They're friendly but man they mess up food A LOT often either cold or overcooked. How do you burn the burger AND the cheese but somehow the bacon still looks raw? Had to take the wrapper off to get a picture to do this conundrum justice.Good thing I had condiments at home to down this briquette in, dog still got most of it. Waste of 6 bucks.Forest city store is killin ya'll in service & quality.

Honestly, the food was very yummy and the staff was great, and in a very good mood , and service was fast…. But the food we got was not the food we ordered, but because I took it back to our office, the employees still ate whatever food was there, and even though we did not order the food that we received, they say that we did receive was really good and fresh.I went through the drive-through, so I’m not sure on the cleanliness of the building on the inside.Also, another thing that I have not been seeing at all the Hardee’s around here is the rooftop overhead menu cover that is now over the ordering menu and the microphone so that when it rains you won’t be splattered with rain and I thought that was pretty cool because I always hate when it’s pouring the rain. I have to roll my window down and get soaking wet just to place an order but the Chesnee location has shelters over their menus now so that’s a plus.

To start ordered in the app. We made sure we had the correct location. When we arrived they didn't have our order in the system. Hardee's breakfast platter pork chop. Was told they don't have pork chop. But yet it was in the app to order. When we recieved our order we were given one platter french toast dip platter she didn't get her sausage. My Hardee's platter with steak. My steak was in with the other platter. I didn't get hashbrowns, eggs, biscuit or gravy. I didn't even get the platter container. If the pork chop is not available why can you order it in the app. We have had problems with this store before. It seems like they just don't get it. Order # 22649892324540416

Stay away from this place, Food its either Burn or old / hard, the orders are always taken wrong, and dont get me started on the attitude u get when u tell them something its done incorrectly, am a local and resident of chesnee, i would not eat on hardess even if they pay me, i told my friend not to last night 10/14/23 and yet she insisted, by the time we get home, she regret that so much, the burger was BURN HARD & COLD. I told you so was never so right, awful place...

Absolutely the worst restaurant in Chesnee SC. I completely understand yall are back up by two people butseven employees standing around doing nothing is probably the reason why this place sucks. They will charge you for a large then give you a small and want to argue about it. They will sit there and talk about customers in front of everyone, and other stuff like hard drugs. This is just a few things I noticed this morning and when I ask if they can take an order they get mad and 5 of them have to stop standing around just to fuss at you for asking. So many more options in chesnee beside that garbage. I hope they all get fired.

This is one of the most unclean, unsanitary restaurant I have ever been in. Went in for breakfast twice and both times in the same week the floors had debris, tables were filthy, and neither time did they have tea, and only 1 of the fountain drinks actually worked. We will not waste our time or money at this establishment ever again.

If your biscuit isn't cold then your hash browns will be! Every time I go one or the other is cold. I try giving them the benefit of a doubt but it's just not worth it. Tried their cherry biscuit this morning and I had more biscuit than cherries. Two cherries on the whole biscuit. Crazy!!

If you cant keep ingredients to make sweet tea in stock in a southern town, you just need to close the doors. Thats pitiful, the least you could so is run next door to food lion and get some tea bags.

I eat at this Hardee's when I'm feeling like living on the culinary edge, you never know what you're going to get! Order one thing and receive another, it may be in your favor or the fast food gods might decide you need some moral punishment.I will say whether you get what you ordered or not it all tastes good. It's a love/hate relationship...Customer Log 7/29/22I visited my local beef roulette today and to my satisfaction my order was correct and tasted good. The drive through cashier was courteous as well. Keep it up Hardee's we might salvage this relationship yet...

There is NO reason that a person that has a family of 5.. order $30.00 worth of food for their family... Have to pull up and wait.. just to recieve BURNT BISCUITS! Get it together or hire people that know what the hell they are doing.

Good place to grub,and talk game plan of how we attack the days tasks ,safely, productively, and w/ quality. Personally prefer McDonald's. Ham/cheese Texas toast a killer breakfast sandwich, though.

Sure glad I checked the bag before pulling away from the drive-thru. They forgot the biscuit for the gravy biscuit order and when I said that, the lady said she was sure she put it in the bag so I turned the bag upside down and we finally got the biscuit. I think she thought we were trying to get an extra biscuit which was not the case at all.

This location should be closed down and inspected by the health department place is dirty drainage right in the middle of the floor and nasty looking fryers are disgusting they dont drain the oil because its backup so you're eating unhealthy food some worker dont lie just saying thats how i know and found out smh beware people of your health safety gb all hope this helps.

Restaurant is remodeling but has huge sign in parking lot that they are opened during remodel. So when my son and I went through the drive through about 6pm on a Tuesday, we were very disappointed for the drive through attendant to tell us they were closed due to the remodel. Don’t have a sign saying you’re open if you indeed are not.

Up until this visit, the last two orders were wrong and no one would answer the phone This last visit the order was correct and the food was good but not much to say about customer service and let's don't even bring up friendliness. I know it's not a requirement for a job but it makes your day a little better! I really enjoy Hardee's food that was about to give up on getting it the way I wanted it!
