I placed an order online while browsing their website. It took days for them to even respond to me. I actually emailed Crew LaLa at least two times. I got a very nasty email from this lady named Aly Lossing. She claimed that I was a fraud. In an attempt to secure her ridiculous suspicion because I was a first time buyer on their website. She wanted my drivers license and my credit card sent to her.First of all, If this is part of their process is completely out of line. There’s nowhere on their website that states that if you’re a first time buyer that you need to send Drivers license to confirm your identity. It’s a sure way to lose business.Furthermore, Aly Lossing didn’t even bother to send me an email to confirm that she was actually refunded me the $184. A small dog Business, that doesn’t know how to handle customers. Ridiculous!Aly Lossing is unprofessional, rude and Inconsistent on her demands.I would expect a A better professional way to handle customers versus suspecting people are fraudulent when they are not.Great way to lose customers as well. Beware and highly did not recommend!!

Crew LaLa has incredible bow tie collars! I think we have one in every color! Their collars and bows are so well-made and they have an amazing selection of colors and prints to choose from. Crew LaLa also has wonderful customer service. I highly recommend them!

I have owned several Crewlala collars for my dog and could not be happier with their quality and look. My dog is pretty active so I love that her current collar and lead has stood up to dirt, saltwater, grass and still is as good as the day I bought them!

I love Crewlala! We have purchased several collars for our pup. They are very cute and very durable! Our Golden was in our wedding and the bow tie was a great addition. One of the best parts is that you can detach the bow tie if you only want to use the collar. They also have great customer service if you need help with sizing, customizing, etc

Great shop. You can buy there or custom order collars and leashes. I have 2 greyhounds and they custom made 2 martingale collars. I also wanted a skinny leash to match my 8 week old puppies collar, and they custom made that too. I had an issue with one latch and they immediately fixed it as I waited. Great great staff and store

I just ordered my second leash and collar from them! Very well made and durable. Both the collar and leash have been washed multiple times and held up perfectly! The accessories ring on the leash has held up great with a big plastic doggy bag bone attached at all times- other brands ring breaks off after a month or two but crew la la’s has held up great! We get compliments on it all the time! Will definitely continue to shop here!

We are obsessed with the bow tie collars from Crew LaLa! Our baby boy has one for every month and couple extra “occasion” ones. They make him look so dapper! We also have recently started getting matching bandanas for our pretty lady so they have a whole matching set (bow tie, leash, and bandana). The cuteness is almost too much...almost 😁

This is a hidden gem! The day I overheard someone talking about it, I went and I was so impressed! It’s a tiny space, but it is well organized and there is someone there to greet you as soon as you walk in. The collars are exquisite! They are well made and the attention to detail is wonderful! My girl gets compliments when she wears these collars and bows. Well worth the price.

I disagree with the other reviews. This place is very girly and there are MUCH better choices for pet supplies in Charleston. The collars and bow ties appear to me like a grandma picked them out. I am sorry, but no.
