Recently been bringing my pup to the grooming salon at this Petsmart, I really like the service. They have last minute openings and early mornings which works for my schedule. The groomers are all friendly and loving towards the dogs. My pup came out looking and smelling good, it’s a bit pricey but that’s a corporate thing.

We switched over today at this Petsmart Location. We had to bring in our Rescue Pawpet Makahna for diagnostics for an emergency check -up. Dr. Reyes was the assigned Veterinarian for our Cat. We love the staff here and will have all our pawpets see Dr. Reyes and staff. 7/5/23 Took our rescue kitten Isa Lang'het for her 1st visit with Dr. Reyes. Me and my wife are very pleased with this Petsmart Location.

PetSmart is always a great visit at this location. Today I brought in JJ for a grooming and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. <Edit> Later that evening arriving to pick up JJ finding out the total before taxes was $75.00. When usually it's $50.00 was a rude surprise. Got charged an extra $25.00 for grinding his nails without being informed about the surcharge.

A little pricier than other pet stores but unbelievable selection and variety! They have every type of feed for any pet and a ton of collar/leash/harness options for your dog. This location includes a groomer, a vet and dog training in store. They also have adorable guinea pigs and hamsters and a ton of fish! This location also has cats available for adoption from the SPCA. if you're looking for a specialty item, they will have it!

I had appointment at 1:30 for bath and brush for panther I was a few minutes late but my wife called before to let them know as long as it's before 1:45 the 2 girls helping me were really nice and were about to take him in until the manager Francis denied all services and was really rude,managers should not be doing that and not be a manager,I think she doesn't like her job she should look for another job

I gave 1 star because I could not give 0.Today, 12/23, I went to PETSMART on Rivers Av and took my two dogs, a pug and a husk, as I done before. Usually, they give a bath and cut their nails. I left them at the store and went shopping around. What a surprise when after 20 minutes they called me and said the pug was ready! I went back, got my pug and the dog was wet and she was not completely clean. Her head was smelly, between her dirty skin, dirty ears and the nails was not cut. I complained about this and they took the dog back and I stayed there to watch. The girl started cutting the nails and I saw my dog ​​disappeared, trying to get out of there. Then, I saw blood dropping from her paws. She cut them too short and hurt her! I was furious. I got my dog ​​back and left. I cried because I felt that I was the one who supposed to protect my little girl and failed. My husk came back yet, not brushed and her nails trimmed. Took another hour to dry her.I hope PETSMART gets more professional workers as we paid for this service and are dealing with very precious treasures of people's lives.

This is one of my favorite Places to go for pet supplies. The staff is usually very friendly and always helpful. They remember me and my pets when I check out and ask how everyone is doing just about every time. The fish collection here is decent. Summerville generally has more fish and supplies but I can’t help but to look when I’m here. We love PetSmart!

We brought our 2 dogs in for grooming. When we came to pick them up one had a black and bloody eye. They never said anything when they brought her out. When I confronted the Mang David Williams and asked to see camera footage he claimed the store did not have any camera's. The vet confirmed the injury was from some sort of contact. It did not just appear. They paid the vet bill of $89 and then said they would not groom our dogs anymore.Like would ever bring them back. Be very careful of this store. They are very dishonest.
