Recently I was able to exchange an item at this location because our sweet cat, Emma, for whom we had bought it, had died about a week before and we couldn’t use it. The employees have always given the highest level of customer service, but the compassion they showed me at a very painful time was genuine and especially appreciated. They are highly recommended for their consistent customer service, extensive product knowledge and true care for their customers.

I love this place!!! Both my fur babies are loud and curios. Every time we go to re stock their favorite treats, the staff shows them love and smothers them in kisses ! Both my babies have sensitive skin and all staff members helped me choose the best food and treats for them and for my wallet !!I absolutely love them !

Good place, good prices, good treats. Like hollywood feed but with a good selection of weirder treats/animal parts by the pound which is why I like to come in. I've been coming here 2 years hut they still don't have a waste bin so you have to walk to the dumpster. If they can fix this, 5 stars! (Changed to five stars within about 2weeks, great job by the company.)

Good place, good experience, good options.It gets four stars because of two things. They sell risky items (bones, hooves, etc, and raw). To each their own if you wanna give that to your animals as long as you know the associated risks! There's also no garbage bin outside anywhere for pet waste. I've been coming here two years (infrequently just because it's a trip) and they still don't have one. Owners already make enough excuses to not pick up waste. Please don't encourage that! If you can get a bin outside, you'll get 5 stars. Thanks!They changed it, 5 stars it is!

The best place for you (or your pup!) to pick out some great treats! Mine gets just excited to pull into their parking lot as she does when we go to the dog park. Their variety is fantastic with rows of bins for individual items (everything from different types of jerkies to rabbits feet, venison hooves, even larger, more exotic items to choose from - too many to list), to pre-packaged assortments. Prices vary depending on what you go for so a lot of times I will stock her jar for $20 to $30 with items you see sold at bigger pet stores or grocery stores that are nowhere near as fresh, with maybe 3 or 4 per bag only! Another note, at one of the more popular pet stores while looking at their bins of similar items, the amount of bugs I saw crawling around within them was a complete turnoff... yuck! I've never seen that at The Wild. Additionally, they offer foods, shelved and refrigerated, desserts, cakes, ice creams, cookies, and toys! And of course products for just about every need you can think of, even a great pet wash area . All of this to include our loveable kitty friends too! Recommend all to visit for their furry loved ones ❤️

The Wild is like the candy store for dogs with so many unique items to choose from. My dog is always excited to pick out a natural treat from the bulk bins, and I like all their options for safe and long-lasting chews. We also love the shampoo from Vermont that they offer at the bath station!

Hands down the best pet store I have ever been to. Jordan was absolutely wonderful, extremely knowledgeable, very sweet and friendly. Helped us tremendously. And we got fresh popcorn on our way out! Definitely our new go to!

Our dogs love it here! They have a wide variety of foods, treats, and toys for canine and felines. In the dog are they have an incredible selection of animal meats and body parts. While some people are grossed out by these, our dogs love it!As a treat for people the store always has some popcorn available, and they generally have free samples so you can try something new for the kids as well!

Hands down the best pet store in Charleston! They have all the best top of the line foods and healthy treats. I have no idea how they do it, but they know everyone’s names and it impresses me every time I go in. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and have been asked to test out products because they truly care about the products they supply and want to make sure our fur babies love them!

Really helpful, knowledgable, friendly and solition driven staff. We just stopped in and got a lot of suggestions for improving our older dog's diet to reduce inflammation without breaking the bank. For people who care about their pets' health, this is the place to go. They also have a great bulk selection with a lot of really unusual treats.

I have been to all the pet stores in the area. This is hands down THE best overall. The staff knowledge is particularly of interest...I feel like there are pimple faced teenagers in other stores who care more about being on the phone than learning the products in their store. The dog washes are clean and convenient unlike some others as well....do you clean them you know who?...The supplements are a major area where I had issues in other stores as well as staff. I found out All is Well is under partial new ownership and it shows...a new buzz is there and they are freshening up. My dogs are forever grateful as am I!

This store has pretty good selection of pet supplies. Very happy to find out that they carry the doggie ice cream that we used to get for our puppies in CO. It's a great special treat for them especially during summer here and our dog love them. I had forgotten the name of one brunette lady that works there but she has always been very nice and helpful when I go in there. They carry natural remedy items which are important to consider for whatever minor ailments a pet would have. The bonus is that they are close to my home.

Love this store. I buy all of our dog and cat food, treats, collars, and toys there. The people who work there are so incredibly friendly and they always put a smile on my face and are so helpful every time I go there. They have very healthy grain free dog and cat food options that are way above par than some of the standard ones you would find at other specialty pet stores. I know this because my cats are very finicky and I can't tell you how many brands of other grain free foods we have purchased and they simply will not eat them. They gave me a few different samplers one time and my cats and dogs have been hooked ever since. Two thumbs up for this store and the employees!

Amazing food for cats and dogs the staff there is amazing. We have been going there since they opened to get our girls their Fromm food. Recently adopted a kitten our first for our family so we were clueless but we knew we wanted to have her an the best diet and the staff there helped us out with plenty of samples to try and they also helped us out with knowing what all else we would need and some great ideas on training her. This is my absolute favorite store. Everyone is so knowledgeable about how to make your pet healthy. I go in with health questions and come out with answers, that quickly give me super healthy dogs and cats. I have never been steered wrong with any product I have purchased, whether it was food, a supplement, shampoo, or doggie toys we are 💯 satisfied.
