Everytime we go into this store, the customer service is always excellent! We usually always get something from Hotties Kitchen. They have a variety of different foods. So far everything we've gotten has been very good! We love the Hunt Brothers pizza, very inexpensive as well. The store is always clean on the inside as well.

The only store in the USA that charges you for a large cup of ice even if you use your own cup. Like seriously you have to pay almost 1.00 for ice in your own cup. Then if they charge you for a small cup they act like they are doing you a favor. Like really you are the only truck stop in all the 48 states I have been to that charges me for ice. Do Better Hot Spot!

There's a lady named Emily behind the register that's absolutely rude and disrespectful. She shouldn't be working customer service. I've always had a great experience but here lately I've been getting her and it's just unexceptionable. She needs to be let go!!!

What a great place to get your fuel for your RV. The ladies there do an impeccable job keeping the place extremely clean and inviting. They have hot food and very clean restrooms. We'll stop there everytime we're passing thru.

If this is the one that Stephanie is located at, she knew exactly what I was coming for lol the restroom. She was so friendly and when I tell you the bathroom was HEAVENLY not your usual scared to use the fresh scent hit you on the way in and they had toilet protectors as well so that you don’t have to make-shift one out of toilet paper. Thank you Stephanie you’re amazing and we need more people like yourself! ❤️

I've been shopping here for a few decades (showing my age) and they always take care of their community members! From birthday presents for members with a Hot Spot card, to major discounts on already great prices, and they also have FIREWORKS 🎆 Check them OUT!!!!

I was helping some ladies with an electric car at their charging stations we had a question because it said you needed an RFID number went inside to talk to the staff of this hotspot and apparently for electric charging stations on their lot that they have their hotspots signage on they know absolutely nothing about them ended up calling their customer service number on the charging station and found out for a Android you have to download shell charging app and for Apple users it is the shell portable EV charger app to be able to use these charging stations at any Shell station across the nation without the app you cannot use them and when I went back in to let the staff know they had a we don't care we don't want to know attitude I give him three stars only because the charging stations do work and there is a customer service number listed on the pump itself but as for the staff at this facility they were absolutely no help didn't care and we're more worried about their cell phones then the customers

You have some of the best employees and the cleanest store around but REALLY need to do something about your auto diesel pumps. It takes FOREVER. I actually timed it yesterday. I gave up after TWENTY MINUTES and ended up on 3/4 of a tank!!! That’s absolutely ridiculous.

Phone number keep sending me to fax machine number as well as they never pick up the phone . Had bought a scratch off from there and they must of not scanned in tried to cash it in and get money from qt and it popped up called security immediately. Just tryna call them to activate it . But no answer highly upset !!

I been trying to buy a coffee cup that I can refill because I buy a capuchino about twice a week here. Today is my second time trying to buy it the employees are never able to tell me how much they are. Bought diesel and a chocolate milk and paid 40 dollars in store went to pump. When i did pump turned onbut did not pump.. They told me money would go back on card but did not. Will never patronize this hot spot again bad service..

Nice place..I was n a delima, as a trucker,. I delivered 2 forest City NC meritor.. they have prohibited truckers 2 park there while waiting 4 load 2 be ready or to get a load.. they sent me to hotspot saying it's a a truck stop.. turns out it's just a fuel spot they allowed me to stay here to get my next load assignment. Thanks
