Every single time I come to pick up a prescription there is an issue. They don’t have the full prescription ready and they don’t say anything unless I ask where the rest of the prescription is and I get…well we don’t have it in stock. Then why didn’t I get a phone call? Um I’m not sure I didn’t work on the order. It will be here tomorrow. Tomorrow I arrive oh we don’t have it in stock it will be here tomorrow. Well that’s funny because that’s what I was told yesterday as well. I go to pick up another prescription and I’m told I can’t pick it up today I have to wait till tomorrow. I go the next day and I’m told oh well it was put on hold. Ok well I was told I could pick it up today. Well we can’t fill it until tomorrow because it was put on hold. Why was it put on hold? I’m not sure but you can get it tomorrow. Well I just had surgery so I cant wait another day. The worst customer service and management of a pharmacy I have ever seen or experienced in my entire life. If you are looking for a pharmacy that truly cares about their customers and shows compassion, and will go above and beyond tohelp you then this is not the pharmacy you want to use.

I don’t know anything about the pharmacy, but I called the front to ask about a product. My called was answered right away and so was my question and they were polite! I call a lot of places to ask about products before driving there and normally they ring forever and take a few minutes to get an simply answer to a question.

When I walked in there was no employees around, I made my way over to the braces and foot support area, while I was looking at the insoles an employee popped up asking me about the children running around the store asking if they were mine, when I said no she replied oh and walked away, then I went to the pharmacy to ask about the insoles and then pharmacist I spoke to was very rude and short worded. I spent about 10 mins looking for the first aid kits with no help from an associate, and then when I went to cash out there was no associate at the front. It was quite unpleasant and awkward.

So inept at getting prescriptions ready on time. On top of having to make multiple calls they've caused me to miss meds for days at a time. They're not as good as texting when meds are ready as they once were and sometimes text that a med is ready only to find out that it isn't after sitting in a long line. This was once a very dependable pharmacy but it's terrible now.

I have been a customer of CVS in Chesnee for 9+ years this is the second time in 3 months that a was treated very rudely by a pharmacy tech by the name of Nadasha and also the pharmacist was not very nice I'd hate to change pharmacy 's but when you don't feel well on top of it and people are rude it doesn't help

This is the first time I have dealt with someone so rude there. At times I talk to Amanda and she is so nice. I called to get the price of my mother's prescription and the girl gave me the total. She seemed to be very pleasant...at first. I then asked for the individual price. At first she was helpful but when I asked for the last scripts price. She said "I already gave you the whole price" we are busy, I have several people in line. Look I get it, I know you're busy I've seen it first hand, but for goodness sake leave out the sarcasm. You don't have to be rude. Just say" I'm sorry, I cant right now, I'm busy". You don't have to be sarcastic and say "I've already given you the whole price"....like I'm a child getting my hand slapped. It wasn't even that she raised her voice b/c she didn't, it's just the way she brought it across. Please learn how to communicate in a better way.

They NEVER answer the phone I stayed on hold for 2 hrs and finally hung up. Why even be open or have 3 people standing around and the phones ringing off the hook. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.. it doesn’t even deserve one star…

Wow the attitude of the employees in the pharmacy is insane. I am so sorry that you have to do your job. Plus holding 20 minutes when you call the pharmacy and giving up because no one answered. This is consistent whenever Jonathan is the pharmacist on duty. The customer service is so poor, it is time for me to move to another pharmacy.

CVS in Chesnee was a very pleasant trip. Would definitely go back there more often. Cashier was exceptionally nice and made you feel very comfortable.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Went through the drive through for a scheduled covid test and was told there was an issue with my insurance after sitting in the drive through for over an hour. I canceled, rescheduled for the next time (like instructed to do) and they were still unable to perform a test due to "insurance" I have friends that had the same test with the same insurance a few days ago and had no issues. They kept saying they needed to call and see if a nurse practitioner was available and would call us back if we were in the area. its 5pm and still no call back. I went to another CVS location and was out in 10 minutes. This place is a DISASTER and don't recommend if you need a test ASAP

it doesn't even deserve one star. They have an employee there that withheld ordering LIFE SAVING MEDICINE for a 3 year child. Nor would the employee pick up the phone and call other locations to see if in stock. Not including her nast attitude. Corporate has been notified and I was told by Lynn that Ms Pennington has been coached....COACHED...and her actions could've killed a 3 year old child!! If you or a loved one has medicines that your life depends on, I DO NOT recommend doing business here. Ms Pennington still has her job even though her negligence could've caused death to a child.

Kim is the best!!! She is the only one that my husband and I will deal with!! She's ALWAYS so pleasant and accommodating. She goes way beyond the call of duty when we have questions or concerns. Love her!

I don't know what you 1 and 2 star people's problem is I switched to this cvs and it's the best thing I've done the employees are always nice and professional and I've never been put on hold when I call maybe you should try being nice to them and I'm sure they will return the favor, if you can't do that maybe you need to find another pharmacy.

My insurance forces me to use CVS or I wouldn't. The one in Chesnee is always severely understaffed and their drive through is a place where cars park to talk.

Unbelievable weather you go inside or the drive thru you wait forever if someone pulls up to the drive thru and what they are there for is not ready they need to pull around again I do not understand how a business can be so slow utterly rediculous you dang near have to take a day off to come get your prescriptions here but hey good old chesnee you have no other options to go to here

These clowns play me for fools quite a bit, I take Klonopin generic for anxiety, they get their days screwed up and they have been giving me different types of this medication, I take 1mg type one in morning and evening, I was taking the ones that have TEVA on the back and is a mint green in color, last month when I filled it, they gave me this faded denim colored tablet that tastes worser than I can't explain, this month it is a light yellow pill with a score cut in it, what next a Magenta colored one?, I will switch if this keeps up!!!
