Some of the basics are overpriced a bit, but the overall availability of goods is the the value.A gift was left out of the bag (by accident) last visit and not in my purchases.Tackroom staff mailed it to me so that I would have it. That act of kindness ment so much. It was a simple jewelry piece, but It was special because it was bought for me by my person. The staff realized the oversight and made sure it was sent to me.Very very good 👍 service.

I googled a particular Brighton belt that I wanted and The Tack Room had it in stock! Yay! The sweet person who answered the phone on a busy Saturday took the time to make sure it was in stock, looked it over and described it to me, took my order, and voila, it arrived at my home in FL 3 days later! I could not be happier!

Outstanding customer service!! We moved from SC about a year ago & miss getting to shop this great store & its selection of English riding items in person. However, our online shopping experiences have been just as wonderful! We were notified immediately when damages occurred during shipment causing a delay. They quickly reshipped, & when we received our order, everything was very well packaged. They also included an extra Tack Room trucker hat for free since the color we ordered wasn't in stock :)

These people are the nicest and helpful. My experience when I shopped there. I locked my keys in my truck and Adrienne went out of her way to call for help and stayed outside until the police came and unlocked my truck. She was soooo nice. The products at the store are top of the line and the people there really care about helping you get what you need. Always have loved that store.A satisfied customer and I'll be back.

This was a short stop before our cruise and was the perfect choice. The room was comfortable, and the location was perfect for our purposes. Easy shuttle from the airport, and a shuttle service to our port the next morning. The pool area was attractive and we enjoyed a relaxing meal in the restaurant. We will definitely stay there again when we cruise out of Miami.

They have a great selection on their website and both times I had an awesome surprise of a discount code (on top of great prices already!) and free shipping! The shipping was VERY fast too! Love this store! Don't let the name fool you! This store has one of the best gift, furniture, and purse selections in South Carolina! Various price points too! Very nice things that I haven't seen before and I love to shop! This weekend I am attending a horse show in Camden and they held two riding coats for me for a week to try because the quarantine was absolutely horrible for my waistline. My show coat no longer fit! I searched locally and online and no one had the selection that this store has for show apparel. No one even had the size I needed. Out of four of us attending the show, three of us bought show jackets! I am regrettably the only one that had to go two sizes up.... sigh... Excellent value and quality! They even have a clearance ROOM! Sweet! Love this store! Go! You will not be disappointed! Might want to bring a truck though.... Those leather sofas and huge dining room tables are incredible! Seriously gorgeous!

If you look up fantastic customer service in the dictionary, The Tack Room of Camden, SC, should be the definition. I originally ordered the item from another place for my young granddaughter’s birthday. Weeks later still not delivered only to find out it was either lost or never shipped. I then called The Tack Room, who had the item, & after hearing what happened, informed me she was pulling the item right then, gift wrapping it & would have it on the UPS truck in the morning. Received updates the entire time & sure enough within 2 days it was delivered. Beyond fantastic service. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Made both me & my granddaughter very happy.

I bought a fly sheet from the online store. I'm usually a little leery about buying from online stores that are small, but I had a very good experience. I ordered from three different stores the fly sheet from The Tack Room was the first item to arrive. They also happened to be the only place I could find that amazing bee print sheet! This is a big tack store with lots of mid to high end apparel and mid range saddles and strap goods. You will find higher end used saddles, some reasonably priced, some not.The older staff members are much more helpful and professional than the younger. Expect a lot of 'I don't know', 'you'd have to look' from the younger staff and more 'let me find out' type answers from the older more mature staff.This is a pretty impressive tack store, stop in if you can.
