Hmmmmm let’s start by saying I had hand tossed but 1 was thin crust this out of 1 box of pizza one slice the cheese was off only sauce the crust was hand toss the rest was thin very disappointed tonight

I hate this location because it’s so hit or miss. The food is either gonna be great or horrible. Yesterday, it was horrible! The bread sticks were hard as rocks, no exaggeration. It was literally burnt and inedible. My thin crust pizza was the same exact way. It tasted like burnt cardboard. Just awful and a waste of money! And don’t even think about trying to return your pizza, the manager is going to give you an attitude and huff and puff over the phone. Won’t be returning any time soon! Someone needs to double check the food before sending it out to people, because no one’s food should be black!

Only thing different about pizza hut is their little drive thru 6/26/19- ordered a pizza and wings. I am disappointed to the Max with Pizza hut. The delivery person brings the pizza and look at the pizza, its all over the place, plus it doesn't look fresh, almost like it had been sitting all day. There has got to be a better Pizza Place around. Not to pleased about the inside of this establishment or the bathrooms, customer service is pleasant and wait time varies. 2/23/19- This bone out chicken is awful. Not even cooked all the way through. As you can see one is cooked through and the other is not cooked through.

We ordered pizza on a early Friday night placed the order online paid in full. Why was the pizza not 3 toppings like I requested and my chicken was 6 pieces instead of 8, My breadsticks were cold and my order was all wrong. Once I called to inform them about my order they hung up on me twice before I spoke to someone. The assistant manager Judy was super rude about it asked for the food back and I told her my kids and husband ate it. Why should we still have it after 1hr and a half. Hope you have a better experience then we did. Judy sent out another pizza but she was so rude I didn’t want to eat it.

Not once but twice I called in an order only to get there and have them tell me no one remembers my order. I have to sit there for another 30 minutes for them to make the pizza. If there was a better pizza place in cheraw I would use it.Side note the pizza is good and the 2 large 2 topping special is great for feeding the family.

We ate inside and the entire place including restrooms were very clean! The service was amazing our servers was very nice! Unfortunately they are removing the buffet forever... But that would be my only complaint. Love that they have a drive-thru!

It's ok but prices are way too high. Got 2 med pizzas and bread sticks, and it came to $ 40.00.. Service is great though..

Every time we order delivery we have an issue. Like last time they forgot 1 pizza, this time they forgot 4, a whole bag and by the time the delivery guy went back to get them and made it back they were hard, cold and greasy and no one even offered to make it right. We spent over $100 and it was not good

Very nasty, not one table clean. This place should be shut down . I think since it changed to you, order when you come in and serve yourself no one cleaning anything.

The worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to!!!! The waitress took forever to come to us and there was only us and one other table of ppl in the place she got our order and then the other people’s but ours came a good 30 minutes after there’s when we ordered 1st and way less food. When we got the food my daughters was so chewy She was gaging and mine and my husbands were so gooey and mush it wasn’t good we kept having to get up to get things we needed bc the waitress disappeared She got the drinks and we never saw her again I’m not one to bash a company on there food but never in my life have a us An experience this awful!

As soon as we walked through the door our drink orders were taken but didn't arrive at our table until 10 minutes after we were seated; 5 minutes after that the waitress ask to take our order but we were never given a menu. After receiving our menu and our order was taken she proceeds to tell me the wait time is 45 minutes. The service sucks at this location!

My order wasn't made properly. They forgot to make the breadtsicks with the order, and had me waiting on them as if it was my fault. No attempt at crediting the breadsticks when I left without them. Employees were arguing in the kitchen area. Horrible experience. After I go back to get my breaksticks they owe me, I'll never revisit the pizza again.

Our pizza came out wrong, appetizers are supposed to come out prior to your meal. The waitress never came back to our table until we had completed our meal. The managers attitude was unacceptable in my opinion. I was trying to inform her of the issues we had encountered and she snapped to informed me that that only have 3 fryers and that can happen. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza hut.
