Who doesn't love black dogs? Attractive clothing, appropriate prices and good customer service. I love the koozies, floor mats and the variety of long-sleeve shirts with dog logos. Great shop for gifts to others or yourself!

This is a fabulous boutique! If you are a dog owner, they have the most adorable hats and clothing with their label on them. The staff is extremely friendly and allowed my bc puppy to come in and shop with me! They even gave him water!! Thank you for having us!

I love this store! This location has great staff who will assist if you want or leave you alone if you prefer. They also have a cute little black dog wandering around the shop. The store has a terrific selection (not absolutely everything that you can get online, but most!). It's nicely arranged, with a pretty window display.

My wife was (and is) very excited about this store. I thought it was a good place with a decent variety but compared to the online inventory (of course), this pales in comparison.Still definitely worth the visit if you're a dog person!

Very poor service by assistant manager Patty and staff, we were told they would honor a coupon, even if product was slow in getting to store. As shirts were available they changed, their minds. Had we known this earlier I would have just ordered online. Very disappointed 😔 won’t shop this store again. Cost me $60 to $75, cost them a customer.

We only purchased two car stickers, when we walked up to the register the lady working said “is this all you’re getting ? It’s $3.27, I hope you have cash cause it will cost me $3 to run a credit card”, with such condescending tone the lady behind me looked shocked. WoW, I am a guest in your store and you have the audacity to say that. Sorry, I wasn’t purchasing one of your overpriced shirts. I should have just walked out like my wife wanted to. Then when asked for a bag she says “really you need one ? It’s so big”. I will never spend another dime on your pretentious brand.

A little piece of New England in Charleston. Love this store and love the quality of the product. Been wearing Black Dog since I was young and so excited to have a store close by. Staff are great, friendly and fun.

Rude rude rude!! Have been shopping at the Black Dog in Martha Vineyard and Nantucket for as long as I can remember..it has always been a special moment till now. The young man couldn't get off his phone for even a moment The young lady was attempting to assist another customer who finally said I can wrap it myself if it's an inconvenience for you dear. As soon as the customer left the store your sales people talked ugly about the customer. I took my money left your items on the rack and found another place to spend my money.
