I miss the old store and the old location. It was a tradition to walk from the game to downtown after a game. It was fun to see those orange awnings welcoming you into a little piece f Clemson Heaven! Now we have to walk a little further on game days and it's worth it to bypass all the other stores to get to their newest location downtown but the atmosphere down that way is so much livelier than I ever thought! I love this store! It's great and the one thing that is always on point is their employees who are friendly and act like they have known you for years! They all seem so happy and helpful and I wish I lived close by so I could work in a retail store like that! I'd be broke though! Can't wait to visit the newest store just across the lake next time I'm in town!! Go Tigers and Go Mr Knickerbocker!!!

It is a great store with a family feel! The employees work like a family, and they are always ready to help anyone who walks in the doors. The stores are kept clean and well stocked. It’s the perfect place for any Clemson must-haves!

Good friendly staff. Willing to help and very personable. Did not pressure us to the k out and leave quickly when closing. Good selection of Nike and other name brand and house brand Clemson apparel for kids and adults. Collectables from magnets to framed pictures and football's available. Not the best deal on prices, but not the worst either. Great location in downtown Clemson.

The Mr. Knickerbocker brand is truly an extension of Clemson University and the heart 💜 of Clemson Tiger sports. If you need it, this store has it! Shopping in Clemson and Greenville stores was a great experience. I have been taking my kids to Mr. Knickerbocker for 10 years! My daughters first cheerleading costume came from here and my son had been buying stuffed tigers from here since he could walk! He has quite the collection now! I love these people and this store!

I usually check with these guys first when I go to Clemson, because they were offering military & veteran discounts when the other guys were not. They are usually less crowded and more customer centered, as well. I remember getting a Nike performance hoodie that I had trouble finding at other places in late season once; they called every store to find me one and still gave me the discount, which made it less than I could have bought it, if anyone else had it available.

I received an incorrect order. I called the store and was instructed to return the incorrect items (free return label was emailed to me) and correct items would be shipped to me. Very easy. Later Bryan at Mr Knickerbocker called me and told me to cancel my original order and place a new order for the items because they were now 50% off. That is customer service! They are terrific!!

I cant speak to anything inside the store because well i didnt make it that far... Im not from the area but I decided to try this store for a pair of shorts as it was across the st from where i also wanted to eat lunch. I parked at the end of the parking lot where Mr. Knickerbockers as well as 2 other businesses are located. I no sooner got out of my vehicle and was approached by an older woman wearing a Mr. Knickerbockers shirt asking me how long i was going to be parked there? Im like long enough to grab my food and i was going to come to YOUR store. She changed her tune and gave a thumbs up and she smiled. Then proceeded to saying oh were getting the lunch crowd and i have a businesses to run! Ladies and gentlemen there was a total of three car in the whole lot including me that encompassed 3 businesses! Explain to me where this was necessary???? As im standing and waiting on my food i watched her walk towards my vehicle again at the bottom of the parking lot while she was on the phone. When she seen me returning across the stree she walked back to the building and made it a point to tell me " Thanks for being sooo nice!" At this point I made the decision that she was NOT getting any of my $ I went to walmart! As a fellow business OWNER, harassing and pissing off your prospective customers over stupidity is probably not a wise business practice...

Our daughter gave her Dad 'Christmas gift' a shirt from the store, the size was wrong, so we drove 52 miles just to 'Exchange' it..We are told by the Mgr. that she can not 'Exchange' it w/o a receipt~Which we didn't have~mind you we are not wanting money back~just 'Exchange' I am sure we would had spent more money for I too was going to buy a jersey! So end of this story is my husband & daughter's Dad is stuck with a well liked 'CLEMSON Shirt he can't even wear! Thank you KNICKERBOCKER for your great Customer Service! I am sure to never buy again from you~ Needless to say neither will our daughter & her family as well as my Son! You have lost more Customers than you realize over a 'Simple Exchange' Shame On YOU!...Not to mention the 'OLD' saying 'Word Of Mouth' 12/28/2017 Thank You Lacey!P.S. We love CLEMSON and what it stands for~We will continue to support the School ...just will never buy from KNICKERBOCKERS Thank goodness Clemson attire is on every corner .....Just wanted all to know Knickerbockers on Woodruff Rd exchanged the shirt with no problems~ The place my family & I will start shopping at! We spent over a 100 bucks with them! CUSTOMER SERVICE should ALWAYS come 1st~ I walked out a happy one

Horrible customer service. Bought over $200 worth of presents for Christmas in early December, and received an incorrect item - a child's cap. No one has returned my calls or emails. Do not recommend.

my son and i were visiting for a couple of days my son who loves Clemson bought a hoodie with he's own money 53 dollars .we when to the clemson baseball that night so he got chance to wear it for about 3 -4 hours . the next morning i noticed the sweatshirt had lost some of the color and was fading. we brought it back with the receipt. we just wanted to exchange it for a different sweatshirt. and to be fair the return policy does say the tags have to be on it . that being said 4 hours of use !! i own a HVAC business for 13 years and ive had to eat money to make a customer happy one time alittle over 3,500 . the owner did offer us if i bought another sweatshirt and leave the faded one and if he could get the money back from the distributor he would refund us
