Jennifer is great! In past she has groomed my husbands dog Dudley & my dog Gracie both of whom are gone! 😥 now we bring our new family member Penny. J does great work & truly loves her charges!!

I have been taking my Layla to see Jenny for about a year now. Layla adores her. We just recently moved and Jenny was nice enough to help me locate another groomer near me, but we will probably travel two hours per trip to go to Jenny. The team is great with dogs!

Love this place ! They always get my pups in. I love being able to take my 4 pups to get their nails trimmed at once. They always make time for us and do a great job at a great price. Good kind people. They only take cash or check for reference.

Great with our new puppy. I hardly think a bad haircut ( boy dog mixed with girl dog post made recently by someone ) is a reason to "never return" These ladies were courteous and loving to our rescue pet. Will continue to use them for our pup Fur ever

The ladies at the Groom'in Room always have done a great job. It is amazing how they groom one of my pets who is long hair cat. He gets knots all in his fur by spring. The do a lions cut on him. He looks great when they are done with him

The groomer that works here must not know the difference between a girl dog and a boy dog. When I dropped my two dogs off, I asked for the boy dog to get a clipper (short) cut and only trim the girl dog. When I picked my dogs up the girl dog was buzzed cut and the boy dog was trimmed. The groomer could only say sorry and that they thought they had them switched. What happened to calling before you cut if your confused. Will never bring dogs back and would never recomend them.
