We took our chihuahua here to get his nails clipped. If you've ever had or even seen a chihuahua then you know they hate everyone. But Ally did AHhhMazing with him. I could see in the window when she clipped his nails how patient and kind to him she was which really calmed him down. He normally comes out shaking scared to death but this time he came out the door just as happy as he could be. I absolutely recommened Ally with handling your fur babies, she treats them like her own. She will be our regular groomer.Thanks Ally!

Being an avid animal lover, I have Boxers, I know all the pet supply stores in and around Charleston. But the best service and prices, definitely go to Petco, on Rivers Ave. Customer service is outstanding. Not only did they tell me where to find what I needed, they walked me over to section that I needed!Very helpful and enjoyable shopping there!!!

We love going to see the pineapple fountain. Getting a picture is hard because of all the tourists. But still a very nice place to visit.

That Brandy women is just terrible, treats customers poorly, and has consistently the worst attitude with the worlds fakest smile. Not to mention everytime I go there fish tanks look in bad condition and the animals, the ones that aren't dead atleast, don't look long for this world. For awhile everything looked like a cluttered mess. It's really a surprise anyone works there, because they might as not be given how little affect it must have on store quality.

It's a great store lots of products. Staff is very friendly and the store is very clean. I would say the stores even extra clean it due to current circumstances. It's safe to enter and shop for your pet.Not to mention they have a really big variety of animals fish lizards small hamster rats Cat Dog products and so forth

This company’s online ordering is a joke. Don’t even waste your time ordering anything even if it’s available and says that because the order will just get cancelled with no reason given. Do better. I’d rather walk on legos than come back in and spend another dollar in here after shopping for almsot 4 years.

Worker dont know what their own policy, dont know info about anything, tells you false information!! I bought AT LEAST 5 bags of food from yall and give my number every single time so “if you buy 4 bags of food get 1 free”… Get here today, new guy is too high to work the computer and goes and get the so called general manager so she can tell me “oh you have no transactions on either accounts for food”. Oh wow, ok. Your employee told me if my dog didnt like the food and I didnt use more than half the bag, I can bring it back. NOW bring his almost full bag of food back and of course you dont have record of me buying the food. So I go and find the receipt just for you to say “oh, you 2 days past the 30 day mark on the BACK of the receipt!! A complete rip off and and terrible customer service

My first time experiencing a pet store and I loved it. Mrs. Peggy was our associate who helped us purchasing our 11 month old girl ball python. She was very sweet and gave the best information that we needed to know about our pet especially due to the fact she in her stage of shedding. Lol. This Petco has probably everything we need but for some reason here lately every time we go to Petco every few months it seems like they kick us out of their system and we have to re-register although we've been Petco members for over 10 years because my dog is 10. But this one's pretty cool to walk around I like looking at the little critters and the birds.

I'm surprised at how much nicer and bigger this store was compared to the Summerville store. They definitely have a better selection of feeders and pets than the Summerville store has. And the customer service was 11/10 today (my first time there)

The store was well maintained and the staff was eager to help. The location, inventory and services provided are great for any local pet owner. They do their best to maintain a variety of supplies for several types of pets. The parking lot has several entrances/ exits which is great for the location and accommodating for busy times of the day. Thank you!

Petco did a wonderful job cutting my dog's fur. Very nice groomers. Well trained. They took great care of my dog. I schedule an appointment every two months. My dog enjoys it.

I bought both of these products at Petco and was astounded when I went to Walmart to a few non animal products. I could not believe the price difference. At Petco, For the Capstar flea pills I paid $51 Walmart had the exact same product for $21. At Petco, I paid $19 for the Natural Care flea spray, while Walmart had it for just over $5. I will definitely do more research before I step into Petgo again

The groomers were professional. The windows make it easy for you to watch them groom your pet. It was clean. None of the dogs that I viewed appeared to be in distress. Jessica took excellent care of my pet. She was even given a to go treat bag of goodies.

Allie was amazing with Buddy (Staffordshire Terrier). He was smiling ear to ear when we picked him up. The bath was to help prevent shedding and it worked beautifully. Great experience!

Purchased a dress for my cat that had a harness and leash . My cat loves walking outside on a leash . So now she can do it with fashion lol . The younger cat , my daughter's cat ...i know they look alike but my cat is 17 uears old and my daughter's cat is 3 years old . This was her first time trying to walk on a leash . But after a few trys...she is a pro now ! Thanks Petco for carrying this product .

The women working for Petco and the Clinic we're AMAZING!! This was such a great experience for my pit Sammy that they are the only pet store for us. She will be going there for play time play dates now , how great is that that they have times scheduled for dogs to play together! They get 5 outta 5 for our rating!!!

I love taking my dog here- every staff member at this store has always been kind, helpful and pleasant. Morgan in the grooming department is exceptional! My dog gets super stressed when it comes to grooming - after Morgan is done with him, he’s as calm as can be. Truly wonderful! I really appreciate the consistency I experience here. THANK YOU !
