This is by far the best food lion I’ve been to… i live in Spartanburg and pass 3 of them just to go to this one… nice clean store, shelves stocked, cashiers smiling and friendly… just a peaceful shopping experience

The employee’s were really nice!!! Especially, the employee Zak!!! He might be the best cashier I’ve seen and very kind!!! For a kid his age very respectful.

This place is awful, I will never go in there again. As I was walking up to the check out, I hear the bag boy and the cashier play arguing about who was gonna check me out, just bc I had a full cart. Every time I have checked out with a full buggy that is what the workers do, they complain about having to do their job. That is not how it use to be, the customer is suppose to be always right. You are not suppose to argue in front of the customer, your not suppose to roll your eyes in from of them, you are not suppose to act like you don't want to do your job. I offered to check myself out, since it was too hard for them to do. Angelica was the cashiers name, and she was awful. Totally rude, and lazy.

It's OK, prices are ridiculous cause they know it's the only store within miles other than dollar general. It's average when it comes to cleaning , has some great employees though that's what keeps me going back.

It was almost closing time and I was well aware of that, but I was allowed to walk into the store then to be told they were closed. I needed one item for my lactating dog that just delivered 9 puppies, but only had 7 left. If they were closed they should have the door locked. Maybe if they were doing their job instead of sitting around talking I could have saved some more puppies.

As always, they had really great deals, and good Bogo’s. I’ve never had to wait in a long line anytime I’ve visited this location. Staff is very friendly and eager to help with any questions you may have, the stores environment is very clean. Restrooms are also kept very clean. If you’re going through Chesnee SC and need to grab some groceries for a trip to the lake, or stocking your pantry for your family each week, I highly recommend getting your groceries from this Food Lion location.

Very clean and the customer service was top notch!!! I was looking for something I had never bought before for a new recipe and without even asking an employee came to me and asked if I was finding everything I needed. She had walked by me then passed me again on her way back. It was nice someone approached me to help rather than the norm when you have to find someone yourself!10 star ⭐⭐⭐ customer service!

First time Ive been to this food lion 9pm 04/06/23.The store was very clean. The manager was doing good at solving guest issues that had come up. The employees were very kind. The only complaint I have is the small kid basket my 4 year old was using would only turn right. So he was struggling to steer it. Other then that very impressed with this stores atmosphere and awesome customer service. I will be back for sure since I just moved to the area. 😃 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

They are doing a little better with stocking the shelves, but the brand's I generally use don't exist and most of the replacements don't compare. The Sara Lee bread always seems to be on the old side or at least not really soft and tasty like it was when bi lo had the store 😞I definitely miss my home town Bi-lo , please come back😁

The worst grocery store in all the land...this one and all the rest. Sub par everything at higher prices than any other grocery store. I'll stick to my Harris Teeters, Ingles, and Publix. Do not recommend.....Update....no change but new floors. So there's that.

Can’t keep anything stocked out of most bags of sugar a staple only few high dollar bags no sausage and gravy in can half the time out of whole milk on Friday’s no gal container’ of white vinegar a staple really need to get with program put your phones down order your merchandise really pitiful

I shop here almost daily, if I have to go grocery shopping this is the store I want to go to. The store is kept very clean, it is well stocked, and the employees are all very courteous and enjoyable. Plus Food Lion has some of the best grocery prices and sales around, highly recommend 💛

Store is okay I guess, I go here each month to get things, but today I had to claim a couple items that I left behind a few days back, but the cashier tried to get attitude with me because of my speech problem, I advise anyone to watch out around here.

I love Food Lion they have a nice clean place with helpful people. The ale signs is easy for me to see & find things. Their produce is so fresh & tasty. Their deli /bakery is wonderful too.

The Chesnee store is ok. You get the feeling they closed Bi-lo just so they could raise prices though. The store is very needed in Chesnee so I guess we are lucky to have it.
