Overall fantastic experience! We are bringing a new Aussie into our household in January, so we stopped by Hollywood Feed to ask some questions about food and other products we would need. The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful, and made us feel like friends and family. We can't wait to bring Forrest home so that we can introduce him to everyone. Terrible customer service. We have experienced this every time we have done business with the W. Ashley location. Arielle is rude and condescending and always has some excuse as to why the order is mixed up or how come the order you placed in the morning is not delivered while you wait at your business that has been closed for hours.Mount Pleasant has much better management, but, of course, they do run out of products occasionally. If you have to choose between the two, definitely choose Mount Pleasant.

Emily and Ariel were absolutely amazing!! If you look at the attached photo, the blue bags at the very bottom of this stack was the dog food I was looking for. They not only found it but unloaded this whole stack with such a wonderful attitude! TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I'm fairly new to Charleston and so happy I found this place. I have a tiny Chihuahua, Cherry Bomb, and we frequent the store regularly for her food. During the winter we went in for a raincoat and I bought her the cutest hoodie (see below). The staff know her by name and always give her lots of love when we stop by. Such a welcoming group of people, it is always a joy to shop here. They have a great selection of dog beds, treats and food. I will not shop anywhere else for pet supplies.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It is the only place I get my Roxy's food and I travel an hour to get it. They also are our source for food for my departments K-9s.

We recently adopted a pup from Palmetto Paws! We met and got all the supplies we needed at the Mt Pleasant store with great prices! We went to the WA location yesterday for more food and had the best experience. I had my young child with me and the store associate helped me get 2 large bags of dog food. She even helped me to my car without me asking. EXCELLENT SERVICE! We will be back soon. Thank you!

Everyone should at least go there one time I promise you will be hooked!!From the staff that gives full customer service to the amazing prices and selection; on some of the best dog and cat foods available... The ladies make you feel like you stopped by your best friends house and they love Oakley my 7mth old Service Dog in training.Their knowledge about the right foods for the right dog is right on. Oakley had a horrible tummy when she was a baby after seeing my vet it was definitely food related once she changed after 4 food brands the ladies recommended a special brand and protein and using adult to help lower the protein and moisture she made a complete turn around in just a bit over a week yea!!! I will NEVER get my animals food from anywhere else!Oh I almost forgot: they even delivered my food and helped recommend a diet for our cat they really do help you in every way. They go the full distance to help in any way they can. Thanks to everyone. ❤ 🐕‍ ❤

This was my first time shopping at Hollywood Feed and was a great experience!!! The first thing I did was call to make sure they had the product I need it and to check the prices. The employee was friendly and gave me the specific details and prices . Then I arrive to the store and I was welcome! I told her I just spoke to her on phone and I was there to check and possibly purchase the item (reusable female diaper) I told he i didn't know what size I need it so I ask her is it was okay to purchase one size and if it didn't work if I could exchange for bigger or smaller size and she told me I was welcome to bring my pet inside to measure her. So i did.she measure my dog to make sure I got the right size. I also purchase a short leash. She was so helpful and friendly. I would for sure come back and shop again!!

I go to the store often, and receive wonderful customer service. I also have food delivered to my office on days that I know I will be working late, and don't want to show up at home empty handed. lol I cannot tell you how much of a lifesaver this is. They are prompt, courteous, and seem to go above and beyond for their clients. There prices are also comparable to chewy, and I can receive it the same day. Thank y'all for being our go to for all of my fur baby's needs.

Such an amazing pet store. Needed to buy something warm for our pup while visiting from South Florida and found the perfect sweater there. Our pup loves it so much and it's helping him stay warm in the freezing winter temps. Not to mention, it looks super high-end and posh.The staff was very helpful and patient while we tried a few things on to get the right size. They even checked sizing for us at other stores in the area when we couldn't find one there. Pricing was very fair and the selection was amazing. We are excited to come back and shop again, including other locations.

Yesterday was my first time in the store and it was great. Arielle was very friendly and Emily is a knowledge machine. You can tell they both love what they do and it’s about more than a check. They have a wide array of products and are priced much better than the pet stores. They also price match with Amazon!!! They will be my new pet supply store.

We are on vacation here in Charleston. My pug has been feeling a little sad. No toys have been making her happy. I went in today and the staff helped me pick out different items. She's over the moon! I will be going back! They truly were super friendly and so helpful. Usually stores just push product. But they helped me get exactly what I needed and my dog wanted!

Wow - from delivery to in person, they are just exceptional from every aspect. They’re so helpful, they deliver with kind notes, their products are excellent. Don’t go here if you want something like small critter items or feeder animals, this isn’t the right spot. But for dogs and cats - they are next level excellent.
