Groomer did not inform us there would be over a two hour wait for her to be done, kept adding on time until she would be done. The cut was also very bad, they did not do her head or tail. Would give zero stars if I could.

The staff at the Charleston Petco on Savannah Highway always does an excellent job with my dog. They’re very caring and do a wonderful grooming job.

Exceptional grooming. I’ve never taken my dog to a groomer, but he was shedding his long hair and I couldn’t get it to stop/brush out. I paid extra for the brushing service and it’s amazing how much less hair I have everyday on my floors. The two girls truly did a great gob.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I had an appointment to get my dog groomed/bathed on Monday 3/28. As I had my dog in the car to go to work with me in preparation for the appointment, I received a call from Finn that the groomer had called out sick. Finn was so kind and listened to my concerns regarding getting my dog groomed. He suggested we reschedule for Wednesday 3/30 (today) for a bath and de-shed only based on my dog being uncomfortable with new situations. Finn also explained the groomer was new and not experienced with dogs who are uncomfortable with getting groomed.Finn assured me he would be there when I came Wednesday morning.I received a phone call this morning confirming my appointment and when I asked if Finn would be there (because with woman with whom I spoke was rude) I was hung up on. I called back to ask why I was hung up on and the woman hung up on me again!I then called the customer service department and the same woman answered and hung up on me again.I obviously am not taking my dog here and will be calling corporate to report this incident.Full disclosure: I understand finding help is difficult right now, but this woman had no idea what I was experiencing in my personal life. A little grace and kindness goes a long way.

We have been going to Finn for almost a year now with our dog Cedar and we are so happy everytime we go to him. He is very talented and takes super good care of our dog. The biggest thing I love is he always listens when I ask him something specific with our doodle. I like his ears and tail to not be cut and sometimes we like a certain length and he always does an excellent job. We are so thankful we found such a wonderful groomer. Cedar loves him and that makes us happy! Thank you Finn!!!

My dog, Charleston, from NYC, has always been most agreeable but for some reason he was not very agreeable here in South Carolina. I thought our groomer showed remarkable patience with him and also knew when to stop and suggest he come back another day. I felt that the groomer, Finn, was knowledgeable and kind. I really appreciated that.

Sent my dog to have a bath a while back and he loved entering the store. Upon leaving he seemed really afraid but I didn’t think much into it. When I set him up for a grooming appointment, he was terrified the second he saw the store. We got him in and he got his haircut - but when we got home, we look of the bandana they strategically placed on him and noticed they nicked his neck leaving a small open wound. They did not tell us and tried to hide it - if we didn’t remove the bandana, we wouldn’t have seen it and treated it to prevent infections. I can see why my dog is afraid of them and will not return. They mistreated him and we got lucky we found the cut to prevent further issues

We have been going to this Petco for two years now and for the most part we have been satisfied. However, I just stood at the counter for 30 mins while the groomer was busy with another dog. It took that long for a store associate to approach me and the other waiting customer. Yes, there were two of us waiting. The associate explained that there was only one groomer working today and she has been super busy. That it would be another 30-45 mins before my dog could have a 5 mins nail grinding. I'm upset with the service, not the employee. Management should not have only one groomer working, especially on the weekend. Perhaps this is why there is high turn over. Most likely, we will not be back.

Kourtney and the other grooming department staff were so awesome to my dog Cooper! He normally leaves groomers and hides and acts strange with his tail tucked, but not this time. He got an awesome bath and shave and TLC obviously bc he looks great and he’s a happy Labradoodle. You can tell they enjoy dogs and don’t see their job as a burden. They were mindful of how sensitive our dog can be. Will only go there from now on.

Get our dog washed, brushed, nails cut, ears cleaned, and anal glands popped for about $35-$40 total. Great deal for the service, and the technicians are very friendly and caring for our dog.

Chain pet supplies outlet. Clean and well stocked. Staff was polite but not overly enthusiastic about attending to customers. Could have been an off day. Will visit again.
