Manager wouldn’t return money to my credit card despite having the same card and rewards number (no receipt), so gift card only. I was told “I’d have to look it up in the computer, it’s tedious”After talking to other customers, I learned it’s routine to return with same credit card or rewards account.

This location is the best. They are attentive and professional and always aim to please. We ordered a grill from them which was delivered quickly. There was a slight defect and they immediately rectified the situation and went above and beyond on multiple aspects of the transaction. Everyone from the GM to the delivery guys and everyone in between are always so great. We will continue to give them our business 💯!

If you’re going on a fishing expedition, this spot has everything you need. Likewise, if you’re a green egg enthusiast, this spot has everything you need. If you need flower pots or seed starting equipment, they don’t have it.

Love having another ace hardware on JI. Don’t get me wrong - I love All Seasons too - place looks like an IED was detonated inside - but the old codgers will get you what you need.Our new ace is a totally different animal. Store is spotless - immaculate. Every bit of shelf space is stocked, blocked and meticulously maintained. Even the loose hardware. It’s pretty glorious - it’s a church of a hw store while all seasons is more of a dive bar.I love ‘em both - they will continue to get my business. Just like when my daughters ask - I won’t pick a favorite.But welcome to JI Lowcountry Ace. Glad to have ya.(And many thanks for finding my Apple Watch and stashing it in your lost+found for 8 weeks - above and beyond!!!!!!)

It is nice they opened up a store here, just wish they would be open. Second time I have shown up and they are closed during posted open hours. Welp, guess I gotta drive to Lowes which I wear hoping to avoid.
