This store is run by a bunch of rude, inconsiderate, incompetent people. They couldn't even get a simple doordash order of 4 bigmacs and 3 10 piece nugget orders correct. They sent the order with doordash missing all three nugget orders. When I called them, they refused to fix the problem and told me to contact doordash, then proceeded to hang up on me.Classy people, very classy.A bunch of trained monkeys could do a better job.

I have tried and tried to like the McDoanlds in Chapin. I’m tired of giving it chance after chance. One day I will say.. it’s the weekend.. probably a different crew.. let’s try it. Nope. Then another time, it’s lunch time on a Monday.. surely they’re turning out fresh burgers and hot fries.. nope.. so many errors it’s hard to keep track. Most recently; soggy, unsalted, undercooked fries. Ordered a six piece nugget with honey. Received honey mustard. Despite clearly stating, honey, sweet one not the mustard one. I’ll take the blame for not looking in the bag and checking I suppose. The time beforeLast I tried to DoorDash a few burgers and nuggets and the order was cancelled by the store. I ordered again a few minutes later but this time ordered a different burger and nuggets and it was okay.. but then it never got delivered. I watched the driver go to store pickup the food and then drive back to a Columbia. No idea why.. just another restaurant in Chapin that is on the do not visit list along with Hardee’s and Bojangles due to poor service. Hopefully they will soon go out of business.

If it's not out of milkshakes it's frappe, always mocha too. Most of the time they get my food correct but without the drink I want.... Hate stopping 2 places so just end up going somewhere else

The men’s toilet did not flush and was full of waste. Moreover, my boyfriend only noticed the state of the toilet after turning on his phone flashlight because the restroom light also did not work.Clientele was rough, and coffee did not taste good. Only stopped here to use the restroom (a failed mission for my boyfriend) and get a coffee on our drive from Hilton Head to Michigan.

Came by to get 25 Sausage biscuits and they acted like I called in a 5 star ⭐️ catering order rude rude rude too - and NO ONE was even here store not busy - this is what pays thier paychecks and they act like I asking for a FAVOR !! Next time to will go to IRMO way nicer -faster and ever a better price

AVOID THIS MCDONALD’S AT ALL COSTS! They have stolen my card information and my wife’s the last two times we went. They all do the same thing “my machine is acting up, I’ll have to run your card up front” and they either take a picture with their phone or write down the information.I brought it up to the General Manager who seemed concerned, but it looks like nothing got done. Unless you want your card used for $100’s of dollars in Door Dash - DO NOT GO HERE!

Service was ok, up until I asked for a boy toy for my son for his happy meal. My daughter got her girl toy, and when I tried returning the other toy they told me that they didn’t have any other boy toy. Mind you my sister and her husband were before us and returned there girl toy for a boy toy. The lady who handed me the food was very rude when I asked for the swap of the toy. She threw the girl toy on the counter and asked for a boy toy. Which then the manager comes and tells me they ran out. Was it my luck that my sister before me got that last boy toy, or they just didn’t bother actually looking. Cause through the drive thru window I didn’t see them bothering to look.

We stopped by to use the restroom. I got a McDouble and a 6 piece McNugget happy meal by ordering in the app and picking up inside the store. The food was ready after a few minutes, and the food was really good. The nuggets were fresh and juicy, and the McDouble was as expected. The inside was a little busy but they were completing the orders pretty quickly, which was awesome. This was a nice experience!

Worst food ever. Paid for extra sauce, but there was barley ANY on it, received no lettuce and both patties are burnt. Threw that & my kids food in the trash. Waste of money at the worst Mc Donald's in SC.

We live close to the Chapin SC McDonald's so we have visited many times over the last few years. Because our grandchildren like the playground, we have tolerated the rude employees, incorrect orders, and disgusting and unclean appearance of the restaurant. Yesterday was the final straw. When our 8 year old grandson returned from the restroom, he commented about how dirty the bathroom was. I checked the bathroom myself. The floor was riddled with used paper towels, water (I hoped) was on the floor, one toliet was covered in a plastic garbage bag, and the sink area was filthy. The paper "out of order" sign for the broken toliet was on the floor. I told a young male at one of the registers about the problem. A few minutes later, I asked him if he reported the problem to his manager and he said that he did. He was talking to two employees wearing what appeared to be management apparel. Twenty minutes later when we finished our meal and the grandchildren had played enough, the restroom was actually in worse condition. Based on my family's experience AND the multitude of bad reviews on the Internet, we will not go back to that McDonald's.

Went through drive through. Not only was I rushed to order my food before I had the chance to press my brakes at the speaker I was also told they couldn’t make one of my combos large because it was already a medium!! Got my food and was told I couldn’t check my food before leaving!! My order was completely wrong so I brought that to their attention and they agree to take my burgers back and remake them and this is what I get!!! DONT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT EVER AGAIN!!! Nothing but rude and lazy employees and management!! How hard is it to get 2 number 7s (2 cheeseburger combo) with one combo all the way and another with no onions large with one sweet tea and a Dr Pepper?? Apparently it’s rocket science but what do I know!!

Passing through back home from a beach trip. Long line and only 1 person working the register while other employees were not doing anything. I asked for a 6 piece McNugget Happy Meal, which is on the menu behind the lady, and was told they don't offer it. Why, who knows, seems like they would charge you for a 4 piece and give you extra pieces since that is what they advertise and every other McDonald's offer a 6 piece. Additionally a lady came in with a service dog and was asked to leave in a rude manner and was threatened to have the police called on her. To be fair, the "service dog" did not have a jacket and there was no clear designation that it was a service dog but the manner of which it was approached was unprofessional and not suitable. All empty tables were not cleaned, no exaggeration, and trash cans we're over filled with trash.

Ordered breakfast for myself and my son for our trip. Paid, get to food window and the younger gentleman just pushes a bag out the window and says 2x. I pause because there should be another item. I check and it is missing. I tell him the item is missing. He tries to tell me that I must have been rung up wrong and didn't pay for it because it "wasn't on his screen" . I show my receipt. Instead of apologizing he just yells the managers name. Explains his side. She brings the order back up, and I hear an "oh". She doesn't say anything to me either. He gets the other item then just holds a bag out the window without saying anything. I get mistakes happen. But the tone and speech used in those situations matter. Would not recommend this place just based on that, by that person's logic, the customer is always wrong. I showed a receipt I didn't tell didn't say anything rude. I just said "I most certainly did pay for X".

Very disappointing McDonalds. I was the only one in the restaurant waiting to order. One staff member just kept yelling and complaining from the fry area as I don't think she knew I was there. The drive thru person just kept looking at me. Another staff member (on break I think) walked past me, went behind counter, grabbed food, and left again. I was shocked that neither of them told her to be quiet. I stood there for quite a while. I should have just ordered on the app but there was no one else there. She finally took my order and looked a little embarrassed. Food was done quickly after ordering. I asked for extra pickles and only got ONE extra. LOL. Not my typical experience at McDonalds. We were on a 14 hours car trip so I really had no choice but to wait for her to come over. Otherwise, I would have walked out before ordering.

I walked in having chosen table service. Had to clean half of a spilled drink out of the booth along with the trash on the table. I didn't get table service and had to get the food myself. I didn't get my drink, and no one bothered to look at me while I was waiting at the counter to fix the issue. They messed up both of the burgers that we ordered. No ice cream machine. Play Place was closed. Trash cans overflowing. The whole reason I brought my kids here was for the play place and shakes. I don't usually leave negative reviews unless it is warranted. The amalgamation of all these issues deserves one. Never again. There was a nice employee standing outside who opened the door for my kids and I. So there's that.

Service was horrible from the moment I walked in. No one in line yet had to wait all the while hearing and seeing the workers pass a phone around. Finally got to order and I guess customer service was not taught in training. Ordered breakfast burritos that were harder then most wood used to build a house. I questioned the manager about the use by day and time and was met with a stellar ghetto attitude. Don't waste your time and money unless you like horrible food and frustration.

Returning from a trip, I needed something to tide me over. I ordered one cheeseburger with no onions or mustard because we all know McDonald's onions just fall in the cracks of your vehicle......anyways it took 7 mins to get the cheeseburger only to unwrap a cheeseburger that was cold, and the bun was more than less dry. This has been the worst McD's experience by far. Sorry guys. The truth hurts.
