It's a Publix in a small town. There are no realities where someone regrets being here. I like getting the sushi or the Cobb salad for lunch. They have other food as well but that's just for show. You want the Cobb salad or the sushi.

The staff and merchandise at the store in Chapin are beyond professional and of excellent quality. Management and floor staff are always willing to assist. Praise God because His Word states that whatever you do do as if unto the Lord. Peace.

I absolutely love Publix. Always neat and clean.Wonderful atmosphere with such pleasant employees. We all know how important this is. I don’t know anyone who just LOVES going grocery shopping. That’s why I think it’s so important for a Great atmosphere. Plus that almost always have everything I need. And I never in line for long🤩We just recently moved to a new state, we didn’t have Publix in the state we moved from and I refused to go grocery shopping “in person” always did online shopping with pickup. Now, I don’t mind going!

I ordered two cakes for my children’s birthdays this week. One cars and one Spider-Man. Both chocolate with sprinkles inside. Both came back vanilla and one was half empty and the other didn’t have a sprinkle core. Disappointing to get the wrong cake twice.

Great selections! Great BOGO. The friendliest employees. They will always help you find something. If you request something they try and get it in stock or keep it in stock. Their app is helpful in informing you of sales and specials. My favorite grocery store

The best customer service of any grocery store I’ve ever shopped at. The pharmacy staff is amazing. Very quick and courteous. Also willing to look for the best price on medications.The grocery prices are higher than average. However, the overall experience is a step above the rest.

Typical Publix, friendly, well stocked, where shopping is a pleasure. Don't order anything from the deli unless you've got plenty of time on your hands. They are friendly, but they are incredibly slow.

Many heartfelt thank-you's to Ms. Suzette at Customer Service. I tried to purchase gift cards at another retailer but became stymied by an odd purchase rule of "cash-only."I called Publix and they let me know before my arrival what payment methods were accepted for gift card purchases. I bought several gift cards for family members and Ms. Suzette helped facilitate the large transaction. My debit card was accepted with no issues and I was on my merry way.

This is by far the worst Publix I’ve shopped ever. And we’ve been a Publix family for over 17 years. This Publix for some reason is much higher than the others and the deli SUCKS!! They stop cooking chicken whenever they feel like it and don’t get me started on the soups that for some reason they just can’t keep up. $31 for a rack of ribs is insane. $3 for 10oz dairy free yogurt is crazy I can go in and on. This Publix is not the same.

Publix in Chapin is super friendly, the staff is always happy to help and seems to go out if their way to assist customers. They even have mini shopping carts for the kiddos... great atmosphere!

Tasha did a fantastic job with my son’s birthday cake. He absolutely loved it, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff at the trampoline park kept complimenting it even. Thank you for always doing such a great job there in the bakery. (Bonus: The spaceship is a real toy.)

I do not recommend ordering a wedding cake from Publix in Chapin. I am a wedding planner and not one to leave a bad review but the cake looks nothing like the inspiration picture provided to the bakery team and is quite a disappointment. Very specific yet simple instructions were provided printed on a piece of paper, including the size and decor style, and this was not difficult cake to make.

The store looks amazing. Well stocked, clean, all the associates were in dress code and a happy atmosphere.You need to work on getting customers. I shopped there 4 times and only got greeted when checking out.

I saw an employee take a box of donuts from the shelf and take out each individual donut to be placed in the bakery display case. He was telling other employees that “people are more likely to buy singles than a whole box” which is true but freshly baked not shelved donuts…If I’m buying a single donut from the bakery, I’d really hope it wasn’t from a box that was on a shelf where other people can touch it and manhandle it.Other than that, the experience was a good one.
