So let me tell you about Josh. he went above and beyond got to beyond turned around, went above and beyond again He called to make sure that my order was correct. Then he called me to let me know that my order was ready. My son was picking up the pizzas. It was a rainy night And my son had never used a card so he called to make sure that I wanted to give a tip.The customer service is outstanding he is professional he is awesome I will forever be going to this Pizza Hut just because of the customer serviceWere they out of certain items? Yes, they wereWere they out of certain toppings? Yes, they were.am I still gonna be going back? Hell yes I’m going to be going back because customer service is number one with this particular Pizza Hut and they have got a customer for life.

My wife and I order every few weeks from here and picked up a order today. The people working are always friendly and are pizza always looks better from this location vs any other Pizza Hut we have ate from. Thanks guys for always being on top of it!

Up until last night, the worst this location has done is someone kept changing my name in their system but the guy last night doesn't need to be there. I was on the phone handling something important on my way there last night and didn't get to call ahead like I usually do. I tried ordering at the window and the guy said I'd have to come inside to order because "other people would be picking up." I totally understand that but, when I asked if I could just place my order and come back, I was told "No. It's just easier if you come inside." I had a serious back injury a few years ago and, sometimes, it's excruciatingly painful to walk, hence why I use drive-thrus. I ended up having to go to McHeartburn because your guy was too lazy to take an order.

Just ordered here for the first time today I’ve ate At several locations and this is my favorite!! Food was great & so was customer service! Pizza was ready soon as I got there to pick up and was still hot when I got home to eat! Will be going again!

The price was too high for what we got. And my pasta was cold. And the service was not very good. The door said they closed at 10:00 and we were there at 8:30. I feel like they were rushing us out.😕 I will not be back.

Later in the evening, when we ordered a few times, the staff are annoyed that you are interrupting their leisure time. Talking, ignoring is and on their phones rather than helping us RIGHT IN FRONT OF US!! And then literally came to the window, told us to hold on when the phone started to ring, took THIER ORDER, then came back to us to ask us what we wanted. Shameful.

Paid full price for the salad bar with brown lettuce, no cheese or eggs. No forks, plates or napkins was out, I had to keep going back to the counter to get all these things but instead of restocking all this the cashier went outside to smoke. Then when our pizza came out no plate was brought with it and no apologie at all and we had already full price. Needless to say I won't be returning to this place.

Almost every time I've ordered delivery here they're missing something. I'm tired of paying extra for sauces and they never come but obviously I don't want to send the delivery driver back cuz it's not his fault anyway tonight I ordered a pepperoni bacon sausage pizza and there's was no pepperoni on my pizza and never gave me any parmesan cheese after asking and wanted to charge me 99 cents a pack and I never got any anyway. I've worked in restaurants my whole life attention to details key this place is awful but it's the only delivery available where I live. I strongly do not recommend unless it's a last resort

Very poor customer service. I ordered 2 stuff crust pizza. They called back to inform me they was out of stuff crust. Which was fine. But when I asked what the new price would be. I was told it was the same price. Then the phone was hung up. Called back and asked to talk to the manager. Was told the manager was busy that she could not come to the phone and straight hung up. So decided to take a trip up there to talk to the manager face to face. She was outside smoking, I was not even 5 minutes away, she was more than half way through her cigarette when I arrived. She had attitude the whole time. When asked for her mangers name and number she refused. She should not be managing of she cannot control her attitude or cant put down a cigarette to talk to a customer

My class took a field trip to this Pizza Hut restaurant. The group decided the restaurant earned 5/5 stars because the pizza and pasta were so delicious, the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean, and the staff members were very generous and kind. My students said they would recommend next year's class to come back to this Pizza Hut restaurant for a field trip, as well as family and friends. We had a great time!

Ordered and paid online but our order didn't go through to them so we just had to call it in but my card was still charged for what we ordered online. So when we got there to pick it up we were thinking they would try and charge us again but the manager told us it would be no charge. This is how management should be. Even though it wasn't their fault, it was the website, she made it right and made us happy.
