Employees are super friendly and helpful, however last visit I bought a new cartridge that turned out to be defective. Came back next day to see about exchanging, never saw a sign about a policy, and was informed that once someone leaves after a purchase they are unable to do anything. The employee said, “that’s why we highly encourage people to try it out before you leave” but that was the first time I had heard that. Policy does not coincide with the friendly nature.

This place is a hidden gem. The SoBar has a great selection of super yummy inventive drinks, including mock or you can add cAVA or delta 8 etc. -mixology at its best. The place has a welcoming & chill vibe. The Manager, Hendrix and his team are super knowledgeable and they carry an impressive variety of products. I also heard they may start doing trivia night soon. I’m def a fan.

Selection slim so I've been a past patron here over the past couple of years just as it's a convince not a choice well didn't want to make the drive on my day off to my go to shop had my kids and was close to home already so stopped in to purchase 2 vapes, remember been here before not once was told about the return policy nor have I seen any signs well got a defective item tried to return it and was pointed out the 1 inch by six small print and was told the best offer they were able to make was a 5% discount on my next purchase....bye no thanks no longer a return customer

Loyal customer but not any more. Bought a disposable vape and discovered it was defective when I got home. Took it back and was told once I walk out the door then it is not returnable. Smoke and Folly replaces defective merchandise. NOT good customer service and will tell all my friends not to buy here and stay with Smoke and Folly.

New favorite shop! Stopped in today for a disposable and some Delta 8, and they had one of the best selections I’ve ever seen! The young man working was very knowledgeable, and helped me find an awesome D8 cartridge! Not to mention the prices are also very affordable compared to other shops in the area! Definitely stop in and check it out next time you’re looking for some nicotine or delta 8 products!

Love this place!! The staff is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. The selection and quality here is unmatched.Great variety of kratom as well as fresh brewed teas served in a very comfortable, welcoming environment.The murals and artwork on the walls are super cool…come check it out.I won’t ever take my business anywhere else.

Terpene tested products aren’t available here yet. I haven’t used the product yet but the help was valuable and I got exactly what I went in for, coming from a medical state system, I’m so picky about quality and knowledge. If I left satisfied, that’s not only a W for me but also an indication of high standards that are met especially as someone with a medical condition and years of personal research, head on down.

I can't say enough good things about Avalon Vapor! The whole staff is super knowledge and friendly too. The manager Hannah creates a great atmosphere to shop, and always makes sure I leave happy. The other employee Layla is super nice when I have questions about my device. I highly recommend checking Avalon out, it's a special kind of place!

Very unprofessional young man behind counter. Devon I think his name was, the man next to him seem to be a boss or owner... I am appalled at how you condoned your employees unprofessionalism. I will never shop here and will tell every one of my neighbors on james island the same. Your employee should never talk to anyone in your store the way he did, especially in front of your customers. The poor guy he was being rude to simply had car problems and didn't get your employee his food delivery "fast enough". At least the guy didn't cancel your order and leave you without your meal. Should be grateful he put your order over his own personal hardship. You folks have a merry christmas.Updating my comment in order to respond to "the owner".Sadly I didn't even tell you the date I was in your store so I doubt you actually reviewed anything. However you are dead wrong about me being the UBER driver. I really was just another customer over hearing your employee and was appalled at his behavior. Believe it or not. Sad example of a professional atmosphere, but about as much as I would expect though from a barely legal adult selling paraphernalia and "legal" marijuana products. Perhaps you should hire employees who do not discuss their personal issues on the clock, at your register, in front of other customers. If he had not addressed his personal discrepancies in front of your customers I'd have never written this review.

Very friendly staff! PRICES aren't too bad. Only issue is wish they stocked up more often, they tend to run out of the fruity selection of ecig juices fast. And wish they had a bigger game area and more promotions going on. but I def recommend them verse ecig of Charleston which is overpriced and always out of folly breeze and i def love this place verse a few other ecig places. The owner/manager Brad is awesome and is always very helpful. My friend went from being a cigarette smoker to a ecig user. THEY ALSO HAS A SHOP IN GOOSE CREEK and Mt.P..and shoutout to Brandy who works in GC. She's always friendly and helpful and she always goes out of her way for everyone!

Their kratom, CBD, and salt nic products are excellent. They have the best selection I've seen. I will continue to be loyal to Avalon, as I am a frequent customer!Yesterday, a different employee was working and was very unprofessional. He advised me not to get any kratom because the shop was dirty. I am here multiple times a week and the kratom and customer service is always excellent. Will be back for kratom!

I purchased a vaporizer from this store and came back the next day because it did not work out of the box. They would not exchange, return, or refund. I was told I could have roughly a 10% discount on my next purchase. Unless you are interested in possibly spending $40 on a faulty product, I do not recommend taking your business here.
