I've been to all of their locations and the staff has been amazing at each one. There is always something to find for my fur babes that they love. The fact that the dogs can pick out their own treats is amazing. Today I got both dogs with picky peculiar different tastes a long-lasting bone for the ride home suggested by the employees. To my surprise even my little dog chowed down on one that was developmentally appropriate for her old age and lack of teeth.

We were visiting Charleston and we find this store. Great quality products and the associate (Savannah) gave us tons of information about their products. It was definitely worth it to stop by and get some natural treats for our puppy. We’ll definitely come back when visiting again or even ordering online since she said they do shipping as well! 🤩

Took my large golden doodle in for the first time to use their doggy bathing station. It had everything I needed, and it was so much easier to bathe him there then breaking my back at home. The staff was very friendly and they clean up after for you. I will definitely use it again!

Ry was attentive and so helpful and just the best. He didn’t want to sell anything - he cared about the well being of my pets and educating me on what would be the best for them. I left wanting to be his friend - I can’t say enough amazing things about him and was blown away by his kindness and customer service. I of course bought everything and was so happy with the prices and the information behind the brands. I do have to comment that everything he recommended has been the perfect fit and exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend the store and Ry!

I found the pet supply store because I was looking for a natural tincture for my dog for a urinary issue, the woman I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was getting, tinkle tonic, it cleared up my dogs issue, he got his health and energy back !! He's 14 years old and acting like a puppy again!!

One of THE best pets stores in Charleston!! Great quality foods carried here and VERY knowledgeable staff!! Helped me learn a lot about what kind of diet is good for my dog and have so much information to give for all types of questions and concerns! Their website has so much helpful information too! I will not be going anywhere BUT here for forever! They even will order food that you like that they don’t carry!Best experience with them every time I go! The most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered!

I was on vacation in Charleston with my boyfriend and 2 dogs. We needed some dog shampoo and looked for a local health-conscious, sustainably sourced pet store to stop at. We were blown away… everything was meticulously thought out, very detailed with informational (& scientifically backed up) sheets, wide variety of treats, interactive toys, and more! Erin was also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products she recommended. It was so nice shopping around without worrying about what kind of ingredients were in their products… the owners carefully chose each product in this store. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. We hope to have a store in Naples, FL one day.

Cute, clean, and very helpful! I brought my dog here to use the self dog wash and was really surprised at how clean and nice everything was. The dog wash area had all the amenities you need to bathe your dog including some really high quality soap. It is a little pricier than others I’ve been to but it’s also way nicer. I spoke with the employee about my dogs itchy skin and she gave me a bunch of handouts to read with nutritional information but also wasn’t pushy to sell me things which I always appreciate.

If you have pets, you have to check this place out. They have an incredible selection of high quality raw food and various supplies. Their staff members are very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Charleston is lucky to have this establishment as a local resource.

This place is awesome for the self dog wash..I kind of don't want anyone else to know so I can have it to myself, but that seems greedy. The wash has a raised tub, all the shampoo you need (one of the brands is particularly amazing,), a wall hair dryer that does not freak out the dog, and apron so you don't have to get too wet. Staff that's really nice... and there's lots of goodies to buy in the store. I suggest you give it a try, just don't tell too many people!!

The best pet store by far! The kindest people run this store, you can tell that they are there to help not only your pet but teach you how to feed your pet a better diet. Every time I go into the store, they are so kind and willing to help. As a canine nutritionist, I already know what I am looking for but it is always nice talking to them about what they are about to get in stock or new items they have on their shelves.

My family has been coming to All is Well for years and we've never had a bad experience. The employees are kind and always willing to help or answer questions about the products. We use the dog wash facilities regularly and the space is clean, well kept and has supplies stocked and ready to go. Highly recommend to anyone on James Island who has pets and wants the best.

This place rocks!! Its not your normal pet supply store, but is run by, and employs, caring, knowledgeable people. They stay educated and stocked with healthy answers to your pets needs. I wandered in the first time looking for some sort of food to feed my giant cat who was seemingly allergic to everything and heard the words ‘have you considered raw food?’ Then our lives changed! They have healthy canned and dry food options too, plus way more.I love that I can stop by there for not just pet food, but with questions, and leave feeling educated and confident that I am making the best decisions for my furry loved ones. They are always updating their knowledge, and their newsletter and employees are happy to share their insights when asked.Thanks for being awesome guys!

Came in for their dog wash station. It was so clean and easy, and fully stocked with great products. Of course, couldn't leave without a treat or two for my dogs. Glad to have a dog washing option on JI that isn't my tub!

I went to The Wild just to get a training lead, but will definitely start making it a regular stop for my dog's needs! The woman behind the register was so friendly and helpful. You could tell she really loved her job which is always great to see. I can't wait to take my girl back to pick out some treats!

I get Apollos chew things here and am always greeted by the staff upon entry and they are so terrific to Apollo when hes there! They have great recommendations and the little dude just loves their heart treats in the jar. $10 for 100! Each one makes about 5 treats when you break it up. Super terrific!! High quality stuff!

I've been a customer at All is Well for several years. I started out going to the one in Mt. Pleasant, and then when that one closed I started going to the James Island store. Love them. They are super knowledgeable about dogs and dog food, etc. Highly recommended.
