I don’t know her name but there was a younger, heavier-set black woman who works in the textbook section of the store. She should be fired. She was very rude and dismissive for no reason. She was on her phone, didn’t even look at me, and seemed very annoyed when I asked if I could get my textbook. She came across as very sarcastic and miserable and I will be calling whoever oversees the employees of the store. I never thought one miserable employee could cause such a negative 2 minute experience. It’s employees like that who give the school such a bad reputation. The least you can do is greet someone with a “hello.”

My daughter ordered a book online and received a confirmation. Went in several days to check to see if it came in. They would check the system and all it says it was processing. Then she goes in and they said they had books but sold out and cancelled her order. She had a confirmation. Why wasn’t a copy set aside for her? They could not tell her why her order was cancelled. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Clemson, the bookstore manager, whoever has oversight, etc.

This place has quality items that are in style and fashionable for college students. Creative clothing and accessory designs! There is an apparel and gear side and an academic side that has books, calculators, and so on. Their items are slightly overpriced, but that is expected from almost any college store.They do deliver and you can pick up or buy on site. It's location is conveniently placed on campus and there's a lot to look at inside, and other things to do above and across from the store. And, their phone line is available to call with questions about both their apparel/accessories, and their academic stock. They helped me find an online account I was supposed to buy through the bookstore website that I was unable to locate.

A beautiful store in a beautiful location! Their pricing is reflective of the ability of retailers to take advantage of young people who are using their parent's credit cards, which significantly removes scrutiny on pricing. So, I can't recommend making purchases here unless you just have to, or for some reason, want to pay $100+ for a Clemson t-shirt but, it's a worthy stop if you're visiting campus.

Great look! The staff are friendly and helpful if you have any questions. Love how the merchandise are separated throughout the store. Additionally, my daughter stated obtaining textbooks here is easy and fast.

When I bought my books at the beginning of the year here they asked if I wanted a free trial for some study website. I said sure and didn't think anything of It. Little did I know the bookstore gave this website my card information and the website started taking monthly payments out of my account without me ever using my account. Luckily I caught it three months later. I think this is a pretty awful way to scam a bunch of college students.

The one clerk I dealt with in the textbook section was extremely hostile and ill mannered, for no apparent reason other than the fact I interrupted a conversation she was having with another employee. (I didn't even interrupt their conversation--I simply walked up to the counter and waited for them to be finished.) Really disappointed. Given the inflated prices we're paying for textbooks as students, you would think the least they could do is hire help that is actually friendly. I will avoid this place and purchase my school materials online from other retailers whenever possible.

Another overpriced university bookstore. While the books can be found cheaper elsewhere, they carry all the typical items you might need but left at home: headphones, chargers, calculators, etc.

It's a very nice store, but it is the campus book store. It also is the place on campus to get your "Go Tigers" gear. Right underneath the gym.

Stuff are generally overpriced. Decomposition notebooks bought here fell apart after less than a month of use. Refrain from purchasing anything here unless there are no other options available (i.e. Clemson edition textbook access codes).

I've seen where they are selling books mocking our President..I think it's disgusting and it's not funny to spread hate and teach our children that's it's acceptable...shame on you Barnes and noble...I will never set foot in your store!!

The one time I made a mistake of ordering a textbook from the bookstore i got there after already paying for the textbook and was told they didn't carry the book.

I like that the new location separates merchandise from the textbooks, but I feel like stationary (notebooks, pens, folders, planners, etc.) are a little too expensive.
