Always clean and friendly service! The pick up option is a lifesaver and I’m so thankful that they offer it. Kudos to all the personal shoppers that help make ordering and pick up a breeze, you all deserve a raise! Everyone is so kind. Whether in store or online ordering. Also, the Starbucks in the store is wonderful…there are two younger baristas in particular that are just great, they make my day any time I go there with their wonderful personalities and customer service skills, and they KNOW how to make quality drinks! Thank you to this store for an all around great place to shop!

I have just started shopping at this store. I have bought 4 bags of salad and 2 containers of greens from the produce case with glass doors. 5 out of 6 of these unopened items have rotted well before the expiration dates. The 4 salads were by Taylor Farms. I have eaten my weight in Taylor Farms salads and have never had a problem with them when purchased from other stores. Also a container of organic Arugula that I bought yesterday on 12/5 was already rotting and stinky when I opened it today on 12/6. The exp date on the Arugula is 12/14, so it is rotting more than a week before the exp date. Clearly there is a problem with the produce case. I will ask the store to correct this problem. Obviously I will be buying my salads and greens elsewhere.

Great selection. Clean, organized store. Friendly staff.The produce is well maintained and there are a number of pre-made meal options as well. Nice having a Starbucks on site as well.There is a cashier, Jack, who is very friendly, and deserves recognition for his great customer service skills..

These guys cannot get their deli or sandwich order right. you can order it ahead of time go to the store only to be rid they have no bread. How does a grocery store have no bread

4/16- Store getting better. Always packed on Sundays. Blackberries are sooooo good!!!Pet Food was full unlike Walmart across the street that was empty.Only 3 stars as the produce was horrible. Avocados were 2/$5 and they were all mush. BokChoy was limp. Just not impressed at all with produce here.

It would be great if someone maintained the opening hours data that is available online. When the store is closed, it must not show as open online. Customers appreciate accurate information.

good place to shop, however, I have tried to get a pizza and the hours for the pizza kiosk says 11am-8pm. it is not, I have gone twice this week around 6-7pm and they were already closed. please update the sign to reflect the new hours.

I used to really like going here but the more I looked around the sadder it made me. The produce is starting to look worse and worse, the staff seems to be poorly treated, I'm slowly starting to not want to shop here anymore. The last time I went to shop, there was moldy berries on display and no one seemed to care. I also saw some employees quarreling, one seemed to be saying she was trying to get her work done, and the other person said loud enough for me to hear "I don't care." I regret not seeing her full name tag, it just made me sad to see the workers getting mistreated, no one seemed happy to be there. Not sure if I can continue to shop somewhere so unhappy and careless.

We really enjoy having this Harris Teeter at the entrance to our neighborhood. It's clean. The staff is friendly. The prices are fair. And the produce is fresh.

Vinny (HT on West Ashley Circle) makes the best thin crust pizza. If you like thin crust, ask him to make you one. They're so delicious and addictive.

I was going to Walmart, across the street but Harris Teeters always has what I need so I just gave in and came to H.T. Completely. The choices are good and the produce is always fresh. The costs are a bit more but it’s worth it to get what I need in one place.

Great grocery store! I shop Harris Teeters often, and this is one of the best and well operated out of all of them.It is also a huge bonus having a Harris Teeter gas station on site.

I came back to Harris teeter to try to reclaim a buy one get one free blueberry pint and when I went to customer service she told me I didn't use my vic card and I couldn't reclaim the buy one free. After that, she laughed like it was comical. I know it was a mistake but trust me the correct choice is I can go shop somewhere else. Customer service is lacks.

Love HT but this location sucks. Self check out line is so long it goes through the entire wine department. Seems no matter what time I go, the lines are always outrageously long.

The store ambiance is wonderful. The associates are always inviting and helpful. They don't carry alot of normal items you find in other stores. But I always make a point to head straight to the meat department. They are the Best in town. Without question. The bakery is also amazing. I can always find something fresh no haven't tried before. My favorite grocer in the area.

It's a big store and very well managed. Very clean too. It's heavy on things like chips soda and also has some unusual items you may not find everywhere like French or Turkish tarter sauce. It's a good place for specialty veggies.

Yvette in the pharmacy went over and above to help my family. She had a pleasant attitude and provided excellent customer service to quickly enter us into her system and fill an emergency prescription, even staying past the end of her shift to make sure the medicine was in our hands before she left. Well done. We are grateful.

Great Harris Teeter! Relatively new and clean. Biggest issue is only one doorway in and out that gets backed up sometimes. Otherwise, staff are all friendly, it's generally well stocked and they carry local produce.

I can not believe the selection/choice they offer here. It's AMAZING - they seem to have 49 choices of everything and then 2500 choices of stuff you didn't know existed or that you needed / wanted !The Deli and Seafood selection and quality is like they have boats docked out back...The open food / salad bar / hot food bar is the most impressive I've seen anywhere - plz send me links to any better in town IF you can find it!

I'm always impressed by the employees at HT. So professional at every level. Store is very clean. My only complaint is the produce department had so many employees trying to restock that shoppers couldn't get through at all. Nice that they are putting put fresh produce but if you can't get to it. I love the $3.99 sub deal, awesome

My hands decided not to work today, so I dropped my starbucks drink right smack dap in the middle of the entrance. Management was extremely quick to help me, and even let me have a new drink.While I was super embarrassed, lol, they did a super job.

I've been going to this store since it opened and it's great, best international aisle among the big groceries here.But now that Publix is here, I've got to say they're losing the "weird soda drinker" demographic. I'm often picking up dinner at the store and the drinks in the fridge are bog standard. There used to be more variety in the past. Why are there 10 rows of regular Mountain Dew? Where did the interesting non-diet Arizona Teas go? Even Baja Blast is in regular stores now, y'all gotta step it up!

The store is amazing, beautiful and clean. Has such a great, healthy variety of food. Even starting to see more organic foods available! However the pharmacy could do better. Wait times are exceptionally long and they seem to be very understaffed, which is unfortunate.Other than that, so happy Harris Teeter is now in West Ashley!
