We were about to walk up to self checkout but were yelled at because “they’re closed” which was fine and we checked out with the cashier. Then two customers came up behind us and used the self checkouts that were in fact not closed…really weird vibes and it seemed the cashier just wanted to waste my time.

This is one of the worst Pharmacys that I have ever been too. They will not admit if they make a mistake and my dermatologist has had to call them on my behalf. The way they do not listen to you and are blatantly rude is so sad. If you can go to any other pharmacy in Clemson I would.

I’ve lived here for over a year and this is ny far my favorite CVS in the area. EVERYONE is awesome! The pharmacy, the Minute Clinic, and just EVERYONE - caring and helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Ruth Ann for taking care of us in the Minute Clinic. I appreciate how I can depend on you all to take care of me and my family.

Very slow the drive thru takes over an hour and with each car it takes about 20 minutes even mine every time despite our prescription being ready and only needing to be handed to us and paying the co-pay. I’m going to have to switch pharmacies because I just can’t take the constant wait anymore and it’s a long wait inside too but I also don’t like bringing my kids inside bc they complain after awhile and want me to buy them a bunch of things we don’t need or want. I hope the slow service improves.

Minute clinic was wonderful, she even did a follow up call a few days later to make sure I was feeling better. The pharmacy had both medications ready before I even left the clinic office. I’d go back to this location again!

Was told my prescription would be ready at a certain time. Two hours later when I went to pick it up, it was not ready. Seven cars deep in the drive through with 7 people in line at the counter inside the store, I still waited 45 minutes before I received it. Four people working on a Friday night...

One night my dog had an allergic reaction. We had our vet call in a prescription. We spoke on the phone and they said they will have the prescription ready before they close. When we got there it wasn’t ready and said they were closing to come back in the morning and it will be ready first thing(even though they said it would be ready before they closed). Came back in the morning and they acted brand new. They never put in to get our prescription so they were just putting it in that morning so we had no other choice but to take our dog to the animal hospital.Terrible pharmacy. Never using this location ever again!!

Beware. Aside from the long waits and lack of customer care, this is an extremely incompetent pharmacy. I just took an entire month’s worth of an Accutane medication that is NOT supposed to be substituted for what my dermatologist specifically wrote me for. Unfortunate that I didn’t know the difference. Done with this location for good now.

Unfortunately, our insurance company makes us use this pharmacy or we have to pay more. Each time I’m there, the staff are unfriendly and act like they don’t want to help. Medication is rarely ready on time. They tell you they’ve ordered it and it’ll be there on a certain day, but it never is. I use to pay double just so I could use Publix instead, think I’ll go back to that.

I went into cvs the other day just for a simple stop. As i’m walking down the isle I overhear an associate speaking in a loud tone to another worker, completely degrading the poor guy. and from what I understood the issue was a simple mistake, and she was just embarrassing him WHILE me and a few other customers were around. When she was done i asked him if he was alright, and what her name was. Jamie, if you’re reading this I hope you learn better or get fired for the way you treat your employees! I will be contacting corporate for this!! Lookout CVS in Cemson.

If you're in need of a prescription refill I got a guy at the Flea Market that does way better work than these guys! Worst experience ever, pharmacy staff is rude and acts like it's not their job to assist customers. What a miserable life they must lead….you know, having a job and stuff. Idiots!! Seriously though, If you’re sick with any sort of illness I would recommend making an appointment with the nearest veterinarian. At least that way the Vet can go ahead and euthanize you and save you trip to this god forsaken place. Yes, being put down would be a way better experience than going to this pharmacy.

Absolute WORST pharmacy! Does not care if you have your important medication or not. We have an ice storm coming tonight but won’t let me get my very important meds until the roads are covered in ice & impossible to get to. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I called this morning & was told it would be ready at 2pm, get there at 2 just to be told no. The pharmacist actually told me to contact my doctor, knowing that was not possible on a Saturday. I contacted my insurance company who told me everything was good on their end. Save yourself the stress and use a DIFFERENT PHARMACY. This pharmacist should be replaced with a pharmacist that is compassionate and cares about the well being of their patients. PSA: this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this pharmacy, it’s every other month. You’ll get a text message that says when your medicine will be filled, go on that day and they won’t fill it. Then they will tell you not to go by the text messages they send out. ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR.

Yesterday, I pulled in the Pharmacy line at 5:30. When I got to the window a few minutes after 6 pm, which is closing, I was not assisted or acknowledged in any way. It seemed as if they were finishing up so they could leave. I blew the horn because I had been in line before closing; everyone inside just looked and had side conversations. The only person who helped me was Fiona, and I made her aware that the car behind me was inline before closing. As a long-time customer of this pharmacy, Fiona is the only one who practices customer service. *** update to add Melissa was accommodating when I had an issue with my prescription. She has exceptional customer service! **** I'm updating from one star to two!

Staff in the pharmacy is rude. I called the pharmacy and was on hold for 10 minutes. I live 10 minutes away so I drove up on hold the entire time. When I got there, the employees were just talking. I went to the counter and told them I called and I was still on hold. After being treated rudely, I spoke to the manager and no one cared. Go elsewhere if you are looking for at least substandard service.

I have been filling my prescriptions there for years. I have previously given them 5 stars, but they do not have enough staff. This last week I went by to fill a Rx and they had to order it. I was messaged to pick it up. I drove all the way over there and pulled up to the drive through and was asked to wait a quick minute. After 20 minutes I beeped the horn, someone came to the window and stated they were about to go to lunch. I would have to come back. I explained that 20 min earlier I was asked to wait by the young lady. She came to the window and stated that they all had to do lunch together and they were now late. Wow! I do not live in Clemson. I work in Clemson and this was a non work day. I was shocked to say the least. That day I would not have even give them a one star. I realise things happen but this was over the top. I am dinging them down to a 4 star.

The wait is extremely too long. I came to pick up one prescription & have been in line for atleast 30 minutes & only 1 car has moved so far & 4 cars in front of me. I never wait this long at Walgreens!

Worst place to ever exist in the United states for any patient. Not a single person in the pharmacy or minute clinic know what is going on and can’t communicate with each other. I came several times to get vaccines just to know its not available after coming here, that also after waiting for 30 minutes and had to ask three employees to know what’s going on.

HORRIBLE STAFF. NEVER use this pharmacy. I have NEVER had a good experience and I'm disappointed in myself for giving them 5 months to get their act together. I've NEVER NEVER NEVER been treated as poorly as they treat their "customers" I want to take time off work JUST so I can stand in front of CVS w/ a sign for literally ANY other pharmacy. SHAME

I just came in a few days ago and I was standing at self check out and heard an associate talking in the back. The things she was saying were extremely rude and disrespectful. It seemed to me as if she was talking about other associates. I continued to walk up to the register as she came out. I immediately looked at the name tag and her name is “Jamie” Due to the horrible profanity of the worker, I will not be returning and I will be contacting corporate. Do better Clemson.

The pharmacist is rude. They don’t bill you correctly and then send you away because after 15 minutes of waiting they’re suddenly on their lunch break. Come back they told me…. Well I’m now headed out of town without my prescription.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. After years and hundreds of photos printed by them, I will never step foot in that store again. Since the redid their photo lab, my app works 10% of the time. I just did photos and was supposed to get 50% off. Since my app did not read the code, they would not give it to me. I showed the manager the email and code on my phone, she said too bad. Shame on you. Your 39 cent photos are overpriced without any deals. Good bye.

Pharmacy is sometimes a Zoo. Staff is more confused than you are when you go in. Tried to pick up a prescription, NOT A CHANCE !! It was, sorry don't have any in stock. ?? When ? Maybe a week. Why ? The person that does the ordering for meds, is on vacation !! Hmmm ?? That's scary !! So ?So, One person controls the ordering of the Meds for the Public. ?? So, If that person goes on vacation. The public is screwed. ?? Dollar General store or CVS Pharmacy ??

Unfortunately the minimum amount of stars to give them is just one. I have been in Clemson for many years and this CVS pharmacy gets worse and worse. They have poor customer service, they don't answer their phones, and on multiple occasions they have "lost" my prescriptions. The staff in the pharmacy are rude and have bad attitudes. If you are in a rush for medicine (like a child having an allergic reaction) you cannot go here because it takes six hours for them to fill a prescription.

This place wasn't this bad a year ago. The people in the pharmacy are slow and rude. Don't even think about calling the pharmacy to ask a question because you will be on hold ALL DAY. The only good thing about this place is the minute clinic. Pick another place for sure.

Prescriptions weren’t ready 20 minutes after I called and was told they were ready. I was then told they were being expidited and that I would get a text when they were ready. 40 minutes of sitting in the parking lot with no texts later I drove back through and they were ready. Previous experiences have been similarly bad including requiring us to come inside therefore getting a sick child in and out of the car for something that could have easily been done at the drive thru window.

You’ll have your prescription faster if you WALK to the CVS in Seneca or Anderson. Continually understaffed, overworked, and out of stock. Don’t expect anything in a timely fashion. If you want to drop off and wait in store for a prescription, make sure to bring with the entire box set of Harry Potter novels. You might finish them all and still have extra time to kill. While the employees are generally helpful, they are clearly understaffed during the Clemson academic calendar year. I have seen several Clemson doctoral students start, edit, and finish their entire 150 page dissertation while waiting for my refill. CVS corporate should take notice. Avoid like the plague!

They've improved significantly over the past few months. It's worth giving them a chance, in my opinion. The drive thru can be very slow at times but that's due to the COVID-19 testing and they can't really help that. You just have to pick a good time to go there. I've had better luck going there during the more quiet hours and if you're really lucky no one will be there.
