over an hour and still didn’t get anything from the order. People were leaving left and right. When we finally decided to leave they said it would still be another 20 minutes until we got anything from our order. We then find out that they didn’t have the ingredients to make one of our drinks, so it was a complete waste of time. I understand getting behind but waiting an hour and half for an overpriced coffee is ridiculous. Please don’t waste your time here.

Solid coffee and food, but I don’t understand how this Starbucks is so slow. They have 7 employees behind the counter and only 3 of them were actually working. Their drive through is wrapped around the building and they are taking 5-7 minutes per car. I left the drive thru to go inside, just to only see one person actually making drinks. I just don’t understand how they are not operating at a normal level. I’m glad to see happy employees but they are moving at such a leisurely pace it’s becoming an extreme inconvenience

The baristas here are absolutely wonderful. Above and beyond every day. I frequent this cafe and I've noticed the employees remember the names of many customers and always ask how we're doing. Kale, Ashley, and Janeka in particular are fantastic. They're always so kind to me and everyone. I honestly keep coming back to this Starbucks in particular because of them; they always help me start my day off smiling ❤️

I waited over 15 minutes for two Drinks, everyone is moving at a snails pace. One of the baristas is complaining because one of the customers hurt her feelings because they made her drink wrong and didn’t offer to remake it. The manager wearing a mushroom hat starts reading her off affirmations trying to make her feel better about it. There was maybe like two or three people working and the rest of them which is probably about seven of them we’re just standing there twiddling their thumbs. Laughing joking not taking their job seriously I understand Clemson is a college town but I wasn’t expecting college level workers. No sense of urgency, I have never waited so long for coffee in my entire life. I used to be a barista a couple years ago and trust me I was whipping out drinks very quickly. Forget about the parking lot at 8:30 on a Friday you’ll be stuck in the parking lot waiting to get out because the parking lot is so small I do not recommend this location I’d rather go to Pickens for the future.

I came to Clemson for a week to visit some friends and as someone who works in food, these baristas are ridiculously busy on weekends. Especially when there is a home game. Reviews say they move slow but if you watch, they can only move as fast as the coffee is brewing or the espresso shots are being pulled. Also, take a look to see how many espresso machines they have, two; How can two sustain your 5 drink order with 50 other people coming in at the same time? If anything, contact corporate and let them know these employees need HELP.Taking game weekends out of the picture, most of the time if you come during the week when it's just students and it isn't nearly as busy. Entitled people that have never worked a hard day in their lives can't sympathize with how swamped this specific Starbucks gets. After talking with the barista while they were making my drink I found out that this is THE BUSIEST STARBUCKS IN THE AREA so keep that in mind. Why are you wondering how long your coffee is taking you when the barista clearly told you the wait time for your drink and you see that they have 25 stickers (drinks) before yours? In that case, stop holding up the line with you're 10 lattes and 15 sandwiches.

I had come in with 45 minutes to spare to get to work. I ordered and the service wasn’t very pleasant. I waited and waited and I got to the point if I didn’t leave I was going to be late so I asked and I was several orders behind. I couldn’t wait and had to leave without my drink.Paid $15 to wait 35 minutes and leave empty handed. Very upset. Do better.

I always love going to this Starbucks. The staff is so friendly and so wonderful. They are lighting quick with drink orders and are scary accurate! If you want a fast enjoyable coffee, you should deffinatly come to this location because the staff is so wonderful!

Dislocation is fantastic and super easy to get to. The staff is always nice and polite and always gets my order correct. It’s also a fantastic place to come to study, have a meeting, or just hang out by yourself and collect your thoughts over a cup of great coffee. Thank you guys again for creating such a great atmosphere.

The vanilla bean frappe with strawberry puree is very delicious complemented by a cheese danish which was also delicious. 4-stars because the Danish wasn't as hot as it should have been.

Honestly this is the best Starbucks, from Anderson to Seneca; my drink is correct 98% of the time and the young women at the window are always so pleasant -Gabby is awesome! However today, I ordered a large latte and got a small latte in a large cup. When I went back and let the person at the counter know, Kale, the person was very friendly and fixed the problem (made a large) right then. However, the young lady Destinee -who walked off with no greeting when I walked to the counter- came back , snatched the latte I showed Kale (isn't it against the policy to accept things from outside?? Maybe) and poured it down the drain. No worries I had not even taken a sip. But it didn't end there she proceeds to slam things as she made other people's drinks -likely incorrectly, as she made mine. It is unfortunate that everyone else in the store is so positive but not only does she makes drinks incorrectly, her attitude is just...nasty.

The service as usual was inattentive and slow. I ordered an impossible sausage sandwich asking first if they still had the sandwich in stock. The clerk said they did. After paying I was informed by a different barista they were out. The clerk who took my order walked away and I switched my order to a sausage breakfast sandwich which is cheaper. Nothing was done to bridge the gap in price. I also ordered a drip coffee which took 10 minutes to fulfill. While the staff were never rude, they are very apathetic to any customer experience.

I've never been to a Starbucks this well run . The coffee was very good . A rarity these days from Starbucks . Their coffee didn't taste burnt and bitter , which is the usual result from over roasting at too high a temperature . The wait wasn't long . Competent management.

Today at 1:11 there was a lady in the drive thru. She was such a doll!! She deserves a raise or something! She has blonde hair (I didnt get her name ) and she was so so sweet!! Also the drink was incredible and the cake pop was soooo good!!

They were slow to get drink made and when I asked for soy milk and no whipped cream as I can NOT have dairy and they added both to the drink. If ever going to Starbucks go to a different location as this one doesn't do well with getting orders right.

Just ok! The location is great but traffic most of the time! Space inside is limited!A weird incident happened today! I ordered the traveler coffee for a meeting I have, what I got was just water!!!! They did issue a refund, but they didn’t explain how it happened and they were not even sorry for it!!!!

Service has been phenomenal! I have not heard they were out of anything for quite some time at the drive through since my last review. They even know my regular order by heart once they see me ❤️ The lines are moving a little faster at the drive through I'm impressed with the overall improvements! Keep up the great work!
