My dog, Domino, had the worst grooming service ever. He has razor burns on his neck and body. His privates are red and irritated. His hair was cut down to his skin, and when it grows back, it WILL be painful. The groomers name is Elliot, do not go to him. The only good part about his grooming was the face. And the smell. My dog eyes looked red and it seemed like he was crying. Made me cry. He had a negative experience. Please, it is much cheaper to just wash and blow dry your dog than spend over $60 on a negative experience that you can never get back. The general manager, Shawn, did not do a single thing and instead blamed us. Please do not go here Save your money.

Kayla is the absolute BEST. My Pyrenees is not an easy dog to groom. He’s sweet but he is young, extremely hairy, strong and sometimes ridiculously stubborn. Kayla has formed such a bond with Harvey that he enjoys coming to see her and kisses her as soon as he sees her! So now I bring my Jack Russell to her and she is amazing. The only reason I come to Petsmart is for Kayla. Taylor is awesome too but Kayla is my main gal and she is irreplaceable. Petsmart should be absolutely honored to have her as a groomer with them.

Grooming appointment all set up for 7am. Load up the dogs, make the trek, only to discover.... Nobody is there. Thanks a lot. Apparently there is a button you have to press somewhere on the wall to be let in when it's before store hours. They don't tell you that anywhere, and it's impossible to see it when it's still dark out. They were not very kind about me "missing" my appointment.

Tabitha did a wonderful job on our Bischon, Bentley. First time in but it won't be the last. She listened to what I wanted and gave him a beautiful groom. I asked her to shape him like a Bischon not a poodle and she did exactly that. Kudos to Tabitha!

Brought my dog here to get a face trim. I booked the requisite service online, that said bath and “clean up trimming.” My dog was there for 45 minutes before the called me and informed me they couldn’t do a face trim and that service was exclusively for paws and sanitary trims. Not sure what took them 45 minutes to realize that. It may be helpful in the future to leave a better description of the “services” they provide. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

I went in the James Island location. The cashier greeted me very pleasantly but the was the end of my good experience. I needed help purchasing some fish and stood in front of the tank about 15 minutes. I watched the same sales associate walk by twice. He saw me standing because he look right at me. Finally I pushed some button for help and he came over. I asked him about a fish and he was very rude. Said my tank wasn’t big enough. He didn’t even offer to show me the larger tank. Had he done that, I would have bought the tank and the fish. It was a birthday gift for my son. I won’t be returning to that location. Keep mind, I live on the island.

We had an awesome time at Petsmart! We took our grand dog that is a pitbull and our two Shih Tzu's. They all had a fantastic time walking around the store, choosing which toys and bones they wanted to have us purchase for them. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. It was a great visit for everyone.

My previous experiences with the store have been very positive—friendly, helpful and clean—so I won’t give it only one star. However, if the grooming center is supposed to be open until 9pm and you “welcome walk-ins” and even list services that don’t require an appointment on your website then your groomers shouldn’t close and leave at 5:50pm. It’s super unprofessional and definitely not costumer-centered business.

Nice location and nice staff. The only knock was that the groomers did not adequately wash our dog the first time. They didn’t want to wash his neck for some reason so they had to do it again. Second time was great though.

I love this location! I have a labradoodle so I’m picky about who grooms my dog because i don’t want her to look like a poodle. Matt is so nice and did and EXCELLENT job this first time i had my puppy groomed. It also makes a difference that he’s so sweet to dogs. I will definitely be taking my pup back to him in the future for grooming!

I went to the grooming center and signed up for the sensitive skin wash with the add on including brushing teeth, nail grinding, breath freshener, etc. . For some reason even though I was ordering directly from their menu they could not get the computer to set the price correctly. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes in the beginning and five or 10 minutes at the end. What was most upsetting is that no one was going to say they were sorry that this was happening to me and they were the ones that should have their act together. I felt a Little bit shameful for not just standing there and letting them charge me whatever they wanted. Ultimately their prices are good and I appreciate what they do but if you can’t figure out your POS system or what you going to charge people, then you need to take a pause and fix it so that your customers don’t feel guilty for asking for what you’re printed prices are.

Today My dog had the worst grooming ever. When I called to make an appointment for my small labradoodle I was given an appointment for Saturday. I went in for the appointment and was told grooming would cost $90 or more. Previously I had paid around $60. The girl told me there was extra for weekends. I should have been told that on the phone. So I rescheduled. Today I took my dog in. I told her to take an inch off body which she did but I told her I wanted the teddy bear face which my dog had it just needed trimming up. Also to trim some of her beard under her chin. When I picked her up her face was cut very short and very shabbily. All of her beard was gone. She looks very strange with the very short cut face and fluffy body. Each time I have taken my dog for grooming there it’s been with a different groomer. Previously I was happy with it. Not today. I will not take my dog there again.
