This place continuously have made me wonder how they treat the animals when the owners leave. Every time I go to get my dog he is more than anxious to leave, and is locked up in a crate. When I retrieved my dog today they told me they couldn't cut his nails and that he can't come back?!? My dog has never been aggressive or bitten anyone but they are banning him? On top of that my dog still smells as if he didn't even get a bath. If the people did their job correctly they wouldn't have to use excessive force and could clean dogs properly . The groomers by foodlion off peak exit are much more cost efficient, and always returns my dog smelling good and with a smile.

Cool selection of treats and the lady up front was nice. The groomer that trimmed our dogs nails did a rough job and did her best to ignore everything we had to say. She also somehow managed to make the most cooperative and people friendly dog in the world incredibly nervous and skittish. Will come back for the treats, will definitely just continue trimming my boys nails at home

Bandit had his first grooming experience today at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Chapin! Thank you to the very sweet staff for taking wonderful care of our boy! Bandit enjoyed sniffing and taste-testing all of the goodies, and he picked out a Christmas collar from the rack and brought it to me. (Oh, and his Uncles Bear and Jackson were there, too! Took my two older babies to get nail trims and everyone was super friendly. Both dogs got the cutest bandannas and the staff even allowed us to choose a treat for our dogs while we wait. Amazing experiences every time.

I’ve taken all 3 of my dogs in for a nail trim. My little guy is used to having his nails trimmed, but my bigger dogs have never been to a groomer. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything went. Didn’t have to wait long and everyone was very nice and professional. A special thanks to Laura ❤️ Will definitely go back.

Wow! What a place! A dog’s dream for sure. Invited us in to let our dog roam and see what he liked. Come out from behind the counter and played with him, got him interested in treats and recommended products for him. Super nice people and an amazing establishment. We visited on our way down to the beach and we will for sure come back and visit on our way home. Love. This. Place.

I went to get a birthday pupcake for my husky, who turned one. The lady in the store at the time was super helpful and sweet. She loved on Vada, and I got her a pupcake she ate right up!

First time in the store for Midna's first birthday 🎂. A birthday hat and yogurt cake were just a few of the items for her birthday. Such a wonderful experience with some of the nicest people. Definitely recommend going by and taking a look around.

I'm very happy with the grooming at Woof Gang. Montana is great with my dog and everyone is so nice! They have a good selection of natural dog treats, which my dog loves. The bakery items look beautiful; my dog typically doesn't care for them, so I don't buy them, but they look great.

We are from the Philadelphia area and were visiting for two weeks, with our show dog. While here, we had him entered in shows for 3 days in Greenville. I called and made an appointment for him to have a bath, brush/blow out, and nail trim before going into the ring. They were wonderful with him and did an excellent job! He looked perfect and he clearly loved his groomer. And he was given a special treat when I picked him up. They have everything you want and need.

First impressions were great... Called early this week and set an appointment but didn't think their nails could wait two more weeks, the young lady that I spoke to told me to just bring them by and we will cut them before the appointment. We went by there today and I was very thankful and happy to see the groomer take her time with my Momma's girl. She finally got her I'm her arms and went to cut her nails. She took her time and did a great job. The young guy that came out and got my other furbaby was equally pleasant and took care of business. We are very protective over our dogs and finding a groomer is not easy because I will not entrust them to anyone but our last groomer is an hour away now. Thank you so much and I look forward to a long relationship of you caring for my furbabies.

I took my fur baby in for a bath and from the moment I stepped in the door, it was warm and welcoming. They made me feel that my dog was in good hands. He came out with a Halloween scarf and smelling fresh. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Absolutely Love Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming! I took my 3 dogs, A Goldendoodle, Labradoodle, English Cream Golden to them to groom. My boys look so spiffy! Ginger Cline and her staff did an excellent job with them. My 13 year old golden, Bear is usually scared but when I picked him up he was soooo relaxed and so happy he was bouncing around like a pup! The caring that they gave to them showed especially with Bear. I am so happy that I brought them to ya'll and with out a doubt continue to come back to you. This place has the worst customer service we have experienced ever please save your time and money and take your pets somewhere else we have tried to schedule our two dogs for grooming with Ginger the so called owner and each time we arrive with our dogs we are turned around bc they messed up the scheduling…. Very unorganized…. All that being said we have been rescheduled three times all for different reasons on there part we continue to call and this last time ginger scheduled us for Aug.13 I just called and Cory the groomer said we are not on the schedule this is insane we have been jerked around by this company for over 2.5 months and our dogs have been without grooming for that long ginger is a incompetent owner and should be shut down bc of her incompetence my dogs had to suffer without proper grooming. Ginger needs a lesson on business management. Very disappointed that we have a horrible business like this don’t take your pets here

I was pleasantly surprised when groomer Cory listened to what I wanted. Our sweet lil mutt has a little feathering and he's asked me to leave it , but EVERY other butcher had created a dachshund. Pupply (not his real name) would hide under the couch for days with embarrassment. AND we've switched from Blue $ Buffalo to Fromm and he likes it it ! Keep up the good work, W G B !
